Pros: Freddy was on time for the estimate and did let me know when he was on his way. He was very informative and had good ideas on how to solve my issue. He was friendly and knowledgable. Cons: There was some confusion with the city with the permit to do the job. They were not sure if we needed one or not. He stated the he would make the call to the city to get some answers. That was the last that I heard from him. If your not interested in doing the legwork to do the job or not interested in completing the job just let the customer know. Don't just walk away. I felt that was very unprofessional. So is calling customers at 9:15 pm Right after I left this review. That's unprofessional and inconsiderate.
