In high school and college, I frequently shopped at Bath & Body Works for lotions, perfumes, and hand sanitizer. However, I have not been to a Bath & Body Works in quite some time. While staying in North County San Diego, I stopped by the The Shoppes at Carlsbad. As I was walking around and enjoying the expansive range of national and regional retail venues, I noticed that the Semi Annual Sale was happening at Bath & Body Works. Needless to say, I decided to browse around and was blown away by the amazing deals! Many items were 50-75% off, including the numerous hand soaps and candles I purchased! In addition to outstanding discounts, the staff at this location were extremely welcoming and helpful without being overbearing or pushy. I was so happy with the amount of products I purchased for the price I paid and will certainly return to this store (maybe even before the next Semi Annual Sale)!

Husband got up to be at the store at 6am for their candle sale! Happy wife happy life.

My friend and I randomly stumbled upon this place while wandering around Carlsbad Village and…read morehonestly it was such a vibe! Super fun and lowkey therapeutic which was exactly what we needed. The staff were awesome, super friendly, and walked us through everything step by step. We got to pick our own vessels and scents which was honestly the best part. I mixed mango coconut and pineapple together and it smelled so good! We threw some glitter into the soy wax mix because obviously we had to and we even got to design our own labels which turned out so cute. The candle needed an hour to cool so we went off and explored the area and then came back to top them off with some stones. They turned out so pretty omg! The price was worth it! Oh and since I was giving mine as a gift one of the staff members tied a little ribbon on my bag without me even asking which was such a sweet touch. If you're looking for something fun and a little different to do you have to check this place out!!

It takes about an hour for it to dry, and they hold it for you so you can pick it up later. I recommend grabbing lunch nearby and walking around. It's a beautiful area where you can walk to the beach and enjoy some tasty food. The staff recommends waiting two days before lighting the candle. They were super helpful, and while it cost a bit more, it makes sense for the area. It was a great experience overall, and the staff was really nice. I also wanted to mention that I forgot my Stanley cup, and they were kind enough to hold it for me until I picked it up.

The 3 existing succulent arrangements, who were done at Pigment needed some refreshing and she wanted to create new succulent arrangements in the two empty pots and, . . . .WE GOT TO MEET SAXON, the most wonderful and kind and helpful plant guy at Pigment. His presence, his help, his advice, his demonstration of proper technique based on the arrangement philosophy of designing a pot landscape using the "THRILLER, FILLER, SPILLER" strategy was so insightful!! Even though Pigment was very busy, he made us feel like the most important customer in the store and we will definitely come back when he is there!! THANK YOU SAXON!!!

Me and one of my friends signed up for their in-person classes and LOVED IT! We did the kokodama…read moreclass on a weekend morning. Parking- I just did the paid parking in the structure since it was closer. It was $8 for 2 hours. The komodama class was around $70 and you get to take home 2 you've made. The instructor was patient, helpful and had good instructions. The group had many follow up questions and he explained things well. They gave us a good assortment to choose from to make the kokadama. After we finished making them, we wanted cute vases and the instructor helped us find the best fitting one for our plant. The whole store is filled with adorable plants and accessories. I walked out of there thinking I'll be able to keep my plants alive but it's a serious challenge. Overall, highly recommend taking a class from Pigment. It's a fun way to have a day date where you use your hands and enjoy their beautiful outside patio.
