My go to brow place! I went to get my brows threaded for the first time at beauty brows and beyond in sandy springs and let me tell you! My brows have never looked better. I am so pleased with how well Mac did on my brows. 10/10 recommend

I had my first appointment with Noureen, and she did a great job. I've had my brows threaded many times before but wanted to try out brow tint. I love my natural brows when they're shaped well after threading, but I really like the results of the tint as well. However, I will likely do a walk in or call to set an appointment next time rather than doing it online. I made an appointment through their website, which uses a third party scheduling platform. There was a "Brows and tinting - first time client" appointment option for $50, which sounds like it would include both threading and tinting. I had to pay half online to secure the appointment and the other half would be paid in person. When I got to the counter, the total for the service rang up at only $45 and there was no question of whether or not I was a first time client. So, I'm not sure why the pricing is different on the website. Also, when I informed them that I'd paid the first half online, my total went from $45 to $37.50 instead of the $25 I was expecting. So, I ended up paying over $60 for a service that said $50 online and rang up at $45 in person. A bit more clarity on scheduling and pricing would be helpful. But overall, the space is clean and quiet. The ladies working there are nice. And I like my brows!

I came here once for an on the glow/quick facial and had a good experience which is why I wanted to come back so disclaimer, this rating is based on the customer service I received on my attempt at coming back and not the service. I initially booked an appointment for a "Diamond Dermabrasion Facial" and it was cancelled because I was told that the lady that does that specific facial wasn't there. I then rescheduled the same facial for the following week and received a call hours before my appointment to confirm if I was still coming for my "Hydrafacial" but I was confused and I told them that I never booked a Hydrafacial and my appointment should've been a Diamond Dermabrasion. I was then told that they don't offer the Diamond Dermabrasion but could do the Hydrafacial instead? I really don't like how my appointment was cancelled the first time and the second time around I'm being told that the service I rescheduled for, is unavailable. PLUS they didn't even try to ask first and just assumed that I would be okay with getting a facial I didn't book, just because it costed more. I ended up canceling this service all together and will proceed with my facial somewhere else.

Alright y'all- I'd heard great things about this place but I'm still floored at how great Noureen is with threading. She is a bit pricey but she works to give you what you want instead of just doing a mediocre job. I've had my eyebrows threaded for years and years but I've always gone to random places who either did a fairly decent job or totally butchered my eyebrows. I've never been impressed enough with a place to go back continuously. During quarantine I decided to grow my eyebrows out and finally trust Noureen with them. I told her I didn't want them too thinned out and she told me she could create a better natural arch. She did an amazing job. It's been a few months and my eyebrows look amazing. Safe to say I will be going back to here for the foreseeable future!

Today was my first time visiting BBNB. I have lived in Atlanta for a few years now but have never managed to find the perfect spot. This is it! I used Yelp directions and found it easily. Parking was free and continently located right by the salon. Just walk up a few steps from the garage and it's right there to the right hand side. This is a newer location but the artists have many years of experience and have had their business in other areas. The salon is welcoming, beautiful and clean. They offer a variety of services - threading, waxing, facials and skin care products. Ash was very friendly and pleasant. When I called for an appointment I was actually able to walk right in. She listened to me and discussed how we could get my brows where I want them to be. I prefer a more natural tint because my brows are light and small. This is one of the first places I have visited that is actually able to match mine so well so I don't look ridiculous! Ash gave me a great shape and left the very thin hairs towards the end so they can grow/fill in to achieve my goal brows. I purchased their organic oil since I had seen great reviews on here. Ash shared some of her other clients successes with it as welI'm excited to accelerate my growth to get back to having a little bit larger brows than I currently have. I had recently traveled and got a little sunburned which led to some peeling. Ash noticed and recommended an all natural skin care product that they carry and gave me a sample to try. She went above and beyond and it is so much appreciated. I will definitely be coming here in the future! Covid precautions I notified while there - Very clean, frequent sanitizing, mask work by employees and clients. I felt extremely safe in the salon.

When I arrived, I signed in and was seated immediately. The establishment was clean, chair were sanitized and all staff wore masks. I was serviced by Noureen. She was polite and professional. She showed me my brows throughout the threading process to make sure I was comfortable. Once we achieved the proper shape, she suggested a tint to enhance the shape. The entire process took 15 minutes and I AM SO HAPPY. I love my brows!

