I host a weekly football watch party across the street at the Woodrow's but decided to run over and grab some takeout for dinner because some folks I was with was raving about the salad hereB Who would've known BB's would be good for salads?! I ordered the spinach salad she recommended, as well as the cajun caesar! Both were fantastic!! I also tried their wings, did a kid's burger for my kiddo, and a smoked boudin link on the side! Boudin was fantastic as well! Service was quick.. I don't think they found my online order until I arrived so they started filling it when I got there! I didn't wait too long! Everyone was friendly and made sure I got what I needed while I waited. Ambiance is casual.. I haven't seen this location get too busy, like the Montrose one, but I prefer it this way! We had the best time here! We were in town to see Ian Moore destroy the stage as he always does and we decided to grab some food here before the show. I had the Crawfish Etouffee and red beans and rice. Both of them were fantastic! my wife and a friend had the seafood boil and they loved it! Everyone in our party enjoyed their food. A great time was had by all. I would recommend this location for sure. Our server was a little green, but we asked a few times for what we needed and finally got it. All good. read more

Food is very good. Like always the crawfish is delicious. Today we had a very nice experience with Michael B he was the waiter. We will definitely come back for him. Overall it was a okay experience. Service was a little slow as we were in a time crunch but overall was an okay time. We had several servers how helped us out. I had the grilled salmon creole. The salmon was cooked to my liking but the best thing on my plate was the jambalaya was my favorite. Very flavorful and reminded me of home. But overall a great time. read more

This has been our go-to spot for crawfish every spring for the past decade, which made this year especially disappointing. Unfortunately, the crawfish were noticeably tiny, and the service fell far short of what we've come to expect, especially for a party of four, which shouldn't have been difficult to manage. The hostess station has been moved from the outside porch to the middle of the dining room, forcing guests to wait in a high-traffic area with nowhere to comfortably enjoy a cocktail. Our waiter was unfocused, overwhelmed, and rushed, and drink refills were hard to come by. A nearby table was angry, and the overall experience just wasn't enjoyable. The seasoning was on point, but the atmosphere and level of service were not. Not sure if there has been a change in management or operations, but this wasn't the same experience or quality we've enjoyed for years. read more

Ok ok, so my assigned for the weekend was chauffeuring executives around in 2024 BMW's (reread that part, I have a cool job) and they dined at Jun's which was less than 2 miles from 2 BB's in the area. For a weekday, the vibe was still vibing and exciting to be in. This particular BB's you seat yourself and the menus are on the table (may differ by location) As busy as they was I didn't expect anyone to take my drink order so fast, I REALLY wanted crawfish or shrimp boil but couldn't risk messing up my uniform bummer. Great sea food but also, a die for, chicken gumbo. They have one of the vest gumbos in and around Houston. I have to bring extra crackers but gumbo is out of this world. read more

I've been coming here for years! Never minded having to wait at all, it's crawfish time. Today tho, the hostess 5/26 4pm short, glasses, A.Amer. Was as the absolute rudest person I've ever dealt with!! Multiple groups she snapped at, had other folks say she was like that previous visits. I've been in the industry 20+yrs and this girl would not work for me. The blessing in the end.. bartender guy nice as can be. Jaidan (I think I'm spelling it right) beyond great. Perfect attitude and smile amazing attitude all around perfect hospitality even in a busy atmosphere!! 100/100. Seriously most of the staff have always been great but the first person at the door is the weakest link. read more

New update not good! Changed their menu and it is not good. Asks for an old item on their prior menu and was told they could accommodate. However, they gave us a meal that incorporated two different meals from their old menu. Honesty would have been nice as to if they could do the meal or not but instead they gave the impression it could be done. Not impressed with the management, the food or the atmosphere. read more

Monday evening had friendly but sparse service. Our server, I think his name was Emmanuel, essentially disappeared after taking our order. After giving us our food, we noticed we were missing the greens we added to our boil. Unfortunately our server was nowhere to be seen and we asked a different server after we almost finished all our food. Our server eventually came and told us the kitchen forgot our order. Then after finishing we waited 10 min without seeing our server and had to ask the bartender to find him so we could pay. Food quality varies, the gumbo was watery and unremarkable but the pasta was delicious, definitely the tables' favorite dish. I personally enjoyed the mushrooms in the boil as they didn't soak up too much spice and were well cooked. Overall I'd give a solid 3/5 for the food, but have to take off a star for the kitchen mistake and lack of service. Overall, nothing wrong with coming here for a casual weeknight dinner or happy hour at the bar, but I'd go elsewhere if you're looking for more than that. read more

On my last visit I signed up to be part of their Krewe which lead us to this wonderful mess. We did the special of five pounds which was a good amount. I was honestly most in love with the pineapple sausage which I never thought I'd say. The edamame was awesome. Don't knock it til you try it with this sauce. The server was friendly and helpful when I decided to add a thing of red beans and rice. The corn had plenty of flavor as usual. The patio was nice for the evening though we moved inside after it was pouring. The staff had no problem with this and were friendly amount it. It's not a romantic spot but it's still a fun date spot for some Cajun classics. The empanadas are great. The red beans taste homemade. The hush puppies are the only thing I'm not that thrilled about. read more

This place is amazing! The food is to die for. At our table we tried 6 different things and they all hit the spot. This is some classic southern cooking. The gumbo was my favorite part. Perfectly soupy and served with rice. Had so much flavor that had you scooping every last bit. Their hush puppies were the best I've ever had. With chunks of corn inside and a soft inside, it was WAY better than a normal dry hush puppy. Even though it's a mini chain in Texas, it still felt like a small mom and pop restaurant on the inside. I ordered the redfish estofee and it was delicious but I wanted the lemon butter salmon but they were out of salmon, no complaints on the food and I drank a michelada which was a 6/10. read more

I love the food from bbs. The problem is that 95%-98% of the time that I order delivery, they are missing at least one thing. My boyfriend got so frustrated that we stopped ordering. We got 4lbs of live crawfish they were huge!! Our waiter was great really attentive! We did have to wait a longggg time but it was worth it. The only thing that made my night bitter was the bitter female bartender that made our drinks. She ignored us and we gave her a chance and thought it was because it was busy but then when she had attended us she kept cutting me off and had an attitude. I always tip my servers but not with an attitude like that. And this aint her first offense either . But other than that crawfish was great and the area is cute to take pictures. read more

lets talk about that bayou blessing meal they got, it's most definitely not 2 pounds of crawfish. What they do is they weigh all of the things together and make it come out to 2 pounds so if you feel like you need your moneys worth you should most definitely tell them. and they are mid crawfish is not cooked long enough due to hard shell/darkness and not juicy all seasoning comes on top. service was amazing tho read more
