Had our Christmas dinner here and all I can say is WOW! The drinks and food were fabulous! I had the glazed burger and it was by far the best burger I've ever had! My husband had the chicken and waffles and was left speechless! The Mac attack and pretzel bites were also great. Their cocktails are also just as awesome. An overall pleasant and amazing experience with not only the food but with every single one of the staff that helped us tonight. Cleanliness and safely is priority and social distancing was respected; every table even has their own hand sanitizer to use! When we arrived, the restaurant was full but we're promptly greeted and offered drinks at the bar... If you are a dark beer drinker, the Maui Coconut Porter on nitro is gonna be your go-to! We ordered a few different Rebellion tacos to try and the 'Mac Attack' basket with Mac n' Cheese balls and crisscut fries sprinkled with truffle seasoning... Yum!! Everything from the meats, veggies, salsas and seafood was fresh! Our server Marisa was such a sweetheart and fell in love with her joyful personality. Batter Rebellion is fairly new to the Redlands dining scene and it's amazing! Apparently the locals have found it yet because it wasn't terribly busy when my husband and I ate her on a Saturday night. I recommend you check it out. Funky decorating scheme, off the wall cocktails, lots of beer options and the food was incredible. My husband had the Black Sheep burger. Bacon ham is his new favorite thing. Perfectly cooked angus beef patty and melted Monterey Jack cheese, that bacon ham, topped with an onion ring. Fantastic I had a poke salad. Fresh crispy field greens plentiful poke cubes thin sliced chiles and and a wonderful soy vinaigrette. Not to mention the half an avocado nicely fanned on top and sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. The atmosphere, food, and service is wonderful. I went with my sister for lunch today. As soon as, we came in we were greeted and sat right away at the bar. Ardes was out server/bartender. She was very friendly and had amazing time management handling incoming order and taking care of us. I had the Monte Cristo's Revenge and my sister had the Glaze Over. They were both amazing. First time here, decided to take a chance since the reviews were stellar. Husband had the black sheep burger and I had glazed over burger. We like to share so we both had half of the others burger. Let me tell you I will be dreaming about that black sheep burger for a long time. Oh my god that was the tastiest thing I've had in a long time. We also shared the churro waffle and ice cream which we demolished in 10 minutes. The only negative feed back I have is that my burger the "glazed over" burger wasn't spectacular in my opinion, could be because I'm pregnant and decided not to get the egg on it. Also my son ordered the kids chicken strips and they came out pretty over done, he's 8 and doesn't care so he ate it up. After months of trying to get here we finally made it and very disappointed. After sitting for 30mins they attempted to bring us someone else's order, then we realized our food was placed on someone's table after they was seated within 10mins. After we asked about our meal they realized their mistake but instead of informing us of their mistake they quickly through something together we refused our meal and left. I try not to bring race into things but we were the only black couple in the establishment. Others was asked frequently if they needed anything as for us it was different. Not my fave. I have a 3 star because their drinks are fire. But the food was not the business. We had the black burger, the sauce was... weird. We also had the chicken sandwich which is fried with also a really weird sauce and too fried. I wish they had a grilled option. Fries were good. Mac n cheese balls were very blan. They should add bacon and make them more cheesy. The chocolate lava cake was good but the cake part was kind of gooey like almost raw but probably the best out of everything aside from the drinks.
