Originally I have made an appointment at 9:30 Am for my face and when I was already leaving from home around 9:10, they called me to say if I don't arrive by 9:15 exactly, they would reduce the time for how long they would work on my face for. Short while after, I arrived at around 9:20 and the employees were already busy with a customer so I waited until it was my turn. For the process, it went by really quicker than usual so I asked why this might be and they told me that they have reduced the time in a insolent tone. Never returning back after that experience. I was living between the Bay Area and Portland and have managed multiple medical practices before. My boyfriend mentioned that his good friend had visited a practice by the name of Be Clinical so I had to check it out since I was spending a decent amount of time in Castro valley with him. I am in shape but since I was traveling often, I didn't have enough time to hit the gym and get my regular exercise routine in and that's why I decided to try cool tone to help me maintain and retain my core strength back. I have had three 30 minute treatments now on my abdomen area and I am loving the results. After the first treatment, I began to see my upper abs develop a stronger contour, and after my second 30 minute treatment, my lower abs began to come back in. After my review, I was contacted by Lena who is the new manager & to my knowledge helping out a list of women with concerns. Lena was kind enough to comp me two cycles of cool sculpting to try out & see if I would see a difference in my double chin since Kybella did not work for me. Unfortunately, I was left with fluid in my double chin which caused it to stay the same size as if I just had the injections. I did the cool sculpting with Kristin (who's also new to the company & specializes in cool sculpting, love her!) in November on both sides of my chin & then I came back in February for follow up pictures. Luckily, I saw some improvement! The fluid made a significant difference that it shrunk! I then booked another session of a cool sculpting appointment the beginning of April, which I just had. I am excited for the results & hoping this is where I wanted to be all along. It's been quite a journey, esp from having a slight double chin to have a huge one & a lot of self criticism which caused me to hate how I looked. Little result for a lot of money. I recently got a potenza package for $3300 and was told it was going to give me tightening and increase collagen to reverse some of the signs of aging. I am very disappointed in the results after 3 sessions and 4 months later. They told me if I want better results I have to do another very expensive and much more invasive procedure. They don't seem to care enough to try and improve or stand by the products and services. They seem to only want you to spend money on procedures that have short term results and need to be redone often so they have a revenue stream. read more

At 35 years old, this was my first experience with any cosmetic procedures and I could not be happier. Be Clinical's staff and customer service is outstanding- special thanks to the front desk staff. Caitlin was sure to call and confirm my appts and offer helpful tips for first timers like me, which really put me at ease. What I had done: I had filler in my nasolabial folds and Dysport in my forehead and brow area. Abby recommended starting slow to gauge results since it was my first time. Initially, I wanted filler or something to smooth out the bags under my eyes. Abby gave me a quick yet thorough facial anatomy lesson and explained to me why I would not be a great candidate for under eye filler. She was sure to offer several other options to address my under eye bag concerns and I really respect what I felt to be an honest and professional opinion. So, my wife went to an appointment to get an evaluation for a procedure done last month and was to do a virtual consult today and found out that the individual that saw her last month had quit. Therefore, I call to attempt to cancel my finance agreement which that already took $163.75. When I called today the receptionist said I had to call Cherry Technologi the finance company to ask for a refund and stop future payments. Call Cherry Technologi, they reported Be Clinical has a patient portal where they can refund and stop the payment. I call back to Be Clinical and the phone rings and rings. I instantly hang up and use another cell phone, they answer. "I have to let my office manager talk to you" I am on hold then she comes back to say Lima will call you back. So, I wait for a call before I file with the medical board and attorney general and Better Business. read more

I'm tempted to reach out to the other 1-star reviews similar to mine to bring our stories to a lawyer. I booked 8 appointments for the BBL Acne laser process (the minimum I had to buy) after a consultation, and I was told that by session 4 or 5 we would know if it was working. In the case it wasn't, I was told the remaining sessions could be turned into credit on my account to be used for something else. Despite seeing minimal results at session 5, I was encouraged to keep going. At this point, they changed technicians on me, and the new one told me to use Stridex pads. I was stunned. My skin reverted back to its original state after session 6, so I ended up talking with George, the co-owner of Be Clinical. He seemed interested in helping, and said he'd be at my next appointment to talk with a new technician, who he referred to as their Nurse Practitioner (she was a Physician Assistant - a big difference). The NP (PA) told me I should go on Accutane and told me that everything I was instructed to do for my first 6 sessions was incorrect. Did George show? No. Did he return any of my calls after? No. The receptionists told me I should purchase more sessions. My original technician reached out to me to offer to redo some of the sessions off-the-books, but those never happened. I find it eerily suspicious that I JUST received a missed call from them as I write this (after months without communication). I might look into if there's a review monitoring service set up through Yelp (I recommend everyone look into their privacy settings). At this point, I have no idea if I have credit on my account (nor do I want to use it), but I will never recommend this business to anyone. read more

Jasmin explained everything she was doing and why, and did an amazing job. I waited 2 weeks before posting a review so my lips could fully heal before I decided how I felt about them. I am glad to report that they are exactly what I was hoping for! I will definitely come back to Jasmin when it's time to get them done again. If you're on the fence, go for it. And be patient - it's true that they look way too big the 3-7 days after treatment. It took 10 days for mine to fully heal / bruises to go away entirely. Now they are natural, subtle, and beautiful.
