Unfortunately, there were several issues during my appointment. The lash artist seemed inattentive and was frequently going back and forth between me and the client next to me. I specifically requested shorter lashes, but the final result was noticeably longer than what I wanted. I also noticed the adhesive felt quite clumpy, and I ended up losing more of my natural lashes than I typically do. I've had lash extensions many times before, so this stood out to me. Additionally, my left eye was not fully dried before I was asked to open my eyes, which caused a significant burning sensation and was very uncomfortable. While I wasn't satisfied with my lash extension experience and probably wouldn't return for that service, I am still open to trying BayLash's other offerings, such as lash lifts or facials, in the future.

On top of that, the results barely lasted. Within a week, my lashes dropped almost completely flat and are uneven one eye has a slight curl while the other is straight. I followed all the aftercare instructions, but the lift still failed. A lash lift should last 6-8 weeks, not a few days. Even though Natasha was nice, I'm extremely unhappy with the outcome and wouldn't recommend this place for lash lifts, Groupon or not.
