I ordered Mongolian grill for carry out. I ordered steak, shrimp and chicken bowl. I had kung pao sauce. I do like you can order several veggies. The bad part is when I got my food home the meat tasted old. I was very disappointed because me and I family use to here years ago and we loved. The quality of the food has definitely gone down.

The menu very limited everyone does the bowls I regret coming here. The fried rice was not good I got the supreme not much steak or shrimp. I got the sampler appetizer only one I liked was Korean quesadilla. Very disappointed the egg rolls weren't good I had better frozen ones my local Chinese restaurant is a lot better.

Staff is very friendly and the food options are quite diverse. All of the food to choose from to make your own dish was very fresh and the whole buffet area was very clean and tidy. It's a good place for a group, a date or even out with the kids.

Holy moly this food was delicious. If you pile your bowl right you'll be eating like a king. Our waiter/server Jose was super chill and just the right amount of attentive. As long as you follow directions when it comes to the sauces for the build your own bowls, you'll have a great experience.

I came to BDs today for the first time in awhile. My sister was in town and had never been to BDs so we decided to go. BDs is a Mongolian grill. You start by grabbing you bowl and heading up to the buffet to pick out your meats and noodles. They have tons of meat options... anything from scallops and crab to chicken, pork and steak and even some specialty marinated options like fajita steak and sriracha chicken. Next you add you veggies, everything from water chestnuts and broccoli to pineapple and fajita peppers. Lastly you arrive at the sauce and spice station where the options can overwhelm you in a good way! Next you make you way to the grill where it's all cooked right in front of you on a large round grill. Today I picked out fajita flavors and spices! It turned out wonderful. If you aren't sure what flavors go well together they do have sample recipe cards that are helpful. They also have a salad bar but I'm always full off one bowl and never make it to salad! The flavor combinations are endless. Can't wait to come back!

Food was chard. I watched him scrape half of my bowl that was burnt onto the grill into the trash so half the food gone there and the meat looked like sludge so I opted for tofu and veggies will not be back

I went there for an extended birthday dinner on a Friday. The salads were fresh! The soups, tomato soup and chicken tortilla, were ok.... the tomato soup was like a thick Salan/curry n greasy in texture. Now for the food... each person gets a small bowl for the soup, a platter for the salad and then a mid sized bowl for the food items. The idea is: go n get your meats from the meat counter.. they are raw... Then get your vegetables.. and lastly, pick your sauce that you want to cook it in and take it to the grill to be cooked. It's a hibachi styled grill and they cook 8 orders at any given time. The guys doing the stir fry keep you entertained with their cheers n movements and style of dishing things up! We also tried the starter platter with: Jalapeño mozzarella sticks: they were awesome Crab Rangoon's: awesome Egg rolls: good enough For dessert, we ordered a sundae.. it was not bad.. 2 people can share; we also ordered the fried Oreos with vanilla ice cream.. was reallllly good! Now the problems due to which I'm giving them 4 stars: 1. It took them 10 mins to seat us 2. Service was not that great.. we had to wait for long intervals for our server to show up in the Warrior Room 3. I had 2 pieces of pork on my plate from somebody else' stir fry ... not appreciated! 4. I found overall cleanliness lacking, especially on the floor

I can't say that I've been to place quite like this. It was a great experience and reasonably priced for the food you get. You get a bowl. Yes, a bowl. Fill it with everything you want to be cooked. I mean everything!! Stack it up! It's all raw ingredients from veggies to proteins to seafood. Grab your sauces and head to the cooking station to hand over your bowl of goodness and watch as they cook it up in a unique hibachi style way. I don't know it this place is anywhere other than Kentucky, buts it's worth that stop if you're ever in this area and are hungry! We left with multiple to go containers all from that one bowl after we ate some at the restaurant. Worth the $18 for sure!!

Cooking our own meat on the grill was a challenge at first but the flavor kept us wanting more. We got the soup as well and tried both the miso and mushroom bases. Both were equally delicious! My son loves seafood and was able to grill his own mussels and clams. Boba tea is also available. My daughter tried the green grape tea which was very delightful. Quite a large establishment with many tables so we didn't have a long wait. Very well ventilated we didn't leave smelling smoky at all. For a fun family experience I would surely recommend you try here!

