When I ordered again as I picked up my order someone had tacked on a 20% tip without disclosing it anywhere or asking. I didn't want to cause conflict so I paid and left irritated. Then once I got into my food my side salad was missing which caused more irritation. I had been a pretty regular customer but haven't been back since. I don't know if it was a company policy or one disgruntled staff member. I find it pretty unethical to not disclose that till I hit the register, especially on a takeout.