I had seen a lot of amazing feedback and results regarding Noureen and her amazing skills. With the quarantine it has been 4 months since I had my brows threaded. I figured now is the time to give her services a try! And I COULDNT BE HAPPIER. I'm in the process of regrowing my eyebrows. The consultation was great. She's super sweet and approachable and asked me questions about what I wanted the eyebrows to look like etc. she also suggested her eyebrow oil to help me with better results. I always had my left eyebrow look different. The growth and the shape were always off in comparison to my right one. The way Noureen did her magic was amazing. Not only was it painless and quick she explained that she left a little hair because I wanted to grow them out more and also explained that she evened out my shape. I can't wait to continue going to her to really elevate the look of my brows! I'm definitely going back and have already scheduled my 3 week appointment! Her salon is brand new which is so exciting but super clean and safe. Sanitizer was used before and in between my service as well as when I paid.

I normally go to the owner but she was booked so I tried another one of the ladies. I was really dissatisfied so the owner came over and tried to fix it but at some point one of them chopped the end of my brows off! I didn't notice right away because it was tinted so of course as it fades - this is the outcome. So now I'm back to growing them out smh.

I went today for first time and I wanted to go with the owner because of the reviews but she wasn't there. So Sara did my eyebrows and let me tell you she did AMAZING. Totally love how she did my eyebrows. I wish I could take her with me back to Savannah I highly recommend her. She is very sweet, attentive, and my eyebrows on fleek I love my eyebrows thick and full

Noureen is very nice but it was my first time & I made an appointment online it said 20 mins & my eyebrows get analyzed and find the best shape for my face frame ..... she literally took less than 5 min on my eyebrows & they came out alright little thinned out UNTIL I came home really looked in the mirror and I got 2 different shaped eyebrows now ....... This was my first time coming here and I absolutely LOVED it. I booked an appointment with Noureen and she was great. She gave me recommendations for my eyebrows and I trusted her and they came out amazing. I hadn't gotten my eyebrows threaded in over 6 years so I was a little nervous about the pain, but it didn't hurt at all! I also bought a bottle of the PFB Vanish Chromabright because I usually have to purchase it online and they sold it here in person so I had to get it. Noureen also gave me 2 samples from the Eminence collection and I'm so excited to use them! Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back.

I have been to Beauty Brows N Beyond 3 times now and wow!! First, they are very clean and sanitize before and after each appointment which is great during this time. Second, I have already seen such a difference in my brows! Both Ash and Noureen are so knowledgeable and have a plan for your brows not just a "clean up" like other places I have been to! I got the growth serum and it really does work! This is my go to brow place now and no one else is allowed to touch my brows! read more

I've been going to Noureen since 2019, when she was still at the Blush Baby salon. She was still pretty pricey back then, but she did an amazing job and used to be so humble and down to earth and always had amazing customer service. Now, she's increased her prices significantly (way above industry standard), yet the customer service has been extremely bad. The last few visits I've had with her have been really eye opening for me and I won't be coming back. At first, Noureen would constantly try to upsell me for another service or product. Then, she kept me waiting in the chair at my appointment time because a friend was visiting her at the salon. She talked to her friend right in front of me and eventually came after 20 mins and did not apologize for the wait. There have been multiple appointments when she's been 15-30 mins late with absolutely no explanation or apology. The ladies at the front desk have no response except for "I've texted and she isn't responding so she must be on the way" - this wasn't a walk in, it was an appointment scheduled several days in advance so it was pretty rude for her to not be there when she's expecting a client. When she eventually came, she rushed in and did not apologize or give an explanation. I would love to support her as she's good at eyebrows but she isn't very down to earth anymore and has horrible customer service. Definitely not worth the high prices. I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone - there are much better places in Atlanta who actually care about their customers and don't charge an arm and a leg for mediocre service. Hope Noureen learns a thing or two from them because she's definitely losing customers. read more

Noureen is a beauty brows n' beyond expert!! She is beautiful inside and out, with an inviting spirit that will put any nervousness at ease. The shop is clean, sanitized and beautifully decorated with a calming spa feel. I've been a client of Noureen's for over fours and I wouldn't dare let anyone else touch my eyebrows! I came here for the first time for a simple threading and won't be returning. I didn't feel welcomed by the staff and the sign-in process was a little complicated in my opinion. The lady who did my eyebrows did an okay job but it was really nothing special, no shaping at all. Certainly not worth $14. Overall, overpriced for mediocre work in my opinion. My honest reviews are also not showing up on Google, so I question the authenticity of all those 5 star reviews. read more