So as a reviewer I have always reviewed places I have visited from a perspective of pleasure or…read moredispleasure, but they have always been places I am somewhat familiar with. Tonight I stepped well out my "normal" to experience something untypical from my usual. As the old adage goes, "Try it, you might like it". Tonight my wife and I ate at the KPot to celebrate my son's birthday. He and his wife joined us. We were a party of four. I'll be honest, I didn't necessarily enjoy my time spent there. But here is the anomaly to my typical review. It wasn't because the establishment did anything wrong. It just wasn't my jam. I will be honest, I didn't see a lot of gray hair there. I'm pushing fifty and the crowd I saw was the 20-35 crowd. Some families but not the overwhelming demographic. It seemed more like single and mingle and bff night out kind of crowd. There's nothing wrong with that of course, but we don't really fit that demographic. So despite my own lackluster feelings, let me give an honest review here. What was good? Let's start there. Parking lot fairly large and well lit. Greeted at the door with a smile. Wait was about fifteen minutes. Bathroom...impeccably clean. Dining area, also very clean. Tables were clean and all stations worked. Seating was ample. The atmosphere is modern and retro. Waiters work alongside robots to provide food to the tables. It has a very contemporary ambience. Everything brought to the table was fresh and well presented. We purchased the K Pot and the barbecue so we could immerse ourselves in the complete experience. The food tased good. Here is what I didn't care for. First, when stuff was brought to the table, no one explained what each service was and we lost track of what was delivered to our table. We all kind of sat there trying to figure out which service had been delivered to the table and whose order had arrived. Four people cooking became a little chaotic to suit me. Again, just not my thing. I enjoy sitting down and relaxing while someone else cooks my meal. Doing so myself was not relaxing. I didn't like having to wait between courses to heat up the rest of my meal before eating it. Had I understood the concept better I may have timed my eating while cooking was being done, I don't know. The other thing that contributed to my lackluster experience was that all the sauces were listed using their traditional names, which gave me no indication of what they tasted like. Part of the fun I guess is experimenting, but again, I'd much rather just order something I know I enjoy eating. The guessing game was not something I found appellate. We also found that after awhile of eating and ordering, the waiter came around less often and our plates no longer were cleared by bus staff. We started to genuinely feel like we were subliminally being pushed out. Our waiter wasn't bad but nothing stood out per se about his service. I went for quite awhile with an empty drink and had to ask twice for the same refill. Given some of the spicy stuff I was trying, a fresh beverage would have been appreciated. Here is my honest take. If you like a modern and unique dining experience, this is a great place to go. It does not have a cozy or romantic feel. It is very "hip" atmosphere. I left full. I left having had a new experience in life. My family had a good time together celebrating my son's birthday. It was a win. The last thing I have to mention is price. My daughter in law had a ten dollar drink but other than that we all did standard soda or water drinks. Our bill was almost $200. Some may argue that's fair. It seemed a little high for food I had to cook on my own. I honestly probably won't be back, but that is no fault of this establishment. They run a clean friendly restaurant and it's worth eating there at the very least, once. For that reason I give it five stars! If this is your jam, you'll like jamming here. If it's not, you came you saw and you left full. If you didn't, it's your fault!

I liked that our pop tasted good, not too watery or flat. We ordered the orange chicken and mongolian beef. The temperature of the food was great. The flavor on the orange chicken was very pronounced, very tangy and yet sweet. There were fresh chunks of carrots, green pepper, and zucchini with sliced orange peel. The chicken had very light breading but was a little on the dry side. The Mongolian beef cuts were thinly sliced, good cut of beef not chewy but there was an overwhelming amount of red, white and green onions. It was a little bit much. Surprisingly the flavor on them was not overpowering though, they were well cooked and more subtlety flavored, just alot of them. Overall, it was a very good experience and we'd go back again. The food was delicious, the service was fast and friendly.

On Sunday, July 5, we went to J2C for lunch. A male server seated us at a table that was quite dark and directly under a strong air conditioner. I politely asked if we could move to a table by the window. He said yes, but told us to wait while he cleaned the table. My husband and I waited patiently by the other table, looking through the menu. During that time, we saw the male server come out several times to serve other customers, but he never came back to us or acknowledged that we were still waiting. We didn't complain--we simply continued waiting. 15 minutes later, a female server noticed us waiting there and asked if we needed anything. I explained that our original table was too cold and asked whether we could move to the window table. She said yes, cleaned the table, and then waved for us to come over and sit down. At that point, everything seemed fine, and we were looking forward to ordering our lunch. However, shortly afterward, the male server walked directly over to us and began scolding us. He said, "You need to learn to be patient. I told you I would clean the table, and you shouldn't have moved without communicating with me." I calmly explained that the female staff server had cleaned the table and told us to sit there. I asked him, "What did we do wrong?" He replied, "Yes, everyone made a mistake. You just need to learn to be patient." I still don't understand what we did wrong. The female employee who told us to move to the window side table was also works for the restaurant, We simply followed her instructions. So why were we being blamed? From the moment we entered the restaurant until we left--nearly 20 minutes later--the male server never once came over to check on us or even offered us a glass of water. In the end, we decided not to eat there because we did not feel respected or welcomed. We will not be returning. This was an extremely disappointing experience and reflected very poor customer service and restaurant management. I sincerely hope the management will look into what happened and ensure that all customers are treated with courtesy, respect, and fairness.
