45mins inline stuck inline no way to escape I missed 20mins of church then I heh they handed me my drink at the window I noticed the color was wrong I asked them if it was the correct drink the young lady said yes as I pulled away I took a drink. It was in fact not the correct drink so I had to take even more time park go in get the proper drink and was told they are training like it's my fault. Everyone in that line should have been given their order for free for holding us captive for as long as they did this was atrocious service. Training on a Sunday morning when I assume it would be quite busy is ridiculous. Training should be done on slow hours not peak. Absolutely ridiculous service and management. I've been to quite a few beans and brews throughout the valley. 13th east, 33rd so. , 123000 so, Jordan landing and more. Every time I order a Mr. B's. It tastes identical at all other locations except this one. Consistently this location makes it differently. It isn't nearly as sweet and seems liked its missing something altogether. I've tried several times since it's the location closest to me. When I've addressed it with the staff they've told me that they make it correctly and all of the other locations must be wrong. No willingness to even try and understand why theirs is different. I just don't go there anymore. read more

I'm rating only based on drive through, since COVID has ruined our chances of hanging out at a coffee shop or restaurant for the rest of our foreseeable future. I come to this location a lot because it's only a mile away from work and gives me a reason to get out of the office for a few minutes. Even with a line, Beans is pretty quick! They've gotten my order right every time, and my only issue in coming has been a couple of visits where they were out of coconut milk (dairy wrecks me). I pay using their app in order to collect points. I recently submitted an app update request to save a card/payment option for quick reloading. Typing my card in every week is not my favorite. Good news: I noticed this morning there was a sign saying they have recently stopped asking for signatures after you pay with a card! I know it's a petty thing, but this is something they've had for years and has been unnecessary and annoying in my opinion. (Easily avoided by using the app instead, but still). So, big bonus points to B&B for not requiring a signature anymore, especially because who knows whose hands were holding those pens, right Corona? One thing I love about Beans is that my drink seems to always be super hot, and I love that. I feel like the giant green coffee chain always gives me lukewarm drinks that I have to reheat when I get home, so I appreciate that extra few seconds of steaming. I've been coming here instead recently due to locale, but also slightly better prices ($4.06 vs 4.28 for same size & drink) and to support local businesses. A note about the tiny print on their menu: you can get an "extra small" hot drink of 12oz, if you're like me and 16oz is too much for you. I stop here regularly since it's right near my office. I am always greeted with a smile. I love the hot Chai. They offer a few different Chai's depending on the mix and the milk. I like to stick to the regular Chai with skim milk because I think it has the best flavor. I rank B&B the top of the list over Starbucks and Einsteins for their yummy Chai. I've not tried any of the coffee flavors because, frankly, I really don't like coffee. My only negative comment is that they did away with the frequent customer cards. Now they have everything on an app with your phone. I've got so many apps on my phone, I really don't need another one clogging up my screen. This is an amazing local coffee shop, and I am so grateful that they have done so well over the years that they are able to have so many locations. I am always satisfied with my choice when I come here. They have a punch card that you earn point on, and at so many point you get a free coffee - and it doesn't take forever to accumulate point! If you go online to submit a request to receive notifications on their VIP club, you can go in for their specials and they even have triple reward point days. The reason I prefer B&B over any other place is because I don't have to worry about just getting a sugar rush and crashing, or consuming mass amounts of calories at 7 AM - they can make my drinks skinny, with sugar free syrup, and it doesn't cost me extra, or even taste like I did a healthier option. Food is usually still frozen, coffee is missing ingredients(always) and the service is disrespectful. We are constantly asked if we are done as soon as we order one item. I would understand the person rushing me if there were customers waiting, but the place is usually slow when I go (sometimes it is just me). Anytime the team of young ladies are working, they are too busy talking to each other to properly take your order and are irritated when you order. This would be a very convenient place to go because it is right next to my house, but I'd rather drive to another location to get 1 the correct order and 2 to interact with respectful staff. I understand it is a young team, but I'm not much older and don't remember ever being this disrespectful to customers in my service time. My favorite local coffee shop. The coffee is consistently good across all locations but the staff at the Draper location are always so friendly and helpful! Not only is the coffee good so is the food! As others have mentioned, the food is premade and then heated up when you order but you can't tell. I used to frequent this Beans and Brews when I lived out in Draper. The staff was always excellent and the newbies quickly remembered my order. Now that i live in Salt Lake, I always make sure and grab my usual when I take my dogs to the groomer. I work across the street and visit here often and the staff always have a good attitude. They are friendly and do a good job making coffees.
