I'm so sad this place closed and then reopened recently and it wasn't the same. The pizzas are totally different the crust, the cheese, and the quality is no longer what we're used to. We got a smoothy and it didn't taste good either. The pizzas were undercooked and the dough didn't appear to be the same consistency. I took our order back to the office, 15 minutes away and when I got there I realized that our pizza and chips and salsa were missing. I looked at my receipt and sure enough, I had paid for them. It always sort of bums me out to write a bad review but our experience here today was definitely worth noting. I'm going to make a disclaimer and mention that I have been to Be Fit Cafe in the past, and have found their wraps enjoyable as well as their smoothies so I know that they are capable of great things! Alas today was not that day. So they are currently doing drive through only and I don't know what the staffing situation looked like but it was a really long wait for 2:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday. The guy we ordered from gave us a tone from the rip, as if we were complaining or not ready or something. Anyways I digress and my main issue is that I ordered an açaí bowl that was not only given to me in a large cup and not a bowl, but the bowl had a hole in the bottom. It got on my outfit, the car, and knowing how busy they were, and that having to deal with Mr. congeniality did not seem like an option we went home and I dumped my newly açaí soup in a bowl and called it a day. Having said that it was pretty good although it was super soupy and could have used more bananas and granola. My husband did like his wrap and salad though. read more

Whoa!!! I found a new go to when I need a sandwich, salad or...WAIT FOR IT...a protein shake!!! Love this place. So cute and the girl who waited on me was very sweet and helped me pick out something right up my alley. Highly recommend the Buckeye protein shake. It's like a peanut butter cup in a cup. Yummy!! Drive-thru only is open, so I had to eat in my car (it was too dang cold and windy outside to take advantage of Be Fit's patio!). Service was fast and friendly. I ordered the Buckeye Bouce pizza cause I love pesto. However, it was a clear struggle between their BBQ Chicken pizza; perhaps a reason to return? All of the pizzas are 9" (no size options; and sometimes it's nice to not have to choose a size!). I was quite happy with my choice of pizza. A good amount of chicken, and the pesto sauce was fantastic!! Apparently everything at Be Fit is made fresh in-house. I'll definitely keep this sauce in mind, should I ever make my own pizza concoction (their pesto sauce will definitely be on any pie I get in the future (or as a side condiment!)), I can promise you that. The thin crust was not soggy at all, which was a pleasant surprise. It was sturdy enough to hold together when picking up each piece. I want to point out the clearly labeled nutrition information for their pizzas, wraps and sandwiches - a definite bonus! Not having to go back and forth between clicks on their website, or look at a confusing paper copy, I wish more restaurants were offering their nutrition info so easily. I am bummed that Be Fit's second location closed (in Westerville, off Polaris Pkwy), as that location would be a tad closer of a drive. This is so sad for me to go from a stellar 5 star review to a 1 star. This barely ever happens when I review businesses. Although tonight I have to share why it happened. I came in trying to get food and had to wait 10 minutes for the teenage workers to realize I was waiting up front to order. Then after I told them what I wanted a smoothie and barbeque chicken pizza I get the complete opposite of my order. I got a buffalo chicken pizza and the right smoothie. Since I was already frustrated from the long wait I didn't want to go back. I just took the order and went home. I just don't understand why being on your cell phone or talking about dating at OU is more important than serving a customer here. It shouldn't take half an hour to get a simple order and also mess it up. This isn't the only time they've messed it up too, when I came with a friend once her order was also messed up and she was nice enough to not ask for something different to be made. This is a healthy joint in Powell that I like to hit up after my morning workouts. They conveniently have a drive-through. So I've actually never been inside haha. My favorite is the speedy egg wrap because it is tangy and they use a jalapeño tortilla with egg, cheese and salsa. All their food items are geared towards the healthier side and they also have shakes and smoothies as well. Many places tend to not have just an egg and cheese combo and tend to be accompanied with some type of meat. So I was very happy to see they had vegetarian options for me. read more

Be Fit Cafe is healthy goodness. It has two locations including this one in Powell. They have a good size menu. It includes a big list of smoothies and other items marked as healthy. They have more in the way of food for lunch. I had a strawberry coconut smoothie and a vegetable wrap that came with tortilla chips. It's about $5 for each smoothie. The food menu includes pizza, sandwiches, and wraps. A lot of the smoothies are made with honey or yogurt but you can get them without either. Sometimes the service is slow but there's usually only a couple people working at a time. Convenience is offered with a drive through but it still can be a wait so just be patient. The food is fresh and made to order so it can take some time. If you're looking for healthier food try Be Fit Cafe. It has a couple locations including Powell. The smoothies are made with all real fruit and the food is healthy and tasty. read more

