Price on the product doesn't match the price on the receipt!

Very corrupt, hideous and dishonest human nature you will meet in this place. Their listed prices don't meet the receipt price and when you tell them they continue to be deceitful and rude . This is not first time when I see this at them. I wrote in the past bad reviews for this place but I deleted and gave them a chance. They lost that chance today. Also, they don't tare the weight of the container out of the food price so you end up paying the weight of the containers as food which differs from food to food. Scam alert!

Always can find a large variety of favorite products. The store got much more organized, cleaner and customer friendly. Noticing new improvements every time I shop there in the last couple months, likely due to changes to the management...

Always check and open the pill packs! Today I bought Arbidol and together 20 tablets indicated on the package, there was exactly half inside (I was very upset because I needed to drink it in the course, I did not go back because I arrived at the opening from afar((

They also have some of the softest, most delicious pita I've tried. Part of the excitement in coming to an international market like this is getting a chance to try all kinds of foods you haven't before. I brought my bf here for the first time recently and he marveled over all the frozen appetizers. Additionally, I've gotten sugar-free chickpea cookies here that I would easily buy again. I decided to go check it out for myself. What a find. First of all, it's not one store. It's a little international mini mall. And every single one of the merchants stores is occupied. There is a watch in time piece store. There's an international gift store. There's a dry cleaners and shoe repair. There's a kosher meat store. And I'm not sure what all else but it wasn't just a location for a grocery store. And then I walked into the grocery store and Man was I impressed. The store was laid out beautifully in a very old-school fashion where you could see all the cans in the aisles. The store proudly displayed seafood sign. Meat sign. And fresh vegetables. It was very easy to navigate the aisles as they were not overcrowded with promotional merchandise like most grocery stores. The other thing I like about this stores that you could actually touch the produce. Reminiscent of what you could do before grocery store started wrapping everything in plastic And on top of that I got three porterhouse steaks for $41. That is crazy cheap. This might be the first time I've come to the store in person but it's not gonna be the last.

Most of the items included a substantial "farmer's market premium", so it doesn't seem to be the sort of farmer's market where you're getting a bulk product for a better price by cutting out the middlemen. We paid $10 for a small container of honey, and another $10 for a few oranges. Then $16 for tacos, and $1 for bagels. Saw some poke for ~$34/lb which is also rather steep. There were also two stalls with food--fish tacos and also another stand with tamales.

They have a section for that. Everything looked amazing and the colors of fresh fruits and veggies were great. There was only one vendor that sell fresh flowers. It's still busy as it alway has been. My husband purchased several knishes from Mort's Deli. We understood these to be meat knishes based upon how they were described and priced. After bringing them home and cutting them open, we discovered that they were not true meat knishes, but rather potato-and-meat knishes. Had the product been accurately described, we would not have purchased it. We specifically sought meat knishes and paid the corresponding price (see the receipts attached). When I contacted the store to address the issue, employee Kate maintained that the potato-and-meat knish should nevertheless be considered a meat knish. Regardless of the terminology used internally by the store, the product was not what we reasonably understood we were purchasing. The situation became even more troubling when I repeatedly requested copies of the receipts. During the course of the dispute, I was informed that the receipts were not accessible. However, the receipts were ultimately produced and later emailed to me as ordered by the police. Notably, the receipts explicitly identified the product as a "Brisket Knish" and reflected the corresponding charge. The receipts therefore became an important part of understanding how the product had been represented and sold. Rather than resolving the matter promptly and professionally, manager Gail continued to escalate the situation unnecessarily. Ultimately, Gail instigated the calling of law enforcement to the store. Two police officers responded to the scene. Following their investigation, the store was ordered by the police to produce the receipts. The police officers became involved in what should have been a routine customer-service matter. With their assistance, the receipts were eventually produced after previously being misrepresented as inaccessible. What makes this experience particularly upsetting is that my husband is severely disabled, partially paralyzed, and walks with a cane. What should have been a simple request for fair treatment escalated into an unnecessary confrontation involving law enforcement. The needless inconvenience, travel, physical burden, and emotional distress inflicted upon both my husband and me were unfair and unjustifiable. As loyal customers, we found the entire experience shocking and disturbing. We sent the store owner an email detailing the incident but the owner never responded.
