This place damaged my $300 Padres jacket!! The man that works the counter did nothing to remedy the situation. When I showed him the burn mark on my jacket he tried to say it was already there and was extremely rude, he even tried to charge me more to try to take the marks off. Worst dry cleaners ever!! I would give zero stars if it allowed me to! spoke to an older gentleman who assured my clothes could be ready next day with no problem... only to show and be told he never said that. He refused to honor his word and basically called me a liar! Horrible customer service and business practices! save your time and money! read more

Hi, i have to share this poor experience I had with my long time (15+ years) local dry cleaners, Saturn Cleaners on Palm Ave, just in case you take your precious clothes to them . I dropped off 13 dress shirts on a Thursday to be picked up Tuesday after 4pm. My husband was in the area on Tuesday and stopped by to find out they were late and was asked to go back the next day, we got busy so I stopped by on Friday (1 week later). As I'm about to pay, i noticed one shirt is missing (sadly the newest one), so I asked the gentleman in charge and he very respectfully apologized and asked me to come back on Monday. Over the weekend, they called to let us know they found the shirt and i could pick it up first thing on Monday.. so I stopped by. When I looked at the shirt, I noticed the shirt doesn't belong to my husband so i tell the gentleman. He replied "but it's a Hugo Boss shirt". I said, "that's great but this is not my husband's shirt, where is his shirt"? I never even said it was a Hugo Boss shirt. He asked again for one more day which i was fine with, i mean what else can i say? On Tuesday, i called to ask about the shirt and the gentleman very apologetic said the shirt is lost and gave me the phone number of the owner to request a refund. I called and all i can say is his demeanor was unapologetic and sarcastic when I told him how much the shirt cost. Luckily I still had the receipt, since it was purchased late August. He said i could pick up the check on Friday the earliest (2 weeks after original drop off). When I arrived today to pick it up, they asked me to pay for the 13 shirts service which I'm ok with paying, however, discount the one you lost. Their reply was "Well, we dry cleaned the shirt and wont give you the reimbursement if you don't pay us". Funny thing is, how can they prove the lost shirt is dry cleaned? . So i said "fine.. ill pay you the $3.75 of the shirt you lost" honestly I just wanted to get the reimbursement and never come back. Thank you to owner for paying me the shirt, i appreciate that, what really made me post this was the lack of respect. I opened the check and see the lovely memo on the check from the owner "camisa demasiado cara!" - "way too expensive shirt!". Having a business is tough and it's sad to see how a local business you have supported for so many years has no respect for their long time clients. This could've been handled very differently if respectful leadership and appreciative of it's clients were running this place. I spoke with Margarita (owner) and was informed that she could not do anything anymore as she damaged my sweater. Did not want to take any accountability and was extremely rude. I've been sending clothes here for a long time now - more so my brother's ROTC uniform than anything else. The job gets done fast and it's always nicely pressed. However, the one time I took MY clothes to the cleaners (aka my suit jackets) they came back smelly really terrible. I put one on and I swear it reeked of B.O.! Maybe it was just me because apparently no one else could smell it, but I've concluded I won't be bring my own clothes there anymore. I'll still take my brother's clothes because his oddly came out smelling fine... As for the owner, he's really nice. I'm not sure how people get the "perv" vibes. He IS however very wish washy on discounts. Sometimes I get them, other times I don't, but it doesn't really matter to me tbh. read more

Overpriced! I recently moved to the South Bay and needed a new dry cleaning place. No prices were listed anywhere and the owner claimed to give me a "new customer" discount. I really felt like the owner made up the prices Way overpriced ... Never coming back ... Felt like I was ripped off. read more

my go to cleaners! they're fast (2-day turnaround most of the time), their prices are very reasonable, the hours are good for working folk and they take stains off your clothes (make sure you point them out). the older gentlement here is nice. 4-stars also because our clothes don't smell good, it smells like it has been cleaned but it's like an old book smell if that makes sense, our closet smells like a library. read more

Never had a problem here, Francisco is very friendly. Always have uniforms ready. Can even do one day service if you really need it. At least, that's what he offered me anyway. AGAIN, never, EVER HAD A Problem HERE! ! Over 2 years patronizing. And as for everybody saying he's a perve, l send my daughter in to drop off or pick up and she's never had a problem either. Extremely disappointed. I would not give it any stars, except i won't be able to post a review. I took my daughters "quince"dress to have it cleaned and preserved boxed. They saw the dress and said they could do the job. The ticket listed "wedding dress/boxed" to identify the size of the dress and listed the fee for this service. The dress was not ready on the due date as printed on the ticket. I kept going back for two weeks and called every other day and I kept being told that "the box was coming today". I went in and was told that I had to pay extra for the "cost of the box". I was very upset because upon leaving the dress I was confined it was included and the ticket stated "boxed". I asked to speak to the owner, they had to call her on the phone and she insisted the dress was to "big". I informed her that her employees who have been trained under her management acknowledged they could do the work. I told her I wasn't going to pay extra for the box and she said "well you can take the dress but there is no box." I agreed to pay for the dress as I was so upset and didn't want it hanging there for it to be damaged. I will be filing a small claims suit. These people suck! Margarita, the owner/manager, is a liar and a shady business person who doesn't take accountability for their poor work and service. I brought a brand new white tuxedo to this place (the tuxedo was for my wedding, which at the time was a week and a half out). The first time I picked up the tux, there were three stains, one of which was on the lapel of the jacket (silky type of material). I obviously wasn't happy with that, so I left it for another two days. The second time I picked it up, there were four separate stains on it. The same three were still there, and there was a new stain. It was obvious they tried removing the stains by rubbing them out. The worse one was on the lapel (which was a red stain). I could've done a better job rubbing these stains out. At this point I spoke to Margarita, who again is a lying sack of ----. She told me everything she was supposed to say; what an unhappy customer would want to hear. But when I would ask her what they would do if these stains couldn't be removed, all she would say was that they'd be removed and did so in a reassuring, ass-kissing manner. I asked her numerous times what they would do to make up for the stains if they couldn't be taken out, and she just continued to avoid answering that question and just made BS promises. So on the third time I picked it up (at this point my wedding was in three days), two of the stains were removed, one was barely there, but the red spot on the lapel was still there and it was extremely obvious that they were rubbing that spot. Additionally, the trim on the tux, including the stripe that goes down the pants, looked ripply like bacon. The tux just looked like crap. I complained about it and long story short, Margarita wouldn't do anything about it. She even had the balls to tell me that my tux was old when I brought it in and that's just how it looked already. I ended up having to rent a tux (and pay extra for the rush delivery). They have two businesses... one is on Palm Avenue and the other one is on Saturn Blvd. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THESE CLEANERS. read more
