okayy so I decided to write a review on my NEW nail salon home. I'm From LA and I've been out in rialto for almost a year now and I have been to a couple different nails salons and this is by far the best. I must say, Tiger and Kevin do a better job than my girl Helen does in la. I've never been one to get gel because Helen didn't know what she was doing with the gel. Coming here, my nails last at least 3 weeks or more and I haven't had any issues with anyone being rude. Kevin and Tiger are the only two who touch my nails and feet. Tiger is really nice and today I let him do my gel mani which was nice. Kevin normally does my mani and tiger my pedi but they were so busy today he ended up dog my mani too. I've been here 4 or 5 times since I've been out here and since I'm 7 months pregnant I try not to come as often but they are nice I don't know why people say they are rude. They do a great service and have great conversations. Pricing is normal I would say. I paid the same amount in la and I would say they do nails better here. read more

Hmmm what can I say....this place has gone downhill! Their customer service is horrible! Last time I went in the man that was doing my pedicure stopped in the middle of cleaning my feet and went to finish up another girls finger nails, WITHOUT TAKING OFF HIS GLOVES!!!!! That's so gross, what if I had a fungus or something nasty! Then there are other people that sit on the massage seats while other customers are waiting.....so unprofessional! This place is dirty now. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst customer service. I walked in and was greeted in a rude manner and then I ask to see the gel colors (which they had very many of and pretty colors too) and the lady rudely tossed them on the counter and said here take them sit down and we'll be with you. I walked out. For the prices they charge they should have better customer service. read more

I think the only good thing to say about this place now is the price. I have been going to this place off and on since they opened, never had any complaints. BUT I went there almost a week ago and the acrylic was lifting so bad I had to take it off. Not to mention the awful job it was to begin with. One of my nails was so crooked, they were uneven I had to fix them myself. It's like they're too busy napping the get upset when a customer comes in. I had a bad expierence with MiMi and gel topping. I used regular polish then wanted a gel topping. Well because she didn't let the polish dry completly before putting on the gel, after a while my nails was all wrinkled up. I was so furious with this, especially since I couldn't go back to fix them in a timely manner. Someone needs to teach that lady how to do nails...... read more

-10, I had a pedicure from HELL! The lady that did my pedi didn't know what she was doing. The way she was cutting and YANKING the excess nail/skin off of my left big toe was just plain painful. I kept telling her that it hurt and she kept yanking and saying "I know, I know, you took too long to come in" (I've never had this problem from "taking too long to come in") After that she totally cut my skin on another toe and it didn't stop bleeding for a while, she just kept wiping it off with her gloves on! She then continued to do my right big toe and omg that was worse then the first one! She cut off the sides of my nails and then continued to drag it off with the stick they use to push back your cuticles, WTF!??!? When I left it kind of hurt but didn't think anything of it. A bit later after getting home my toes hurt so bad that I couldn't even walk! They were all red and swollen and it turned into an infection about a day later!! I've been going to this salon for a while now and this will be the last time! No one should have to go through this pain getting a pedicure!! Please do not come to this salon. I hope you like your feet enough to not come here! read more

Went to Bebe's Nail & Spa this morning. I was the first customer. Mimi was the only one there and she told me it would be a minute (that was fine because I was not in a hurry) I sit waiting patiently, she finally called me over to the chair and started on my pedicure. Soon as she started her tool was hitting my skin, when I told her she was hurting me she told me I had a lot of skin build up. (In having a general conversation I told her a guy that works there usually do my pedicure, she became very rude and said I should make an appointment with him) When Mimi started to cut my toe nails she was going really fast, when she got to the third toe she clip half the nail and tried to pull the rest off which broke by skin and my toe started to bleed. She wanted to continue but I told her I needed to leave and attend to my toe. (she wanted to put something on it but I refused because I didn't know was it was) I went straight to pharmacy, he recommended triple antibiotic cream. Will watch closely for the next few days before going to the doctor. read more

Ok Lady's after reading these reviews I have to say I agree, this place has Horribly Rude Owners, and workers! I came in with my niece who suggested this place, well first we were brushed off by the owner Mimi, being ignored no hello or anything. As we're waiting we looked at the sample chart of colors and Mimi came over and took it from us without asking or excusing herself! My niece was waiting for her guy to finish up with another customer and I asked if I can get a pedicure and she just looked at me and said someone will help you and just walked away. I waited.. why?? because it was my niece's birthday. So as I'm getting my toes (of course the lady cuts my skin.. twice!) a customer Jasmine called and she wanted an appointment well because she said.. can you write my name down? they made fun of her when she hung up. The guy said "OK everyone write her name down" I couldn't believe how they talked about they're potential new client! Well Not only are they rude but disgusting! This Salon is filthy! Dirt everywhere, The tools were being washed by water no soap or chemicals! Wish I saw that before!! Never will I come here again!! read more

Never have I had to write a review about any establishment I've been to but this was by far the worst service i came into the nail shop at about 6:00pm I sat down and began to get my nails done the only reason I give them 1 star is because the man that did my nails was wonderful very he was done with my nails around 6:40pm I also was there for a pedicure the man that did my nails sat me down in the chair for a pedicure and was soaking my feet after sitting there for over 30 minutes I was told there was no one to do my pedicure mind you it was still 5 other so called employees still in the nail shop they told me they were tired and didn't have time and to come back tomorrow I was very upset because my service should've been refused from the beginning instead of being sat in a chair getting my feet soaked again AGAIN WORST SERVICE WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT ABD WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM EITHER !!! read more
