    2 Pcs French Toast
    Stephanie S.

Went here with my son and his roommate here for a celebration brunch after we completed a two day house project. We walked in and the hostess that was also our waitress greeted us and was super friendly and cheery. We sat down and got our coffee order while we looked over the menu. I went with a basic eggs, hashbrowns and french toast combo. The food arrived in a timely manner. My eggs were cooked just as I ordered. The hashbrowns I thought I was getting were actually home fries. Nonetheless they were good. The French toast was thick and cooked nicely. The place has a cool vibe and it remained busy while we were there. Nothing stands out to me as a must go back to get but it's a solid breakfast spot.

Nice spacious breakfast spot with plenty of seating. Menu includes a lot of good offerings. Plenty of parking available. The place wasn't too busy on a Tuesday afternoon at noon. We decided to get the Cinnabon pancakes and lobster benedict. I thought the lobster benedict was a bit pricy at $27.99; however, there was a generous portion of lobster, and the hollandaise sauce tasted freshly made. It comes with home potatoes, which were a bit salty in my opinion. I thought it came in the perfect portion, and I would recommend the lobster benedict. The Cinnabon pancakes come with 3 large pancakes and are definitely a shareable size. It was a bit on the sweeter side, but that's to be expected with anything Cinnabon. Service was fast and friendly. Server came around often to check for refills.

    Large amount seating.

Great place! We have been here several times. Great food, amazing service with smile (like your home at breakfast table with friends) It's open 7-3. Super place for breakfast and brunch. Large variety.

Friendly staff, quick service, and a convenient, quiet atmosphere. They offer nice breakfast options that make this a great spot for a casual breakfast or brunch. It's a simple and enjoyable choice, and I would definitely come back again soon.

    Feta Cheese omelette, home fries

Finally a good Feta Cheese omelette with home fries. The Home Fries are actually cooked on the flattop NOT in a french fry machine, like a real diner does BUT expect be charged for added peppers and onions, if that's what you want. Eggs are made with clarified butter and beef tallow is used for frying. This is their first US location and the local owner has franchise rights for Nevada, expect other locations. I enjoyed it AND they're NOT using Great Buns bread! Going back again.

From the moment you walk in you know it's going to be amazing and I love a place with a breakfast bar so we had to sit there. Warm welcome, fresh juice, food was great, definitely coming back!!! Random but best eggs in town! There were soooo delicious

    Egg sunset

First time to eat at Sunset Grill at Fort Apache next to McDonald. Choice to order my dollar value breakfast at MC D or try a new restaurant that serves breakfast all day. Atmosphere is nice, pleasant, diner style but clean and sunny. Julie the wait staff greeted me right away with her nice smile and friendly demeanor. I ordered Egg sunset which is featured on the menu. The three eggs over easy with peace meal style bacon on an English muffin, Hollandaise sauce, paprika and fresh chives. Served with delicious home fries. Highly recommended. Just watch the calories and slightly salty menu.

Pancakes - they were okay, a little dense and dry. Powdered sugar made them very sweet.

We really wanted to love this place! We've been so excited to try it ever since we saw it opening, and a huge plus is that it's right down the street from us. The staff were very nice and welcoming, which was a great first impression. We got two coffees one iced and one hot. The iced coffee didn't come with refills, and unfortunately, my husband never received a refill on his very small hot coffee during our entire visit. My husband ordered the Sunset Sandwich, and he said it was good. He said he didn't know it came with a sauce that he said was a little weird he didn't know what it was. Got the pancakes to split - they were okay a little dry and dense. I ordered a build your own omelette with cheddar and spinach. Unfortunately, the omelette was very bland and missed on the seasoning. I also asked for sourdough toast, which was an additional $1 up charge, but the toast wasn't even toasted. I also ordered two sides of salsa, and that's partly on me for not asking if it was fresh. Unfortunately it was not and it tasted like it came straight from a jar. What really surprised me, though, was being charged almost $5 for the two small sides of salsa. I honestly don't understand how a brunch restaurant can justify charging that much for a couple of sides of salsa, especially when it wasn't fresh. Overall, we left pretty disappointed. We were really looking forward to having a new local brunch spot so close to home, so hopefully some of these things can be improved.