I've driven by this place so many times and I've avoided it, because I was afraid it was going to be that "suburban" health food - faux everything, overpriced, just that kind of "I'm paying a lot, so it must be healthy!" I was able to grab a Thai salad (I was craving something Thai-inspired) and a smoothie for a not wallet-busting price, and the lady at the counter was patient as I fumbled through the menu and asked questions. It was a decent size, and I left full and happy. So... it's good, thus far. I'll probably be back when I'm craving alfalfa sprouts (which have a special place in my heart, thanks to my Grandma). The menu was varied (in a good way - not in the "we do everything" but the "we have a good mix of healthy options." The only thing that irritated me was the one TV, fixed to Fox News. I've been going to Be Fir for several years And have virtually never had a bad experience up until lately. That said they had one in Westerville closer to my house and it was never very good and I think it was probably due to bad management. Today marks the second time in a row that I went out and had the Buckeye Cheer wrap! Having had a number of these in the past I've always had a very favorable opinion of them. Today the only thing that I can say about it is it was hot. Unfortunately unripened avocados used on it and the insides were all stuff on 1/2 of the burrito leaving just a tortilla with spinach on the other half. The portion was paltry compared to normal. Then to top it off They did not include utensils or napkins with the order. The fruit cup was hard green melon with 1 grape and a tiny piece of pineapple. I was to say the least not happy and tried for two hours calling them and all I would get would be a ringtone and then cut off. I'm guessing I made 12 to 15 phone calls. This was the second time in a row I've experienced mistakes and I'm only hopeful that I will try to regroup and make sure things are more properly managed. It's a great concept and when things are done right it's a gem of a place to go. For now I'm going to take a break maybe try in a month or two. read more

Be fit cafe is right around the corner from us and we wish we'd have tried it sooner!!! It is literally all about low calorie, and healthy great tasting food! Menu is not huge so choices are limited. Also, due to COVID there is no indoor dining so we we just did take out. The drive thru was quick and easy. For the food.....We got the pepperoni pizza which was really tasty and only 625 calories!! I usually get that many calories in just one slice at a regular pizza joint!! It's good for one person and I liked it. I'll be trying more of these pizzas soon. We also got the turkey avocado wrap that had some kind of spicy Mayo that took some adjusting to...... It came with tortilla chips and salsa which I found weird.... but given that this is a healthier choice than potato chips it kinda made sense. The egg salad cup and avocado salad is just what you'd expect.... and we washed it all down with a couple of smoothies, açaí berry and mango berry. The salad was very basic..... no garnishes or extra stuff and the smoothies also were pretty basic. But this place is about being healthy!! It's tasty...., but you gotta tailor your expectations to healthy first..... tasty second. We will be coming back!! read more

As a frequent customer for the past few years, I am deeply disgruntled that I am at the drive through at 8:50 PM and am waiting for a few minutes while I look up I see two workers peering through the windows by the posters. They were laughing and when I wave to them they scramble. I understand that they are immature high schoolers working on a Saturday night but this is inexcusable. I waited till 9 PM and drove away, I hope management takes note of this because I know it's not their fault. Be Fit Cafe - we need you in Clintonville! (Okay, okay - *I* need you in Clintonville.) I got here once before, right after BFC opened and liked it a lot. Healthier options for wraps, salads, smoothies, etc. with the calories listed. Now, they've expanded and remodeled and added flash-fired pizza to their menu. The menu is huge, and detailed - it will take you a minute to check it all out. The staff are friendly and patient and ready to answer your questions, though. I ordered the Buckeye Bounce pizza, which at 500 calories was perfect for dinner. Pesto, chicken, roasted red pepper, and not too much cheese with a thin crust - great flavor and not overdone or overtopped. The entire pizza crust was crispy and a good contrast with the toppings. I could eat that for lunch and/or dinner every day. I'd get one of their smoothies, but they are definintely meal replacements and not beverages. Sigh. I have driven past Be Fit so many times and have always wanted to try it. One evening I persuaded my mom to go through the drive-through to get me a smoothie and something for dinner for her. When we pulled in, there was a car in front of us that was stopped before the drive-up menu, talking to two teenage employees who work at the restaurant. They eventually drove through the drive through and we were able to go up. My mom attempted to order her meal and the guy taking her order said over and over that he couldn't hear her. After her third time going through what we wanted (which was a smoothie and a sandwich), we pulled up to the window. It was the same two guys, plus another guy, who ended up being the person in the car in front of us. As we waited, I heard one guy say a profanity at least three times. Then the guy who took our order came up to the window and only caught that we wanted a smoothie. My mom clarified that she wanted the sandwich and that was added to the order (finally). My smoothie was okay (the very berry), but my mom couldn't even finish her sandwich it was that bad. I really wanted to like this place, and after seeing so many similar reviews, it's nice to know I'm not alone. Maybe if I came earlier in the day when these guys weren't working it would be different, but it's not even worth it. read more

