DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. They told me everything was fine with the vehicle, but I started noticing problems immediately. The windshield washer fluid system doesn't work, the tire pressure was low, a light bulb was out, and the car shakes at around 65 mph. There is also a whining noise coming from the rear, the wheels vibrate, the transmission slips when slowing down, and the muffler sounds loose or abnormal. I returned to the dealership the very next day--I hadn't even had the car for 24 hours. I had put down a $3,000 deposit, and they kept $700 of it when I brought the vehicle back. Nothing wrong with it at all. the only minor stuff wrong was the tear in the back seat and pealing on the door panel. So the car company agreed to bring it back and they would fix it for her. So we brought it back and she was told to leave it a few days and then by Monday it will be fixed. So by Tuesday she came back to get her car and they took parts off another car to put on her car from under the hood. to top it off they verbally told her that's what they did. She had said from the begining she felt uncomfortable to leave her car that long and the lady said and promised her car to be safe. so don't come here unless you wanna be robbed. I wish I could give 1 star. My friend purchased a car from this dealership, they made her pay before she even got the car, and not even 2 weeks later the check engine light came out, since then jt's been more than a month and they keep taking the car supposably to fix but nothing has changed. My friend does not speak English and this whole time she had no idea what they have been doing to her car. Yesterday we were at the beach when she got a call to pick up her car because they needed to work on other cars and they do not have space to store hers. We rushed to go get the car thinking it was fixed, when we got there the back tire was completely flat, the temporary license plate was ripped, the car had no gas at all. I spoke to the lady who works there and she stated that they fix the car at some point but for now they cannot find a cheap mechanic to do the work. Like what ?!?? Few minutes later Hanif pulls in and he approached me very rudely saying that he doesn't want to answer any of our questions and that we needed to leave. When I asked him to not be hostile because my 4 year old is in the car he asked me to take my son and leave the premises and threatened to call the police. I told hanif if anything we can wait for the police to arrive and I will tell them that you sell broken cars and steal people's money. He called names and said I was dressed like a b**** I was just shocked of the way he treated us. He even call my friend a man ( she's a queer woman). When I threatened to pursue legal actions against him he asked my friend to follow him to the gas station so he can pay for her gas. So sketchy and very unprofessional. However, I'm not going to advertise how much cash I have on my person. That was my opening offer as a down payment, and I also had my debit card, which could have purchased the car in full, but you just assumed everything you stated. From the beginning of our interaction, the customer service was horrible. You refused to let me test drive the car, which is a basic expectation when considering a purchase. The car did have mold and clear signs of water damage, which are serious concerns for any buyer. Your response here is condescending, just like the treatment I experienced at your dealership. The claim that you would move 10 cars for a test drive is simply not true. I asked over five times, and the response was always that there were too many cars to move. It's clear that your response is fictitious and an attempt to hide the true facts of what happened. Your customer service remains poor, and I believe I was treated unfairly and with prejudice, either because of my appearance or my initial inquiry about a $5,000, not $4,000 down payment. Horrible experience with the new owners since Jose and his son have taken over there has been nothing but lies, disrespect and no help from them AVOID going here at all costs! We had already paid off a car years ago from the previous owner and have referred all of our family and friends to this dealership. Jose sold us a truck with a bad engine promised to help pay to fix it or we would be able to trade it in. Then he changes his mind and calls me a liar saying he never promised to do any of that because the son did not agree. This business can careless about their customers and their loyalty they are just money hungry do not go here! My family members have also experienced bad service from them and all have needed to trade their cars in. He has great knowledge on all the cars he's selling and has no problem with telling you about every one you might be interested in. He gave me the keys to probably about 10 cars just so I could take a look inside! Before I looked at the last car he told me that as soon as I sit in it, it's gonna be sold. He was right! I ended up buying that car 5 days later, which was a 2007 Infiniti M45. I'm only 18 years old with no credit and he was still able to not only get me approved for a small loan from the bank, but also helped me get a great price for full coverage insurance even for the circumstances I was in.(being so young with no credit or license) overall 10/10 best experience I've had so far with trying to buy a car and I would highly recommend anyone to stop by. read more
