Small stand near the beach. Dole whips and shave ices were top notch. Nice shady and breezy seating area. Quick service. What's not to like?

i've already reviewed 5 stars but I find it necessary to do so AGAIN I really do love the maui sunrise bagel. I don't know what it is about how they make this, but they do it better than you could ever do at home. Also tried the strawberry Matcha today and it was fabulous. loveeee.

Considering that there are not that many high fibrous foods in Hawaii, my friends and I had to look for acai bowl places around the area. Beach Street was next door to our place so we ended up going twice to get our fibers in. Food quality-wise, we loved the pineapple in our acai bowls. Oh boy. You cannot beat the sweetness of pineapple in Hawaii -- it is just another level of gloriousness. God just looked upon the islands and knew sweet fruits had to be there blessing. The acai and other fruits were great too and had so much natural sugar in it. Apart from food quality, I think the price was extremely high considering it was around $15 a bowl. I might be biased in comparing with healthy yogurt or acai bowls in other states, but justifying $15 is a hard sell. Despite this, I still ended up going twice because it was convenient enough and I definitely needed more fibers. Service was as quick as it can be in such a small truck-like enclosure. Ambiance was great because it was more outdoors. Nothing like eating acai bowls on a nice hot day!

I got the Kihei sunset which hit the spot. Ii must not have read the description thoroughly, but the ice cream at the bottom was a surprise delight. I added mochi but they were small and only a few for the extra $1.50. We were there early so there was plenty of space to sit.

Cute little spot. No inside seating. There are tables outside. Lots of parking near by. We ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and the vegan acai bowl. My husband said that the sandwich was good, but not a ton of flavor. I thought the acai bowl was one of the best I had ever had. The fruit was fresh and the granola was yummy. They did not skimp on the amount of stuff they put on top the acai. Beach Street is a great place to stop for a treat or breakfast.

Our group stopped by here on Thursday (9/12/24) while walking around the town of Kihei in search for dessert. As we were walking, one of my group members suggested we try the shaved ice here. Good thing we did and it did not disappoint! My wife & I ordered the Kihei Sunset and it was pretty good! The vanilla soft serve at the bottom was the highlight since it was pillowy soft and velvety smooth at the same time. This is one of the shaved ice places that I'd recommend if you're staying or around the Kihei area!

We kept seeing this place by our vacation condo and we finally stopped in! So yum! The acai and toppings were great in the bowl we had (hsd the pina colada one). The smoothie was so fresh and tasty. My husband had the Everything on Everything bagel and we all enjoyed it. Lactose-free options are plentiful! Friendly staff :) We will be back! Mahalo!

A great little spot to grab coffee in the morning, especially when staying across the street! It's an easy, walk up spot with a walk up ordering and pickup window. They do have some picnic tables outside for seating as well. We usually grabbed our bowls and ate at the beach. Good coffee, good açaí! I really enjoyed the piña colada bowl. The cold brew coffee with mac nut syrup was a staple with our group. Staff was friendly and open to modifications on the bowls, which was nice.

This food truck is actually an old school VW bus painted in white and blue. The line was about 10 people deep when I got there, even though it was around 7:30 and he was closing in about half an hour. After looking over the menu and seeing some wild options like birthday cake and gummy bear, I ultimately decided to go with an Ono Hua, or shaved fruit. For my shave ice I went with a regular size and chose POG as my flavor. Since it was shaved fruit, he had to switch from the regular ice to one that already had the fruit in it. Once he finished making it, he asked if I wanted a sweetener on top and I chose the coconut. As soon as I walked away I took my first bite and wow was it good. The POG flavor was legit and while the lilikoi dominated, that is exactly what I like. I loved the sharpness from the passion fruit and how the real fruit flavors were allowed to shine. The ice itself was super fluffy and light which made it even better. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I really loved this shave ice and can't wait to bring my wife the next time we are in Maui.

Reef is located in a parking lot and the truck is vibrant and inviting, beautifully decorated with lush green plants, making it super photo friendly. The ordering process is simple. You choose your base, pick the fruit you want blended in, and they make it fresh right in front of you. You can enjoy it in either a cone or a cup. There are a couple of picnic tables behind the truck that can comfortably seat about 10-12 people, which was nice for our family to sit and enjoy our treats together in the shade. Our only suggestion would be to add some shade for guests waiting in line. It gets pretty hot standing in direct sunlight, especially when there's a longer wait. That said, the quality, freshness, and healthier ingredients made it well worth the stop. Both the kids and the parents loved it, and we'd definitely recommend checking it out!

They use New Zealand Ice Cream Machines to create their fresh fruit ice cream concoctions. You can choose between Vanilla or Coconut (Non Dairy) Base, between a cup or a Waffle Cone, and you can choose 1 or up to 3 fruits to swirl into your ice cream. I was going to go modest with 1 fruit but decided on the 3 fruit combo of Strawberry, Mango and Banana and it was a nice swirl of fruits and the coconut base and I think best enjoyed in the crispy Waffle Cone. I'm a sprinkle addict (a go to on my ice cream since childhood lol) so that was lacking for me but I noticed you can add various toppings like Oreos, Honey, Granola, Waffle cone crumbles, etc. I tried my friend's fruit choices and they were delicious! The Pineapple with Coconut Base tasted like a Dole Whip, the Banana was light and creamy and the Strawberry and Mango (which was close to mine) was delicious as well. They have outdoor seating in the back with a little bit of shade. The last time I came with a friend was evening when it was cooler but the ice cream definitely hit during the day and was refreshing for sure.

This location is a small food shack right outside of Kihei Kalama Village. There was a small line when we got there but thankfully the person working the counter was quick. For my shave ice on this day I went with a small and chose piña colada, passion fruit, and guava. Starting with the ice, it was shaved nice and thin and I did not get any clumps. The flavors were interesting but good and while they leaned sweet, I liked that it was not a complete sugar bomb. Because of that I was able to finish the whole thing and felt refreshed afterwards. My father enjoyed his shave ice as well and agreed that while it was sweet, it was not overly so. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. While it is not in my top tier of shave ice, it is a solid option and can definitely scratch the itch when I am in the mood for one.

My mom politely asked if they had any sugar-free pies available. The girl at the register stated " you need to ask for those a day in advance". The girl then looked up from the register with an annoyed look on her face and said, verbatim, " does it look like I'm the head baker? I only work the register. That was the most rude response I've heard in a while... like we are supposed to know who specifically ask to order a sugar free pie ... ... just a wild situation for such a fun place with great tasting pies. The good: - blackberry mango was probably my favorite pie - peach cobbler a close second place - loved the mountain berry as well The bad: - the girl working the register - you want a sugar free pie? Make sure to NEVER ask in person. You have to call in. - And they only offer whole pies and not slices for sugar free pies The verdict: - minus 2 stars for the rude girl who yelled at my mom - minus 1 star for only having whole pies and not slices for sugar free pies, even though they only have 3 flavors to choose from... Such a shame to have people like that working at a place that serves such a good product.
