My lashes always last me 2-3 weeks before needing a fill & appointments is usually anywhere from 1.5-2 hours, which is the normal. The vibe inside is super relaxing, like a spa. The beds are comfy & I knock out every time I come in lol. They offer blankets if you're cold & little pillow to put under your legs or your back. There is a parking lot & lots of street parking so finding a spot shouldn't be an issue. I've tried out multiple different lash techs here and am never dissatisfied. This is my favorite lash extensions boutique & will continue to come here to support them! :)

I found Lash Glow on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Booking an appointment online was super easy, they have all their services listed. There isn't a parking lot but you can try to find parking on the street in the front of the store or in the neighborhood that's around the corner. It's a safe neighborhood so I wasn't worried about my car. Walking inside, it's one huge room with multiple lashing stations divided by a curtain. It was empty when I was there, just me and the girl who gave me my lash lift and tint. I didn't catch her name, but she was so sweet!! She gave me a run down of the various lashes they offered, I told her that I would eventually come back to get my lashes done and she had great recommendations for what I was interested in. My favorite thing about this place was the lashing bed! It was cushioned with a foam mattress pad, it put me straight to sleep! The process of getting the lash lift and tint went so smooth. I didn't feel any burning, the tech had the softest touch, and I felt really comfortable. I highly recommend trying our Lash Glow if you're interested in getting your lashes done! Looking at their prices too, it didn't seem too pricey.

By the way, check in on their tablet when you arrive so you can rack up 10 visits for $10 off (we love a loyalty moment). She walked me through all the lash options and even showed me the lengths before we started, which I appreciated because I'm picky but also indecisive. The setup is a communal space with curtain-separated stations, and honestly? Cozy vibes. The bed was comfy, there were blankets available (yes please), and everything felt clean and professional. I saw Catherine sanitize her hands before getting started, which immediately put me at ease. Now the real test: the glue. I insisted on the super sensitive (blue) glue, and you guys... They were nice but pushy. She did an okay job but not what I asked for. I gave her directions for wispy volume and photo of what eyelashes lengths to use and she did not follow. She used long lashes for my inner eye and left a gap. This was a "new set". Also, you are in a room with 2 other clients so not a peaceful experience. I would recommend going to their shop in Hacienda Heights. I will be going there for new set next week.

The moment they found out I had a groupon, they tried charging me much more for lashes that were clearly advertised in the salon photos. The technician her name was Summer showed me a photo of a previous client on her phone of what supposedly qualified for the Groupon, and it looked nothing like a proper full set. After driving a long distance, I felt pressured into paying extra and ended up spending an additional $35 plus $15 for lash removal. Very misleading experience and felt like false advertising. They should clearly have photos of what is and is not included upfront.

They also add polish colors to their rotation and let me know when they get new colors in!
