The second time, I was charged $60 just to clean up the edges of his hair. There was no shampoo and no actual haircut--just a quick edge cleanup. When I asked why the price was so high, they pointed to the menu and said a men's haircut costs $60. But my son is 10 years old, not an adult. There was no consideration for children or for a regular customer. It also felt like they suddenly did not understand English when I questioned the price, even though they had no problem communicating when it was time to charge me. Leon, who cut my son's hair, is amazing--kind, professional, and very talented. My issue is with the manager, front desk, and owners. Their pricing and customer service felt unfair, unreasonable, and very stingy.
