During the lift, she accidentally spilled a large amount of solution on my left eye I could feel it running onto my eyelid, and that lash line has been sore ever since. On top of that, the results barely lasted. Within a week, my lashes dropped almost completely flat and are uneven one eye has a slight curl while the other is straight. I followed all the aftercare instructions, but the lift still failed. A lash lift should last 6-8 weeks, not a few days. Even though Natasha was nice, I'm extremely unhappy with the outcome and wouldn't recommend this place for lash lifts, Groupon or not.

I've been going to K Beauty for years now and have had experiences with both Jenny and Crystal -…read moreboth are truly amazing. I ended up choosing Jenny more primarily because she's who I started with and we developed a more of a relationship over time. I think the biggest reason why I continued to go to her is because she cared about the integrity of my lashes. She often gave me feedback on how I can better clean and take care/have better longevity. She also pays attention to my length/lash health -- she won't do certain styles or lengths if she thinks my lash cannot hold so we often have a game plan every time. If we have an upcoming event, she will work on prioritizing lash health (going for a shorter look in between) so that when big glam days come up, we can rock more volume. I also don't have the easiest Physio - I awkwardly open my eyes when I sleep so I've had experiences being badly burned. She's found a way to work with me and she makes sure I don't caffeinate before lashes (it does help). I get fills regularly anywhere between 2-4 weeks so I am a regular and can attest to their work :) I do get lots of compliments always on my lashes and I have referred this practice to other people.