I have mixed feelings on this place. I've read all the rave reviews (there's a good handful from people with less than 5 reviews in the beginning...which means...hmmm). For me, other than the exemplary service and the great cup of joe, the food didn't quite hit it for me. I came here after church and was greeted right away by one of the happy cooks. The restaurant had a vibe of an old diner with a fast food twist. The decor and seating areas were nice. My daughter and I ordered pancakes and a bagel with cream cheese. We were confused that the pancake and bagel came with 'to go' condiments (individual packets) and not actual butter and cream cheese over our items. My take is: either this place is still fairly new and the restaurant is using package butter/cream cheese for longer shelf life=less waste/money or maybe someone thought it was a take out order (even though we were dining in). Either way, for me and my daughter, our breakfast didn't quite feel or taste how everyone claimed it would.

Nom nom! Eggs scrambled, breakfast potatoes, and bacon cooked just right!

Brunch time! My fam loves breakfast for lunch and we remembered this restaurant near our crib that advertised they were opening soon. Well, lucky for us they have been open and we decided to give it a try :) Famous all-day breakfast! I had a simple meal that included savory eggs, breakfast potatoes, and mouth-watering bacon cooked just right. I also wanted to try their pancakes, so I opted for the blueberry ones that were super delicious. I liked the powdered sugar added to these as well. My husband had a tasty breakfast bowl that did not disappoint. There were quite a few breakfast offerings I wanted to try, such as the Lobster Benedict. Which means we must come back so I can treat myself! I must add that the cup of coffee I had was of great quality and made fresh. The service from beginning to end was wonderful! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The surroundings were well-kept and clean. I am delighted that this new breakfast spot opened on Ft. Apache near our home. When I'm craving some delicious meals, note-worthy customer service, and warm delicious coffee, I am definitely visiting Sunset Grill again!

Excited to return to Sunset Grill! We dined for the first time yesterday and were impressed from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and seated with a smile. Our server was very kind and attentive, the food was delicious and brought to the table by the chef, who did a wonderful job preparing our naked blueberry pancakes to our preference. My husband and I devoured our meals and felt like prices were very reasonable. We ordered the Sunset Super - 3 eggs, home fries, two pancakes, and added bacon, along with an All Day Junior - 2 eggs, home fries, thick toast, bacon. We ate near the window and really enjoyed the bright, clean, and well decorated atmosphere. Grateful for this newer neighborhood brunch option!

Ate here twice in one week. The service is exceptional as they are always checking on us. There's a nice welcoming feeling here as you enjoy your meal. The layout has tables and booth sitting, as well as counter seating. Now, for the food..... The Lobster Benedict. I am a big advocate for both lobsters and Benedicts. The lobster was cooked perfect. Just as I hoped for. The Cinnabon pancakes was not too sweet. That one definite hit the spot. I would definitely order both of these again. Their potatoes and cornbeef hash was made fresh and had that home-cooked feeling.. Overall, this place is in a perfect area, the staff is amazing, and the food met my expectations. Thank you, we shall return again.

I came here about a month or so ago to get some to go breakfast. I was craving it! Wow! This place is delicious. A Canadian treat right here in Las Vegas! Everyone was so nice in the restaurant. The owner himself took my order, and he was quite a good up seller haha!! He sold me on the Cinnabon pancakes, and they were delicious. He was so nice and humble. I also had scrambled eggs, potatoes and chicken sausage. The portions were huge, I could barely eat half of my food. I saved the rest. Absolutely come here for delicious breakfast and great service! I will absolutely be back.