Amazing.. just moved to the area from Southern California & needed a new facial and brows spot. Beauty Brows N Beyond is my new regular. Ash gave me the 30 minute facial and threaded my brows. I decided on the short facial just to test it out and next time I will 100% be doing the longer facial. Ash is fabulous!! I usually wax my brows because threading hurt me so badly in the past. Ash threaded my brows and it was nearly painless. When my facial/brows were done, it was absolutely pouring rain and Noureen gave me a ride to my car.... who does that!? This is hands down the BEST place for eyebrow threading in Atlanta. I've been coming here for close to a year and refuse to let anyone else touch my eyebrows. The add on glo facials are super awesome and convenient as well. The shop is always super clean and very peaceful. I have put all of my girlfriends onto this place for eyebrow tinting / threading, waxes, facials etc and this now all of our go to spot! read more

i have been trying to find a great eyebrow place for the four years I've lived here and I've finally found it! The location is easy to find and parking was only $1.55. Noureen did an excellent job and it was super fast. Threading usually is painful but this service was not. Noureen is simply the best and I would recommend her to ANYBODY! I won't go to anybody else. i got my brows done and i just wanted a simple clean up, and they were already thick, i told her to keep them thick and they came out so thin!! i was humiliated :( she gave me a free tint because of how they came out but i still didnt like them. now i have to grow them out for a few months. and also, the lady had no mask on.. read more

Which in fact, all deserve 5 stars. I usually see Kaitlyn for a Brazilian (who I believe is the store manager) and I will said she is very efficient with her work. She usually doesn't take the entire 30 minutes, however, she ensures that you are leaving with a high quality wax. She is very attentive and professional during any service I've received from her. One thing that I believe is important is that I rarely get ingrown hairs when I go to her. In addition, my hair doesn't grow back in an abnormal way. I believe for the price, I am receiving the best quality work! There is a few spots for street parking out front. However, there is also a parking structure that is attached to the facilities that offers free parking.

(The team was so nice, they assured me that if I was at the wrong location, they would have worked it out for me) Parking in this neighborhood can feel a little risky as there are 'no parking' signs all over, it's hard to know what to believe. I called ahead just to confirm if I could park on the street without issue during my afternoon visit and was reassured. Spoiler alert: My car was safe in its original spot with no ticket in sight. The vibes at each Sweet Peach are the same, adorable and covered in peaches! Peach rugs, walls in peachy tones, adorable peachy butts, etc etc. Once you walk into a Sweet Peach, you'll never forget how they look lol. Another fun trait of each Sweet Peach? Sex and The City plays on each tv. LOVE. Definitely easy to get through a waxing/sugaring appointment as you see Carrie embarrassing herself once again for Big's attention. The team at this location (and honestly, every locaton) is SO nice. They were patient, incredibly helpful and just sweethearts. Tammy was my wax tech on my last visit and she did an amazing job. I canceled the other place and changed my uber route to there. I literally had my luggage with me so I was a little embarrassed but I needed this done immediately lol. I came in and it was the cutest decor upon entrance and everyone was friendly. I was greeted by Rose and she was nice. She looked and said " I'll do your stomach", um they don't do that in St. Louis at all. She also knew I shaved and mentioned the reason and what happens when you shave. I told her it was a life or death reason I shaved( out the country and no where to get waxed ). Rose was nice and sweet and fast. I was in and out and I appreciated that most out of everything. I felt comfortable. If I'm ever in Georgia I will return.

First- why would you not call your customer the same day?? I thought maybe it was a staffing thing, so I called to confirm. They told me it was MY FAULT because I cancelled too many times in the past - 12 times over 8 years!!! As someone who had been going there for 8 years + you would think a phone call or email explaining this would be nice. They said I would no longer be able to book online which is absurd. I'm not going to risk waiting in a walk in appointment. The lack of communication and treatment is truly terrible. Not to mention the girl on the phone who told me this was so rude, saying I was lying and it was all my fault. I will have to try to find a new wax space because this is truly terrible customer service. The only reason they got 2 stars is because I have gotten very good waxes in the past

Noureen is the ultimate eyebrow queen of ATL. Can you imagine I was looking for a person to get my eyebrows right since I moved to ATL in 2005?! It took me this long to find her and I'm so thankful I did. I don't have to explain anything to her I just sit on her chair and voila my brows are perfectly shaped. She just gets it. She has an eye for perfection. No one else has touched my brows since Noureen has done her magic on them! In fact, I have family from Canada who want to make an appointment to see Noureen because they have seen my brow transformation and were in absolute shock how perfect my brows looked. "Not one hair out of place" is what they said. Also a plus, the salon is absolutely gorgeous and very welcoming.
