Came in for a "special" they had sent a text message on for facial laser treatments. So I called to confirm on which lasers does this special apply to and the lady replied ALL and the message even says "Try ANY facial lasers"!!!So I drove from 45 minutes away to come get the HALO and come to find out, when I'm already there in Office, it's not part the ANY facial lasers offered. I ended up doing the BBL laser which wasn't what I specifically went in for nor did it target my main skin concerns. The staff just had an "oh well, sorry but not really sorry" attitude about it. I am extremely upset, I had a 3:00pm appointment today and I walked into the office at 3:07pm, I spoke with the front desk Assistant and she said oh you are very late. I said yes 7 min late, there was traffic I am coming from San Lorenzo. My appointment was for lip fillers with Susan, as a first time patient driving 35-40 min here, this was not only a horrible experience but horrible customer Service! How can you send a customer home after driving 40 min to see you, over being 7 min late. It is outrageous to me, the front desk Assistent didn't even try to help me get seen after who ever was available. I will not be coming here again. Not only did I ask to be seen again today after any patient but I took half of my day off from work to come here and not being seen or helped just shows the type of Customer Service this clinic has. Not surprised to see this place has a decent rating given the amount of bribes businesses can purchase for "likes" lately. Obviously I have no proof of that, yet it's a little odd given that not one person I've spoken to that has used their services actually had a good experience. I tried this place out for botox when they first reopened after quarantine because of the discounted rate. Not only were they rude to me when I arrived 5 minutes late (note that my good friend had an appt before me and they knew we were together so to speak) but the units they gave me lasted for about... hmm... I dont know, 8 weeks? Not sure what I had injected, but I do preventative maintenance so my units typically last for a long time. Nurse who gave the injections had a cold demeanor and tried to upsell me on filler. No thanks. My good friend who spent THOUSANDS only to have her procedure not take was met with resistance. They could've at least offered her something for free. But no. They offer her a "discount" that literally every other place is giving. I'm sorry, but not everyone is falling for it. Some of us do our homework. After 8 weeks, I found another place and had my injections redone. No issues. I advise you save yourself the time and money and do the same. read more

This practice has come a long way, and I would love to give them five stars, but unfortunately nothing has been done to improve their blood draw and every time I have come in for a Micro needling PRP (since I purchased a package) they are unable to draw my blood. To compensate they have given me Beauty blender I think that's what it's called since they have no blood to use, but it's really unfortunate, since I am not reaping the full benefit of these procedures. Every time I have come in I try to have an open mind that this time they will get my blood but unfortunately, every time they fail. I literally just had four tubes of blood removed at Kaiser and they were able to get my vein on their first poke, it literally took seconds. If the young ladies who draw the blood are able to finally draw my blood for my PRP, I would be happy to give them a five star review. This has been going on since 2019 when I bought my original package. There was only one young lady who was able to draw blood for my prp but she no longer works there. I do not have anxiety and I'm not afraid of blood. I literally just hand in my arm and calmly wait so it's not like I'm a difficult client to work with. I also drink plenty of water before my appointment and the days prior. I really wish more training would be provided to these young ladies for them to be able to always be able to draw blood for procedures we pay for. Other than this, I think the clinic is great. When I called for a refund they refused to even consider it and said basically I can kiss my money (a substantial amount) goodbye and that nobody, not a bank, not a lawyer, could help me get it back. These are terrible, awful, very greedy people who should not be in business or be allowed to put their hands on a patient. My new go to medspa! I love Be Clinical. I had previously gone to a different medspa in Pleasanton and was super unhappy with the customer service and results from my lip filler. So I decided to try Be Clinical and the front desk staff are so sweet and helpful. Today I saw Nurse Sorah for my lip filler and she was the absolutely sweetest! I told her my experience and concerns from my previous filler experience and she took the time to explain each type of filler to me and the technique she uses to fill lips. She was very honest and I let like she had my best interest and results at heart. I felt really comfortable and confident from the start and felt like I was in great hands. Nurse Sorah was so gentle and the entire process was nearly painless and I left with almost zero bruising and minimal swelling (unlike my previous experience). My lips look AMAZING! I couldn't recommend Nurse Sorah enough! I have 2 syringes of juvederm & 75 units of Botox left on my file and I will 100% be scheduling those appointments with Sorah! :) read more

I purchased two packages for their Black Friday special. One for Botox and one for lip filler. I then went in to get the Botox done. I was charged for the Botox even though I had a full untouched package. This was on the 17th of January. I called to let them know that they had double charged me on the 20th when they reopened after sending texts that the man on the phone confirmed he received. He said he would refund the amount that was an error as I had the package. This was right before I left to Travis where that money was most certainly needed in my account. It is now the 4th of February and I have not reviewed a refund. I called yesterday and was told I would receive a call back that day, which never came. I called again today and was told the same thing. I'm not sure what there is to call about, they over charged me plain and simple and that should have already been refunded. If I don't hear back today I will needs to contact my bank to report the fraud as well as the BBB about their practices and customer service. Unacceptable. read more
