HORRIBLE PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!! Came into bc i had a broken finger nail & wanted a pedicure. Sat down for my pedicure & noticed the place was FILTHY! There was a huge dust bunny behind the nxt chair along with rust & dirt. The walls are painted green bt look brown & stained. Once i was done i went to get my nail fixed & the guy that was doing my nail kept messing with the acrylic before it dried so when i came out i noticed my nail is wobbly & its nt gonna last bc it didn't dry properly. I also noticed he used tools out a box labeled "SOILED TOOLS" I'm so upset. Then to top it all off i got stung so bad by mosquitoes on my arm neck & back while i was sitting in their chair getting my nail fixed. Worst experience ever do nt give these ppl your business. This place should be on the number one worst nail salon in America! My sister brought me here since I was in need of a pedicure (visiting Fresno). What a disappointment! I've never been to such a bad service and ghetto nail salon until now. They are not good about cleanliness or asking if their customers are comfortable. There's no such thing as a nail spa here, just a bunch of people pretending to do nails. I sat in the massage chair waiting until my feet were wrinkling, and then when I did finally get worked upon the lady trimmed my nails until I said it hurts and she began to say something in her language, (not a surprise). They did not did a great job on my sister's nails either. Such a crowded and crammed salon... it seriously took only 15 minutes for my pedicure. If you want a legit spa manicure or pedicure don't waste your time here. It's seriously the worst ever, but if you want a cheap pedicure where they trim the heck out of you and cut your fingers, go for it. read more

i went in pretty late it was around 7ish and it was me and my 2 other friends. the place was pretty busy but they still attended us. we all went in for a pedicure & they had gotten gel while i got regular paint. the lady comes and turns on the water and it's hot. i tell her and she changes it. then when she begins to start doing my feet it's ok AT FIRST. she was cleaning out the sides, cuticle and in my nails. IT HURT SO BAD. especially on the big toe. i didn't show any expression other than look away and handle with the paint. i was praying she'd be done. so after the PAINFUL cleaning she began painting & that part went ok. the whole time we were there they kept yelling back at each other even when they were close to each other. it made it seem like they were taking shit tbh but idk. anyways, me & my friends just didn't like the place or vibes. btw they didn't even massage my feet they literally "cleaned my feet" then painted them and left. they only came around when i paid. that's not even the worst part y'all. my right big toe was hurting so bad when i left but i thought it was normal or whatever so i continued. fast forward 2 days later i now have a bacterial infection and i'm in pain from it, luckily i caught it early but anyways long story short. It's ridiculous that they closed at 8, I got in there at 6:05 on the dot and I'm barely just getting done. My toes alone took an hour, the ladies were rude. Someone else started the water when I first sat down, turned it off and walked away... had me sitting there for 10 minutes until the little bit of water was cold. Had me get up, and dry my feet. Go pick out a regular color for myself, and then sit with more cold water for another 10 minutes. I asked the lady to turn the water on for me, she did very quickly turned it off and walked away again. When she finally came back around and turn the hot water on for me so that my feet weren't sitting in cold water, it seems like her and some of the other ladies were making fun of me. She then did not understand what I wanted for my nail colors, and didn't seek help for translation until I was overly upset!! I told her that I wanted more glitter on my feet and she proceeded to put TOP COAT ON MY TOES. Once she got the amount of glitter I wanted on my toes, I then had to ask her to finish it with top coat. I'm an hour/ hour and a half into just sitting here waiting for someone to be available for a fill. I get moved from my pedicure chair to a table and I sit there for another 20 minutes!!! "He's in the back eating, he's hungry they said." Are you f#£&$$ing kidding me? Why put me in a chair if they're not ready. As I'm finally getting worked on for my nails I literally heard 4 different people argue with the manager or whoever the @uck that guy is about prices. Their prices really seem to fluctuate from client to client. I spent $30 on my nails while someone else spent $37, she didn't get gel or any extra designs or anything!!! So why the extra $7??? Why are you also going to charge me the same for a fill that you did two weeks ago for the full set... it's because 3 fingers are missing that's almost the same as a full set? Are you kidding 3/10 is the majority now??? Maybe if it was $3 fingernails on each hand!!! Regardless I hope this helps someone not have this terrible experience like me!!! I went yesterday for a simple manicure and it resulted in the worst service and manicure I've ever received. I was greeted and asked what I wanted, to which I replied a manicure. Once I sat down, there was some misunderstanding because the lady assumed I wanted fake nails, but this was quickly resolved. However, as soon as she started she complained about me not wanting fake nails to the other manicurists, pointing at me and not even thinking that I may not speak her first language, but I can read body language. She quickly went through the motions, skipping the corners of my nails with the polish so she could eat the KFC another manicurist brought in. (They were all eating at their stations, I'm not a state inspector, but I doubt that is allowed). I had to ask her to go back and do the corners, she quietly apologized. For payment I had to reach into my purse with my nails to get out my debit card, she swiped it and handed me the receipt. I asked where I could write a tip, another manicurist who spoke English said I was supposed to tell her before she swiped. I replied that it was my first time, and she said it was okay. To be polite, I gave my manicurist $2 in cash. I then reached for my keys and messed up my right index finger, which she corrected. I couldn't get out of there fast enough! Now the next morning, I've showered and of 9 out of 10 fingers are already chipped! Guess I won't be going there before a big interview EVER again! read more

