    Pasta with turkey meatball.
    Jay L.

Went for my anniversary. Was surprised they did not collage it as it was on the reservation. Was sat in the greenhouse room. Shortly after they sat down a large party they where quite loud. As others have said bread should be an option. Even if you have to pay but paying something like $20 when only 2 people is crazy. Chowder was good. We got pasta because I did not realize they had a lunch menu on Sunday. Not something I usually don't see. Pasta was good but sauce could use a little more flavor.

Ate here for lunch at 1pm. Very happy with coming here. Celebrated my wedding anniversary with my husband. We got the clam chowder to start and spaghetti and meatball as the entree. The chowder was delicious! Both my husband and I ate the plate clean. The spaghetti was delicious. Turkey meatball was great too! My husband couldn't even tell it was Turkey. Service was perfect. Our waitress was definitely on top of everything. Very pleasant and consistent in her service. The room was beautiful. We got to eat in the green room which had changing images in the scenery. Very lovely day out for us.

The Bedford by Martha Stewart did not start out strong. We had a reservation for the breakfast buffet. While we were promptly seated. We sat there and sat there with table bussers, and waitresses passing us and not stopping or saying a word. My friend called over the nice man in the suit that seated us and let him know no one had stopped at the table since he had seated us. He apologized - took our drink order and assigned a waitress to us. When our waitress came to the table she was very apologetic. She gave us my friend's son's buffet for free. And each of us a box of pastries to take home. All four of us chose to do the breakfast buffet. The buffet had croissants, mini muffins, sweet breads, fruits, sausage, bacon, Canadian bacon, two types of scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and french toast casserole. All of us enjoyed every bit of this buffet. Everything tasted farm to table fresh. Even the eggs tasted like real eggs were used and scrambled and they were not from a box. If I plan to stay overnight again at Foxwoods I will be making a reservation for breakfast at The Bedford!

We recently dined at The Bedford by Martha Stewart and overall I'd give it 3.5 out of 5 stars. The ambiance was warm, elegant, and inviting, and the service throughout the meal was excellent. The staff was attentive and made the experience feel upscale and welcoming. The food was a bit mixed for me. My scallop risotto was flavorful and nicely prepared, but the portion was small enough that I was still hungry afterwards. My father really enjoyed his filet mignon, which was cooked perfectly. We both also ordered salads, which were fresh and good. What disappointed us most were some of the extras considering the price point. There was no complimentary bread service, and the bread basket cost $23, which felt excessive considering we'd only eat one piece each and I wouldn't take the rest to go, as we'd be at the casino for another few hours. The coffee was also surprisingly terrible for a restaurant of this caliber. With salads, entrées, one cocktail and two coffees and tip, our bill ended up being over $200, so I expected a little more value and a more polished overall dining experience.

The Bedford by Martha Stewart is located by The Canopy and High Rollers. It was very convenient and is accessible by motorized scooter. There current times are 7AM-11AM for breakfast, 11:30AM-4:30PM for lunch, and 4:30PM-10PM for dinner. We loved our experience here for breakfast! Everyone was all smiles from the hostess desk to the table. They do not take reservations for breakfast or lunch, but we didn't have to wait to get a table for 3 on Sunday 9:30 am, and were immediately seated. Our waitress, Dana, was so pleasant and knowledgeable about everything! She told us about the coffee blends and accommodated l my gluten allergy. It felt like a family member taking care of us. The menu has so many options of comforting yet elevated dishes. We ordered the Farmer's choice breakfast, Martha's French omelette, and Hold-The-Yolks omelette. It was all so tasty and presented with care. The coffee was also delicious! If you are gluten free, do keep in mind that the restaurant is still new and they are working on accommodations. However, they were able to still swap my toast for a side of fresh and sweet berries, which I was very happy about! The ambiance is warm and elegant, like Martha herself. There is also the Green Room with screens that make you feel like you're at Martha's Estate, which is magnificent. I would absolutely come back!

Food was good, service was good. We sat at the bar. I will say, the Pierogies in Vegas were much better!

Martha...Martha...Martha, you need to pay attention to this location. We, a party of 4 went to the breakfast buffet ($30). The price was reasonable but not for the food that was at this buffet. First of all, the eggs (scrambled) were not hot and on the cool side. The bacon was a greasy mess and they were mainly all clogged together. The potatoes were overcooked and dried out. On a positive note, coffee, fruit and some French toast casserole was very good. Tasted like dessert. Skip the oatmeal, it was bland even with a hunk of butter and maple syrup. Service was average. Nothing out of the ordinary. It was kind of slow. The ambiance was a bit sterile. All white and grey which has a clean look for a hospital but not for a restaurant. This color scheme is fading out of style. Probably a better choice to order a meal rather than eat at the buffet.

