We didn't know much about shutters other than it looks great, but he provided pros and cons with various customization possibilities as we tried to explain our vision. I found them through Yelp, and Sue was quick to respond and arrange a free consultation. Jean and Judy were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. They brought many fabric samples, took the time to explain my options, and made sure I was comfortable with my choices and budget. When the drapes arrived from Korea, Jean was very accommodating in working around my schedule. Judy and David came on a weekday evening to install the drapes. They spent over two hours carefully removing my old blinds and installing the new drapes. Even though it was getting late, they never rushed and made sure everything was done properly. They also cleaned up everything afterward, including the packaging, and hauled away my old blinds. The finished drapes are beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone at Grace Shades was thoughtful, accommodating, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish.
