Steve had them all in stock and arranged for delivery and installation the next morning, 3-11-26! The delivery men were professional and friendly. They removed the old units, installed the new ones, and showed me how to use them. We are highly impressed with A1 Maytag Home Appliance Center, their inventory of high-demand appliances, and their superb customer service. We do not expect to need new washers or dryers for a very long time, but A1 will be our first stop for any other appliance needs in the future.

Now waiting on call backs and no communication I'm without a working oven for over a month. Communication is terrible, issue still not resolved. Text sent, calls made, nothing gets resolved. Technician told me on the refrigerator all the lights were connected, and he would need to replace them all. Cost $40 each ($400.00). After calling another company I found out the lights are independent and not part of a single unit. I only needed 1 light replaced which cost less than $30.00 each. Dishwasher leaking water: I asked if it could be the rubber seal which needed to be replace. Technician told me the cost of the rubber seal was extremely expensive. I should buy a new dishwasher!! My dishwasher is only 4 years old.... Another company replaced the seal and the dishwasher works like brand new.

The technician showed up at my home 1 1/2 hours early. I was not home. He had an attitude. I managed to get someone there within 30 minutes. The tech had an attitude because he was asked to move his car out of the driveway of the home that I own. I don't understand why do contractors feel they can park or block a homeowner's driveway!! Then he began to speak and his English was so broken to where he could not explain to me how he came up with the diagnosis and he did not understand the issue I was experiencing with the washing machine. Thanksgiving came & went, so did Christmas & New Year. By Valentine's day, we were calling about the status. Then St. Patty's Day & Easter......nothing. We've been waiting & waiting. My husband called and called & FINALLY spoke to Charles (Cell phone # is 832-306-4001). First, he told him he was still waiting on the part. Then the next story was 'well, you haven't paid me' (Bullshit - have a copy of the check that he CASHED on the same day it was written!) He…read moreknew exactly how to take the dryer apart and to figure out what the issue was in a reasonable time frame. A deal was make for Dryer Vent cleanout for $100 on the next trip which would be part of the warranty, which was fine, it needed to be done anyways. The parts were ordered and it was prolly my fault they did not get back here for a couple of weeks, but I am also sure home warranty (AHS) was not in a hurry to spend money. So the second appointment was made and kept- but this is where the two stars begins, while the second guy was nice and such, he did not seem to understand that one can not just jam a tool in thinking everything comes a part the same way. I told him the other tech had to remove the door to get the front open, but he just kept trying to pry on it. He would eventually follow my suggestion saying he never seen one like that before. After he got it open, I left him to do some other work. I did not stick around to see how the repair went. I asked him about the Dryer Vent Cleanout which the other tech and I had worked out. His response was he did not have a vacuum with him. I was kinda bummed, because, I ended up hiring another company which overcharged me for the vent. My dryer on one side you can clearly feel where he jammed his screw driver in trying to pry something in which would not budge. I feel the second tech was not up to par. However, I would hire the Company again only if they sent out the first Tech again.