My son absolutely loves the pizza and the smoothies. He usually orders the pepperoni pizza and the Buckeye smoothie. Prices are just OK but where this place loses stars is in the time it takes. Mama mia it is a time commitment. I have never gone through the drive-through when it hasn't taken at least 15 minutes, often longer. Most of the food appears to be pre-prepared so I don't understand the problem but if there is more than 1 car in the drive-through, be prepared to wait. It's not usually a place I will go out of my way to go to, unless my son makes a special request. Even then, because it takes so long, I'm reluctant and usually say no. Generally, a drive-through for an eating establishment seems to suggest that the service would be somewhat quick but it's not in this case. My boyfriend and I stopped in here this afternoon for a quick to-go lunch after a hike. We walked in and it was very clean and we had noticed from outside they had a long drive thru line. We ordered the sunny beaches smoothie, the chicken salad wrap and the Thai Asian wrap. The smoothie was incredibly watered down and didn't have much flavor at all. While we were waiting for the smoothie, another customer from the drive through that had just received her smoothie came inside and complained saying her smoothie tasted like protein powder and water and wanted it remade. The chicken salad wrap was really dry and was not actually chicken salad. It tasted like something you'd get from an airport or hospital cafeteria at best. Good things first: my food was really good, I loved the Buckeye smoothie, and prices were great. Now for the rest: I don't think I have ever seen employees at any other business who lack customer service and professionalism as much as the people working here. Within the 30 minutes I was in the restaurant eating, an employee left the store to ride another person's bike around the parking lot. An employee's friends who don't work there went into the kitchen and were throwing empty pizza boxes around like frisbees. Another girl came in to order (I was the only customer there) and none of the 4-5 employees acknowledged her existence for multiple minutes even though they weren't doing anything. When her food was ready, the employee just set it on her table and walked away without saying anything, even after she thanked him before leaving. If I come back it will be because of the smoothies, and I'll definitely go through the drive thru. Their food is fresh, inspired and thoroughly satisfying. I regularly get their spectacular Buffalo Chicken Pizza, sometimes a wrap (love their Asian Thai!), plus maybe a side salad (such as egg) and a smoothie (Açaí is my favorite). And they have so many other options I haven't even tried yet! I always come here when I have coworkers from my bank that want something to eat or drink. So they usually send me to grab the food for them. But since I am the one who gets sent to get the food and drink for them. I usually get something for myself as well while I am here. I usually always go through the drive through and they are very fast and efficient. My favorite are the smoothies. I usually get the triple berry, sunshine, or buckeye and strawberry coconut. My coworker gets the Arnold or archies club all the time. They are not expensive at all. Smoothies usually run around 5 dollars and archies club or Arnold's run around 5.25. They don't tax either. It's what you see is on the menu. Which is nice because you don't have to worry about some odd cents or anything like that. Definitely would recommend coming here. I love the smoothies! I love that the calories are listed and I'm now a huge fan, even though I thought I wouldn't be. I had shied away from Be Fit Cafe because I assumed the food would be healthy, which in my mind means "nothing I like to eat", patronized by the far left judging me for using a straw, with CNN blaring on television screens. I went to the one on Sawmill for a meeting arranged by someone else and I was pleasantly surprised. There's more than kale and sprouts, normal everyday people, and no blaring television. They were/are both so good! They forgot the avocado on my wrap :( but they were busy so I'll give them a break. I'm very interested to try their breakfast & smoothies next! *edit/update* I came back for breakfast. My friend and I each got a wrap and split them. She got the Breakfast Veggie & I got the Speedys. We both preferred the Speedys as the breakfast veggie didn't exactly have a lot of veggies. I thought for sure there'd be grilled onions and peppers. It just has roasted red peppers.