The modern decor is nice and the service is very friendly, if albeit a little young and inexperienced. Had read the reviews, and a popular biscuit place is always intriguing. But for the 3 of us, it just missed the mark. We got the fried chicken with gravy and biscuit, loco moco, and shrimp and grits. Each of the dishes had UB's own spin on these classics, and unfortunately their spins just veered too far from what makes these classics memorable. The fried chicken and hash browns lacked salt, so much so that I had to get up and find a salt shaker. Mind you I'm a person who doesn't like things too salty. The chicken with the gravy was fine but nothing crazy. Biscuit was above average, light and crisp, I found the strawberry jam a little runny and hard to apply with a knife. Just occurred to me now, I should have used a spoon. But for a place with "Biscuit" in their name I was expecting to be more blown away. I've been to top tier bakeries all over the country and have had very elite biscuits, to which these don't compete. It's still like a B tier biscuit which is very good, but not an S tier biscuit or even as A. Not elite. The loco moco was drenched in gravy and had a small amount of rice under the bowl of liquid. For any Hawaiians or people who like the original dish, the proportion should be a deliberate amount of rice and the sauce should only cover 30-40% not 200%. And the meat was not ground beef it was shredded beef, with a tart gravy. Just way too far off the original to enjoy quite frankly. Loco moco should be simple. The shrimp and grits I didn't taste. But there was so much dark sauce and other ingredients it was hard to see the shrimp or the grits. I've never had this dish before, the original, but my assumption is it's more of a simple dish where you can taste the simple flavors. All I know is our guest barely touched it, and brought it home hoping her husband would like it. That's like a .5/3 success rate on our dishes. We also ordered the big cinnamon bun which was supposed to be a popular item. I found it to be dry and not unctuous like an over the top, viral like cinnamon bun should be -- llama mama anyone? I think they use the biscuit dough, which again, another twist they put on that just doesn't really hit for what my brain is expecting and craving. All in all we were pretty underwhelmed. It passed the eye test with the high ratings, niche biscuit brunch crowd, well presented dishes, modern decor. And I certainly don't mind innovation, but anytime you add your own twist to a classic, the key is not losing the integrity of what makes it great. For my pallet and sensibility, they just aren't successful in this. For the younger generation that doesn't maybe know about the classics as much, it's clearly popular and I say to each their own and if they love it and clearly they do, I think that's fantastic for Union Biscuit and all of their faithful clientele. I know the dishes look great in the photos and I do think it's worth giving a try. But sadly it's just not for us.

Going to Fukuburger located in the same complex a few times, I've seen this place but actually…read morenever been inside. Firefly has been on my mind for a couple of months and I decided to book a reservation here at their southwest location for our monthly date night. They also have another location on Paradise Road. Through Yelp, I made a reservation for 6/20/26 at 7:30pm. I guess a reservation wasn't really necessary because it wasn't busy when we showed up and there were plenty of open tables available. It did start getting a little packed towards the end of our visit, though. Tucked away in the back of the restaurant is a small, cozy bar and more regular seating. We started off with some cocktails. I got myself a La Paloma and my LTP got the Fly Tai (possible pun on Mai Tai?). The La Paloma was very fruity, had a salty orange rim, and a dried orange slice on top. The Fly Tai was also fruity and had a dried rosé on top of its' frothy texture. We were also given complimentary bread along with a scoop of butter. Next, we ordered the tapas. We weren't 100% sure how big they were going to be, so we decided on one to share, one for me, and one for him. We ordered the following; Serrano Sliders, Manchego Mac and Cheese, and Tortillas a la Española. The Serrano Sliders came with crispy onions on the side that you can put on by yourself. I'm not a big meat person anymore but these sliders were totally delicious! The Manchego Mac and Cheese was excellent and probably one of the best mac and cheese dishes I've had in a long time. The Tortillas a la Española had a very colorful orange sauce drizzled on them and they were basically like cubed mashed potatoes. The portions on each tapa were very decent and weren't too big for us, so we ended up sharing all three of them due to their size. I loved everything about this place, especially the mac and cheese. The ambiance that had perfect date night feel to it and the service was excellent from beginning to end. I would love to come back again!

The happy hour is great, the food comes out quickly, and there's always something good to snack on while enjoying a drink. We've been back multiple times and will definitely keep coming back. Great spot for a quick bite, drinks, and a good atmosphere!
