I ordered pick up. My order was a Club Royale NO Honey mustard, I pick it up come home and the top of box is written No Honey mustard. I start eating it...there was honey mustard on it! It's been a long while since I stopped by Jason's Deli. No fault of the deli; I think it was because I wasn't near one or didn't see one as I see them everywhere in Texas. So, I added Jason's Deli back to my favorite list of places to go. I stopped by the Spring, Texas, location and got what they referred to as the Plain Jane Potatoe. It's nothing plain about this big oversized and cheesy potato. It was so huge; the cheese melted just right that I ate part of it in my car and took the rest home for later. The plan was to nibble in my car and then go home. And you know when you take food home, and its heat just right in the microwave, it's good. I went thru the drive-thru, but I can tell you the little I could see through the window; the place looked nice and roomy. I talked to the guy a little bit, and he told me most of the items on the menu are new or have been revised since the last time I visited. But, if you stop by this location, make a day of it. It sits in a really beautiful area with lots of stores and parking. read more

Jason's used to provide good value and quality; however, lately that is not the case. I recently purchased a bowl of fruit as listed on the menu. They gave me 6 strawberries and 5 pieces of pineapple and some very small grapes. For the price, I have gotten twice as much from HEB. The Jason's in Spring on Grand Parkway is not consistent and I have had challenges off and on since I started to frequent this deli. read more

They aren't service dogs never seen service dogs eating on top of the booth and the last time on top of the table. Licking off a plate that is gross the plate we get served with. I am never one to eat or crave a sandwich but when I do it's jasons deli. They actually make sandwiches taste good. I just really hate sandwiches in general. Like what kind of POS wakes up and says " ummm I sure would like a sandwich today" lol. Well good thing jasons deli has mastered the sandwich. My go to selections here are the club royale and the California club. They are both extremely tasty and I Like them a lot! They are full of flavor and the meat is very fresh! The manager at this location is extremely nixe. He had Versace glasses and braids. I lost my birthday email coupon and he was still able to take care of me. What nice guy! He was such a pro and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. His store was also very clean! Lots of seating too. If you are in the area I suggest you give them a try. Great job guys. read more

I have been going to Jason's Deli since the early 80's on the original location on Dowlen Rd in Beaumont. Got the Rueben and a salad. They downsized the hell out of it. It is now an overpriced rip off! It looks like two small sliders that are 4 bites each with easily 1/2 the meat we usually get. The meat is also much lower quality. 1/2 the corn beef was inedible. Since Covid, all Jason's Deli have suffered. This location hasn't recovered at all. Since they have started the practice of not allowing people to get the traditional basic items like corn bread, toast etc off the salad bar, those items just sit. When we did ask for a small plate to get a few items, we were told "they don't do that anymore". Other locations don't actively promote taking items, but those that know do anyway with no issue. This location activity polices the salad bar and will get confrontational with you about getting any items. News flash Jason's...in that area there are literally dozens of places to eat within walking distance of each other. I paid $10 for a half and sandwich and a cup of soup. You can afford to give me a couple of pieces of your sad little toast that's been sitting out all day. Which begs the question, if you aren't moving the items on the salad bar, do they get put back out the next day? read more

This location is terrible. Drive thru is so slow. I've been in line for 20 minutes and stuck in the line. I've called saying for the first car to pull around so the line could move faster and Michael or whoever answered just didn't understand. He said there's no where to go once you're in line. Welll duhhhhh. I'm really annoyed. They also need to have a curbside option for pick ups. And def get rid of the drive thru because it doesn't save any time!! read more

I found a hair in one of my dishes halfway through my meal, and coincidentally one of the managers happened to walk by my table a few minutes later. They have good sandwiches. My feedback: they could use someone who is more engaging with the customers at the cashier area. The staff's demeanor was not very welcoming. When taking the orders, she didn't seem excited to be doing her job which translates to an unwelcoming attitude. I will give a compliment to the staff who delivered our food to our table. I was hesitant to come to this Jason deli due to previous reviews, but my mom and I gave it a try. We went around lunch time and it was really crowded. I ordered the pasta while my mom got the salad bar. I loved the pasta and it was hot when I got it. I waited maybe 5 minutes to get my food. My mom really enjoyed the salad bar. Overall, I can see myself coming to this location again. The service was quick and fast and the food hot and good. The only complaint is that there is limited seating. If you're coming with a big group, plan ahead. read more

Appalling! Simply appalling! If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would, after today's experience. Around 2:30pm CST, my family went into this slightly busy Jason's Delu (our 3rd time here) since it opened 2 weeks ago. This was the busiest it has been, but with the 20 or so staff, didn't think there would be too much of an issue. Unfortunately, we underestimated the catastrophe of an untrained Jason's staff. With nearly 10+ people visiting the end of the deli line after waiting more than 15 minutes each for their meal, my family practiced a bit more patience. Not that, that served us well either. My wife noticed that it looked like our meal was on the line(it was for 20 minutes by the time we got our meal). After one patron, got back to their table from getting their meal in advance, he realized he got the wrong sandwich(my wife's), as he inspected the wrong bread, meat, and cheese, and took the sandwich back to the line. Having noticed this transpiring, I followed the patron and sandwich, to watch the line manager Sean put the sandwich back on the line (sanitary much?), and make the patron a new sandwich. Guess what? They were gonna give the same sandwich to my wife as part of our order, until I told Sean what he did wrong, in which he then reluctantly pulled the sandwich back, finally threw it away when he realized I wouldn't accept it, and then washed up and made a new sandwich, which I had to stick around and watch them make at this point. To add insult to injury the rest of the meal was cold (sitting for nearly 20 minutes ) and they forgot the sweet potato (still sitting on the line I think) , and the shortcake for my daughter. At this point I was so upset, I didn't care to fight for it any longer, and my family finished and we left. Interestingly they left the numbers on all the tables that the manager had to go and speak to, along with ours.