    Birthday Celebration Dessert

I wanted to love this restaurant. Unfortunately it was a disappointment. My husband made reservations for 3 to have a quiet birthday celebration. He requested The Green Room but we were seated at a table in the family area just outside that dining area, so we looked into the half empty room as diners came and went.' The meals we ordered were simple, pasta and seafood. All three dishes were warm at best and mediocre, lacking any real flavor. That said, the bread basket was amazing. The service was lovely, she was busy with the bigger groups around us but didn't ignore us. The only recognition by the restaurant that we were celebrating an event came at the end of the meal when the server dropped off an incredibly unappealing scoop of something in front of me with a candle. All in all the experience was not what I would have expected from a restaurant with Martha Stewart's name on it.

We planned for months and family voted to try Martha's new resturant we made it a long weekend. Celebrating A special birthday for a very important woman in our life but the meal all the food was very lacking flavor Heart and absolutely devastating that they could not figure out how to cook a steak properly. Had to send two of our steaks back. got back worse with lack of flavor hard poor quality Meat I tried three different steaks at the table. One was more disappointing than the rest. Our server was phenomenal. Great personality lovely smile made us feel very welcome. We are a huge party of 11 People very accommodating very understand understanding that we had children from age ranges of 10 to 17 at the table also several adults that enjoyed the beverages. I enjoyed mine. I had a pomegranate margarita that was phenomenal. The drinks were great the food so sad. I'm still shaking. I got the lemon pasta with shrimp not what I expected and I've had it before. I've made it before. We're pretty tough crowd we've been exposed to restaurants owned restaurants our whole life and we are Great cooks trained and raised by Chefs. We're also European so we just enjoy our food. Food is the way we show our love watching the staff our waitress our server was amazing but the lack of organization where the food was brought by several other servers, not our server in the miscommunication, gave a rare stake to the person that wanted medium well and that is where the ball rolled back-and-forth Th plating. I think it was like $30 for a bread basket and the price was extreme, beautiful, decorated restaurant, pristine, elegant everything you know that Martha Stewart is, but the food was supposed to be the main character the manager to get give us free desserts from I think you could tell how disappointed we were with the food. We all got different options. One of our one of our family members got the meatballs and spaghetti. He said it was good but refused to take any leftovers. None of us took anything with us. We've left most plates 50 percent of food not eaten or we ate it because we were hungry and it's food for the amount of money that we spent which was over $1000 not including tip so disappointing. We were a party of in our children eat like adults. Nobody walked away saying their meal was good. Watching the staff, it appeared disorganized we chose an early sitting of 4:30pm not many people in the resturant and sat in front of the kitchen plating appeared more important than the taste. Several plates were replated and cleaned. ???Cooking is in a back area all I saw was empty plates heated and than food came from a back room. Lots of staff in the kitchen but when do they cook or learn to cook. Call our family in give us a week, get people their with passion for Food. Trendy Beautiful to Look At.

This was such a good spot to get lunch. The decor was pristine, spacious and inviting. The food and drinks were delicious and the wait staff were quick and friendly. Definitely will visit again.

Martha Stewart's The Bedford had beautiful decor(designed to look like her old farm & had photos of her young modeling days displayed on the wall) & cool vibes! Inside had a classy, elegant aura! I was def feeling it! Now let's talk about the food. We(party of 3) started w/ the bread basket, turkey meatball, & jalapeño poppers for our appetizers to share for the table. The bread basket included garden veggie crisps,sour-cherry rosemary focaccia, & warm Parker house rolls w/ Vermont creamery butter. I skipped out on garden veggie crisps b/c it had onions & I'm not an onion fan. The focaccia was so flavorful & moist. The house rolls tasted like it was a mixture of bread & croissant. It was buttery & flaky. The butter was velvety, rich, & creamy. The meatball was tender but lacked flavor. The poppers were crispy but again lacked flavor. For dinner, I ordered the filet mignon (w/braised leek, watercress,& béarnaise)w/ table side smashed baked potato(topped w/ crème fraiche, chives,& bacon). I ordered the filet mignon medium rare as it should be.The filet mignon was cooked to perfection but lacked any salt or pepper. The restaurant does give you salt & pepper if you want to add on but the keyword is add on. It had none whatsoever. The smashed potato was cold, flavorless, & tasted old. The bacon was not baconin'. The fraiche tasted weird. Overall, a huge disappointment. I sampled the clam bake basket & chicken Milanese & both lacked flavor as well. We skipped on dessert b/c the food wasn't good so imagine the dessert. Sadly, the only standout item that was good was the bread basket. Dulce our waitress was sweet like dulce(candy)! She & the busboy cleared the table ASAP! As soon I was finished it's like my mess was magically gone! Hard pass on ever going back due to the old potato & food lacking any flavor. Nope! Sadly, the only good things about my experience were the bread basket & service.