I've been here a couple of times over the years but definitely won't ever go back. I only went in today because the place I like to go to (near Winco) was closed this morning for some reason. There were only 2 other customers when I first arrived, I was told to go to chair 6 which was at the back of the shop! The massage on the chair didn't seem to work. Upon looking around, all of the chairs looked like they need to be thrown out and the place is pretty messy and unkept.. It didn't feel as hygienic as I like. The lady who did my pedicure was rough! She was pushing and pulling my feet and legs like she was angry each time she needed me to take my feet out of the water. She also hurt me a few times when she was cutting and filing my toenails. She poured some kind of oil on my feet and without rubbing it in, she got up and said to give her ONE minute and walked away.. I sat there for about 10 or 15 minutes before she reappeared to finish my pedicure. Once she was done she said "pedicure!" To me like she was mad.. My cousin and I came in for a small girls pampering day just to get our nails done and the service was sorry. First, they were busy as usual, but we were serviced pretty quickly after coming in (1 star). The lady did a decent job on my eyebrows, considering that I have been getting them threaded for a few years, I was pleased with the result (1 star). My cousin got a gel manicure. The color was pretty and the nail tech was nice (1 star). While my cousin was getting her nails done, the lady who did my brows made it a point to come by the nail tech's Station and mention (more than once) that I needed to pay for both services. She spoke clearly in English when telling me my total beforehand, yet took this opportunity to speak in her native language and point at me while speaking with the nail tech. I told them that I had every intention on paying, and that I would never walk out without doing so. The reason why I hadn't paid at that moment, is because we had already changed our mind about what was going to be done on her nails, so the logical thing to do was to pay as soon as it was done. So, I proceeded to ask them a total she rudely told me my total. I went up and paid for it, then came back and showed her the receipt. I went in on Friday January 17, 2020 to receive a manicure and pedicure with my in-laws for a girls day. Upon arriving the guy that asked what we wanted was a little bit cold but I thought nothing of it. When he tells me to sit in the chair I waited about maybe five minutes to even get water for my feet and didn't have a remote for my massage chair. Then when I finally get water to soak my feet it was luke warm and got cold quickly. The manicurist rushed through the whole service, didn't bother to even out my nails, barely gave me a massage and kept trying to get me to upgrade to gel nails when I wanted regular nail polish. $35 wasted on the worst service I've ever received and to top it off I now have a toenail infection on both of my big toes. I normally don't do reviews but I felt the need to review this place because obviously they aren't disinfecting their equipment. I'd give it 0 stars if i could. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau because they lie about their prices. They advertise $10.00 for a fill, but they add on extra charges for things they have to do anyway. I keep my nails very short and natural, I don't get any color polish, gel, or designs. Just acrylic nails with a clear top coat. Emily did my nails and at the beginning she asked if I wanted them shorter. I said just a little bit, only as much as they had grown out in 2 weeks. At the end, she applied a gel coat, I DID NOT ask for gel. Then she charged me $17.00! I asked why and she said $10.00 Fill + $2.00 to shorten my nails + $5.00 for gel. I know a lot of places charge for gel, but I didn't ask for it. I was upset because shortening my nails is usually part of the "Fill process" and I didn't ask for gel. The next time I went I was determined to get a $10.00 fill so I shortened my own nails at home and I told her no gel, just a clear top coat. This seemed to make her upset and she had a nasty attitude the whole time. One of her relatives came in the shop and she started talking and joking with him. Then she got on the phone and was talking to someone for 5 minutes. I was reading my book and when she tapped my hand for me to give her my other hand, I noticed she had totally screwed up filing my nails. The thumb and pinkie were round and the other 3 nails were really square. I pointed it out to her and she told me she didn't like me and that she never wanted to do my nails again. I tried to explain but she was mad and would not listen. She put oil on my nails and told me to go wash my hands. Then she charged me $14.00! I asked why and she said "$10.00 Fill + $2.00 to shape my nails + $2.00 to remove the old gel". WHAT?!? How can you give someone a fill without removing the old polish, gel, or design? That is part of the "Fill process". Then I asked or a clear top coat but that would be $2.00 more, so I said screw it and applied my own when I got home.
