I was very excited to try their tuna melt. It's one of their best sellers. Unfortunately, I paid for extra cheese and did not get that. The sandwich was OK, it lacked seasoning. And I was really excited to try their mixed salad with their homemade ranch dressing. But unfortunately, it did not come with the food. But it does state that it should. Very disappointed about this establishment. Doing a staycation here in Vegas. Saw the advertisement preparing delicious croissants with eggs, cheese, choice of bacon or sausage. Moving forward we waited longer than we needed as it was not packed. Order was taken single pancake w/ bananas, the special two croissants w/ crispy bacon and a side of fried potatoes. Our food came out after a couple of patrons who arrived 10 - 15 minutes after us received their food first. We received the breakfast. presentation of the food was appetizing. The contents of the two were not similar at all. One croissant had ample eggs, the other was piece milled with eggs and cheese. It seemed as though one strip of bacon was used for both croissants. Come to find out the side order of potatoes was being prepared as we were eating the croissants. I wanted them served together, being able to enjoy the complete meal. The pancake was served without the bananas. The pancake was good without bananas, the croissants taste wonderful the portion of meat and egg were not acceptable. Personally the two for five was not worthy. The croissants we received today should be combined, make one and charge $11.95 for one croissant. I am a critic and have my standard when it comes to food. I believe the cook is overwhelmed for the volume of food, maybe we just came on a bad morning however, the advertisement reviews had people willing to drive the 28 - 40 minutes from North Las Vegas. If what we experienced today was an indication save your gas. From some past Yelp comments they are similar it's not worth the gas or money to come to this establishment. My wife and I will not return or recommend HOWEVER, the potential is there the ambience has a nice beach theme. I came into the restaurant to pick up an online order I placed for a breakfast quesadilla with no meat. When I entered the restaurant the employee didn't have the order in the system. Once he checked my phone, he saw it was paid for, looked at what I ordered, and called his boss to make sure I was able to get my food. Online the quesadilla comes with sausage and in the notes for my order, which I showed the employee multiple times I requested no meat . When I got home there was chopped up ham in my quesadilla and I mentioned to the employee that I didn't want meat the moment I walked in and specified multiple times I don't want sausage(which is the only meat that is included in the menu for this item online.) I looked and had chopped up ham in there which I never asked for. The employee told me I only said "no sausage" even though he looked at the order in my phone multiple times and emphasized the quesadilla comes with both sausage and ham, which it does not state anywhere on that menu that it does. He didn't issue me a refund or offer to remake it. I haven't eaten meat in 8 years. He tried to make me seem like I was the one in the wrong even though I never once asked for ham or requested it as a replacement. I tipped prior too and he wouldn't come to a resolution for me. No accountability whatsoever and I wasted money on food I will not eat. There was no manager on duty to speak to but I am seeking a refund and will never visit this place again. read more

Today I returned to try their croissant breakfast sandwiches and used the 2 for $5 coupon that I received in my previous visit. For Breakfast I suggest any of the Benedict's but my personal favorite is the Lobster Benedict, never ordered a Benedict from here that didn't have perfectly poached eggs so you won't be disappointed. For Lunch (and dinner items) I really loved the South Padre Chicken Wrap, it's savory, spicy, cheesy and doesn't feel too heavy, with a side of the Pasta Salad. I've tried many things from the menu from the comfort of my own home and everything has been delicious. I've never met the staff so I sent them flowers as the food is just too good to not praise. Ordered the lobster melt, everything was seasoned to perfection. Also got the Shark Bite smoothie, which was an easy 10/10. They also have some board games you can play while waiting for your food to come out. Our server Krystyne was very attentive and even upgraded our smoothie due to them being out of waffle fries. Our sever was nice, but like other reviewers we weren't noticed when we walked in. And there was four of us. So as we awkwardly stood trying to decide if we just seat ourselves or we would be sat, at least three staff members saw us but said nothing. Until we kind of just made our way to a table... From there, it seemed as though everything was on "Island Time" - slow to get to us, slow to come back for the order. Slow for the food to hit the table. When I ordered they were out 2 of the 4 breakfast options on the kids menu. I ordered the sliders for my daughter, I think they were $5. I ordered the same, off of the regular menu, for myself and it was $10. TELL ME WHY we got the exact same portions? Identical plates. My husbands sourdough breakfast sandwich (sans Mayo) was SO GREASY. The taste was just off... idk it just wasn't good. As I sat there... waiting... I couldn't help but notice how gross this place is. Cluttered. Dirty. Really run down. I can see pancake mix in the back, idk if it's normal practice for places to use the same pancake mix I use at home but something about that put me off.