We visited on a Sunday evening after being unable to snag our preferred time for Saturday reservation. The restaurant's design is stunning, an elegant replica of Martha Stewart's 1925 farmhouse. The Bread Basket is an absolute must order; the garden-seasoned flatbread and rosemary focaccia were highlights. For appetizers, the turkey meatball had a lovely basil flavor, but the corn jalapeño dish was a letdown, it lacked any "kick" and was skimpy on the jalapeños. For entrees, the filet mignon was cooked perfectly, the tableside potato felt gimmicky. It was served cold, and the bacon topping tasted fake. The Stovetop Clam Bake and Chicken Milanese were both incredibly bland...the most disappointing versions of these dishes we've ever had. The drinks (Manhattan and Espresso Martini) were well crafted but as with everything else, a bit pricey. With bread not being included and entrees missing the mark on flavor. We decided to skip dessert and head elsewhere. It's a shame that such a beautiful space with great drinks is let down by lackluster food.

Loved that everything is made from scratch daily in house. Their bread basket is truly amazing and a labor of love. We really enjoyed their famous pierogis, Alexis's chopped salad full of fresh seasonal veggies, and the chicken Milanese. My favorite part is that their Green Room is an exact replica of a room in her house - very cool!

Guy Fieri's Foxwoods is basically what happens when a marketing team says, "What if we turned…read morevolume into a restaurant?" The place is loud, flashy, and absolutely convinced it's the main character... even if the food is giving more supporting cast energy. Sure, the décor screams "Flavortown," but the actual flavors? More like a polite wave from across the street. The menu reads like it's auditioning for a Food Network montage, but the dishes land squarely in the "I mean... it's fine" category. Nothing offensive, nothing memorable, nothing worth texting the group chat about. Service is friendly, but you can tell they've had to explain the same five signature items 400 times a day. And honestly, the whole experience feels engineered for people who want to say they went to Guy Fieri's restaurant more than they want to actually eat at Guy Fieri's restaurant. Fun once, especially if you're already at Foxwoods and need a break from losing money. But if you're expecting a culinary pilgrimage to the gates of Flavortown, temper those expectations. Cheers

So, uh....Junior's Restaurant & Bakery (not to be confused with Junior's Coffee Bakery just outside…read morethe lobby) is a casual sit-down dining experience which seems to emulate a decor crossing between Denny's and Whataburger. I realize I'm probably the only one who will ever make that comparison, but I'm sticking with it. Picture cozy booths but with the color orange. I think it's also safe to assume the majority of folks come here for breakfast. Ergo, that's what I'll be reviewing today. The menu is what you'd expect. On this day, I was in the mood for an omelet. Small caveat upfront for anyone with the faint of stomach: their omelets are composed of 4...possibly 5 eggs! On top of that, they STILL allow you to order one with an extra egg, if you wish. Crazy! :o I played it safe and went with a standard ham & [cheddar] cheese omelet. And like....here's the thing: proper omelet etiquette calls for shredded cheese, regardless of what type. The reason for this is so that when you fork your way in for a bite, the cheese doesn't stretch on for ages like one continuous string that won't quit until you chop it off with a knife (or perhaps a machete). What I suspect they did was either used long strips of cheddar or (perish the thought) stuck a couple of whole cheddar slices into the omelet and called it a day. Needless to say, it makes the whole eating experience hella awkward. Taste wise, it wasn't bad at all; though, it could have benefited from a bit of seasoning. 8 out of 10, be sure to enjoy with a knife. The sides were...fine. Honestly, the homefries and corned beef hash (which we'll talk about in a sec) were arguably among the best. Whereas that toast...*sigh*. Guys. Why are restaurants so petrified of copiously buttering toast? Shoot! I'll even settle for quasi-copiously buttering. Now, one reviewer claimed the corned beef hash (which is made fresh) suspiciously tasted of the canned variety. And honestly....I don't necessarily see this as a bad thing. See, I have this thing with homemade hash. Most of the renditions I've tried consist more of a brisket type textured corned beef; which either tastes over seasoned (I can't even believe I'M saying that) or seasoned strangely. For instance, the homemade hash I tried up at the Market Place Diner in Hollis, NH tasted like ranch for some reason. But, I digress. This hash was more of a minced meat texture that had a bit of subtlety to its flavoring which I can appreciate. Unfortunately, the side (which is over 10 bucks, btw) is not meant for one person. This portion could easily serve 2...maybe 3 persons. Eh, far as homemade versions go, 9 out of 10. And of course, the Mimosa was heavenly. Wanna know what really surprised us though? The coffee. I honestly thought we were about to be presented yet another pathetically weak breakfast blend most diners serve. But no--this coffee was bold in a way that would make even the likes of the Starbucks CEO go, "Jolly good cup o' java, ol' chap!" Service was sublime. My only other minor complaint is...the pricing. But really, it's to be expected of a restaurant that operates in conjunction with a resort. I guess I expected like, a near fine dining level of breakfast food for such prices. On the plus side, those $16 Mimosas include the entire small bottle of champagne. You just gotta ask for a little more OJ after your first glass. Weird. It's an innocuous little joint I wouldn't mind dining at upon future stays. Albeit a little pretentiously priced, I'm giving Junior's Restaurant and Bakery at Foxwoods 4 of the hugest fluffy ham & cheese omelets out of 5.

The pastrami was so flavorful. The burger was seasoned and you can still taste the freshness from the beef. It was a good lunch and that made up for the rude attitude in the beginning with the hostess.
