My girlfriend and her sister have been going to this place for years for her eyebrows and never had a problem. Last week her and her sister went to get manicures and pedicures, spend over 70$ plus tip. The ladies working on us were very rude made them feel very uncomfortable. At the end the lady helping her sister ended up telling her that she was supposed to go home a while ago and that she had decided to do those kinds of nails and now she was late to go home. My girlfriend works at a Vietnamese clinic and understand enough. They complained about the amount of tip at the end. read more

Came in only a few minutes before closing they still gladly took my friend and I, they didn't rush which I was extremely happy with considering the fact they were about to close! Love love this place! All the employees are super kind and patient, and work at a great pace. I chose a red color from they're polish selection , however it appeared pink on my nails, and the woman doing my nails, changed it without looking frustrated or anything. Its a little hard to understand them, but regardless they are very polite! They're gentle too! Definitely recommend this place, they aren't super busy on the days I've come and they're always someone to help. They have all the prices and services on the left wall, which is quite convenient, also, have a great nail Polish selection, a lot more than happy nails! Not big fan of the decor, I wish I could change it up myself, but the excellent service makes up for it. Must go!! read more

Cheap and good place to get your mani pedi done. I come here every 2-3 weeks to get gel nails. A set goes for 20-25 depending on what you want to have done. Good price with a good selection of gel colors. Also has other services like facials and waxing. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed here several times. Quick and painless! read more

I use to love Bebe's Nails. They're money hungry now and will not give you what you ask for. Most of the workers speak little to no English. I went in for a gel manicure and came out with acrylics. Bebe's workers don't even know the difference of manicures and artificial nails. The acrylic nails weren't even connected too my real nail. To fix the problem, they filled it with super glue that got on my skin and didn't bother to clean it up. She was concerned with getting onto the next client. They're not clean anymore either. For my pedicure they tried to sit me in a spa chair immediately after another woman without cleaning the foot bath. DON'T GET FUNGUS HERE!!! read more

For friendliness I would give them a 4 out of 5 but they kept speaking in another language during the entire time I was there. So I got my nails done there today and they are very gentle but took way to long. Took about a hour for a full set of gel nails. She also messed up on one nail and they were way to short. They also did not have many colors to choose from and not the best display for them. Also was very expansive compare to the normal place I go to. Great place for a pedi! I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep! The lady who helped me even gave me a free calf massage with warm lavender wax. It was amazing! Went in without an appointment and was helped and seated within 5 mins. Great selection of polish and my pedi lasted for over a month. The facility isn't very up to date and it's kinda cramped. She has also done my pedicures and really doesn't leave a ingrown anything. It is best to make an appointment if you want Megan as she is rarely available for a walk in. Anna has done my nails, too. Anna is the sweetest lady you will ever meet. She does an amazing job. I like her nails better than her pedicures. Cindy usually does my pedicures and my massages. I've been getting my nails done since I was a little girl and I've gone to many places. This place was definitely under staffed. There was only 4 people. I asked for a manicure and a pedicure and they said okay. There wasn't enough people to work on me two at a time. The lady doing my toes gave me the lamest massage ever. It was like a total of 2 seconds. And then when she went to wipe off the lotion with the hot towel she totally missed some on my leg. That I wiped off with my own hand instead. She was putting the color on my toes and I looked down and it was bumpy, and not just because the polish had sparkles in it but because she was doing a shitty job. After she was done she walked away and went on to another person. I was waiting for someone to come over and do my fingernails. No one ever came. They completely forgot. By then I was throughly pissed off. I wasn't going to wait for completely sub par service. So I didn't say anything. I wanted to pay for my toes and leave. In past experience they have handing me my bill. So I was waiting for that. I thought if I stood up they would notice, nothing happened. So I walked over to the counter to pay and then they came over. It was pretty cheap. Only 15 dollars. My friends and I left shortly after.
