Highly recommend this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The cinnamon rolls are fresh and hot. They make them fresh all day it looks like. There is going to be a line almost always because the shop is small. Icing is not included but it's only .85¢ to add and if you get 5 rolls the 6th is free. Drinks are good, but definitely not the star of the show. We will definitely go back! Update: we went back again on our vacay and tried the Hawaiian Head Sandwich. Wheww!! This place will make you hurt yourself!! Omg it was soo good! The cinnamon roll was to die for! It is so soft and filling of cinnamon! It's sweet but not overly sweet! The service was amazing they are so quick! As soon as you walk in they are ready to serve you. They ask if you want topping or extra glaze. They get you in and out! This is the best cinnamon roll I've had in my life! I've been telling everyone about it. It's ooey and gooey and just before they box it up, they dip the roll into more gooey. Frosting is offered on the side for the sole purpose of them being able to add more gooey to the cinnamon roll. It's heavenly. I get its long lines! On New Year's Day, we waited in line for around 10 minutes and waited another 20 for a 6 pack of their original cinnamon rolls. If you buy 5, the 6th is free. The total, with a frosting for each, came out to a little over $35. The cream cheese frosting is not included in the order so you have to add on. The rolls came out so hot and fresh! I had an excellent cinnamon roll here when I was staying in Kihei a week ago. I'm so glad that we happened to be staying at a hotel that was walking distance from the Cinnamon Roll Place. There was a short line when I arrived. This is an order-and-go kind of place with a few tables outside on the sidewalk. I thought they only had cinnamon rolls, but they also have banana bread, scones, brownies, sandwiches, coffees, and teas. I only got one classic cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting and my timing was just right; if they run out of rolls, you have to wait while they bake up a new batch. Once I left, the line had grown substantially, so just be patient if you do have to wait; the roll is worth it. *The store is closed on Tuesdays.
