The food was delivered to us outside fairly quickly. The wings were and fries were hot! The fries were very good. The "wings" seemed made from frozen nuggets. They were ok. They were all charged for the extra sauce, even though it had been missing from their entrées. The server hadn't checked back with us or offered refills. Two in our group ordered salads, and they were happy with them. I observed two employees sitting on a bench, having a conversation while it appeared that tables needed to be bussed and cleaned. We waited a long time for our server to bring our checks, and then longer for our payments to be taken. I also had a recent experience with a carry out order where some of the items I had ordered were missing when I picked up the food, even though I had been charged for them. I was picking up an order to take to work so I didn't have time to return and pick up the items missing from the order. Crafters has a great atmosphere but improvement is needed in both food and service.
