The food is exceptional every single time -- and everything is plant-based, although apparently they're so good at it that people don't even realize it. Last time we were there, we ended up sharing a table with a stranger who had ordered an omelette. Somehow it came up that the whole restaurant is vegan and she was SHOCKED. She had absolutely no idea she was eating a plant-based omelette. Honestly, that might be the best review of the food right there. The place itself is adorable and quirky, with tarot cards and games on the tables, fun merchandise, and friendly, funny staff. And the pastries!! Worth the drive all by themselves. We absolutely love this place and will continue making our ridiculous breakfast pilgrimage as often as possible.

I got a Himalayan mocha and the stout. The bagel was good, but I would definitely stick to ordering a breakfast burrito. The sandwiches looked good and the portions were HUGE. The pasteries are so good. I got the pistachio filled croissant and wow that was life changing! Super cozy and community oriented. There are conversation starters on the table and different books.

They haven't owned it very long and we heard they already have it back up for sale with a sale pending currently. The floor plan inside has changed a bit. They took out a row of booths and replaced them with bar stool seating. It doesn't look bad, but I'm not sure how much of the bar seating is actually used. We only come here for brunch or lunch. Overall the food was okay, but kind of pricey compared to their predecessors. The servers were the same as we remember. They are friendly, helpful and attentive. It's a decent restaurant, but I'm biased to the place I'm used to visiting every time we come to Yachats. Hopefully the new owners will pole the community on what they would like to see at the establishment, since they will be the main customer base. We're hoping for the best and plan to check out what the next owners do.

My husband ordered the albacore steak sandwich and said it had a large piece of fish with good seasoning but mentioned he wouldn't order it again. We happened to be there during happy hour and wanted to try oysters for the first time. Let's just say it was a taste of the ocean and will be our last :/ Oysters are just not for us! I've heard that oysters can be seasoned and spruced up to help add more flavor, but these were not. I wonder if it would have helped us enjoy them more?

We wrapped up our little weekend trip to Yachats with grabbing breakfast here. We remember this was a little Italian joint last summer. This place is surely to become a little gem. I decided to try the simple breakfast burrito and added bacon because duh! It came with a little side of house salsa that I made sure to add to every little bite along with their housemade hot sauce which was rather addicting! Delicious! My husband got the frittata and also nom nom nommed it down. The service was fantastic. It's rather obvious that these guys are striving for excellence with their new business venture. The place is very clean and has a cool modern look to it. I wish them the best. We are looking forward to coming back in the future. read more
