We (four adults) enjoyed our lunch here so much that we returned the next day for breakfast! Had sandwiches, fries (fresh and crispy on the outside), and the slaw. Breakfast included egg dishes, croissant breakfast sandwich (and I noticed another table with eggs Benedict, which looked good, too). I hope the owners of this place read this, because they should be embarrassed and downright ashamed of their establishment and service standards that are lacking. Piss poor servers who can't even manage to wait on tables and check to see if everything is tasting okay or if everything was to our liking. Thank you to that ONE waitress who did what she could in the environment she works in. I hope she reads this and knows she was appreciated on her efforts. There was only ONE waitress that was bringing out food to tables while the rest was standing around the register on their phones and chumming it up with each other. I feel bad for this waitress having such coworkers who can't manage their wage. She was very professional and tried to do what she could, WHILE HER OTHER COWORKERS STOOD THERE DUMBFOUNDED! The kids standing around on their phones in the front, while hot food is sitting in the window getting cold is absolutely unacceptable. To have food sent back because it is not hot. Kids flirting with one another and too busy making their own drinks and writing on their cups for fun, instead of EARNING that tip THEY ASK FOR AT THE REGISTER! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Cooks in the back take forever to make ONE BOWL OF MAC & CHEESE that was sent back for being way too cold that never came back out. Cooks that are too busy with messing around with the waitresses in the front and trying to impress one another . Your POS asks for a tip, even though the staff lacks the common knowledge on waiting tables and proper customer etiquette. Your front house staff is all too busy standing around the cash register (ALL 4 WAITRESSES), taking selfies, and on social media laughing and too busy to be alert on their tables and customers. We were looking for a good sit down lunch on our way home from Yosemite. We made the mistake of stopping at Bee's. First, no high chairs. Even fast food restaurants have high chairs. Second, horrible service. It took 45 minutes for my son's chicken tenders to come out. We had already eaten so we changed the order for "to-go". When they finally came out they were on a plate so the girl just dumped them into the box with the fries. It was unappetizing but at least he was able to eat. The place wasn't even half filled so I'm not sure why they struggled so hard. They were smart to request their tip upfront at the kiosk because they absolutely did not earn the 20%. read more

Great Menu that cover both breakfast and lunch. Not to mention that sweet tooth for Pastries! Service is order and sit, they'll bring ur food out.. can take a bit if they're busy but trust me it's worth it. U can eat in or outside- cute little patio both in and out of the sun. Stopped her for the 1st time on Sunday. Nothing bad to say about this place at all. We had a cali burger with fries and french toast with the berry compote & eggs and sausage patty. Everything was so yumy. The staff are very nice! Clean place with cute decor and the seating on the patio has individual heat lamps over the tables to use if you wish. Definitely will go back! Oh a how can i forget the yummy cinnamon roll I ate when I got home? So good with a glass of milk! read more

Bee's bakery cafe is a very cutesy cafe and has a vintage hippie vibe to it. The Service was a little slow today but they were very busy so it was understandable. Now the food, both of the baked pastries were phenomenal. I highly recommended the lemon blueberry danish if you go. The breakfast burrito was pretty standard nothing amazing, the gravy that came with it( I ordered it on the side) wasn't that great in fact it was subpar at best it had no flavor and no seasoning.The honey lavender latte I ordered didn't taste like lavender or honey at all so I was very disappointed by that because that's what I ordered and it tasted nothing like it. So the individual ratings for everything 6/5 for the blueberry lemon danish, 5/5 raspberry danish, 3/5 for the burrito by itself, the gravy 2/5, 1.5/5 for the honey lavender latte. So definitely come for the pastries because they are worth it. Overall the average is 3.5/5 but I rounded up because you can't do half stars. read more

Being a local and someone who loves coffee and pastries, this is a cute family owned coffee shop with delicious pastries and coffee. My favorite is the honey lavender latte and rose latte. Their strawberry croissant pastry is amazing, the almond croissant is just perfectly flavored, and savory croissants are delicious with their pairings of meats and sauces. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a local coffee shop and bakery or need to grab a bite to eat with your family. Staff is very friendly and always has no problem answering questions. I come here at least once a week & am never disappointed. read more

We chose this spot at random on the way home from a camping trip and boy did we choose well! We almost missed it because there wasn't any signage other than the banner with the restaurant name hanging kind of low on the building behind the flower garden. Upon entering, I was loving the mid-century modern decor and the wall of vintage sewing machines. I was a little disappointed that it's an order at the counter type of place but I got over that. We ordered a few pastries, croissant breakfast sandwich, berries and cream waffle, avocado toast, and the Cali wrap. The croissant on it's own was ok, kind of on the drier side, but the cheese danish was delicious. The hubs said the avo toast was pretty killer, the croissant breakfast sandwich was huge but needed some hot sauce, the Cali wrap with fried chicken was my favorite! I was too full to eat the slaw that came with it but I heard later that it was pretty killer as well. I would 100% stop here whenever I am in the area for our go-to breakfast and lunch place. read more

So many great things about this place! We tried it once and kept coming back three days in a row! My partner and I are both from the East Bay, and this cafe's ambiance really made us feel right at home. It has such cute decorations and the outdoor dining area was even better. The service and food was impeccable as well. All of the staff were super kind but there was one waitress (never got her name but wears glasses) that truly made our visit worth while. As for the food... DELICIOUS. The Cape Cod Salad with grilled chicken is definitely a must try. All of their breakfast options are amazing as well, my favorite being the Breakfast Sandwich with Habanero Bacon Jam. Their customizable drinks were spot on and the waitress even gave me an extra shot for my dirty chai. I really don't have one bad thing to say about this place. The cafe itself is cute, with a spacious outdoor seating area as well. I live locally, and I have tried to enjoy eating here. The first time I visited was very soon after it opened. I ordered a sandwich and coffee. The sandwich was inedible, and the coffee was weak. I left both on the table. On my second visit some months ago, I had an iced tea and a scone, both of which were fine. Today was my third visit, and the lunch I ordered was just barely edible. The sandwich I got was like something from a vending machine, with dry, stale bread and flavorless meat and cheese. Once again, I left most of it on the plate. I see that many people enjoy the food, but I do not plan to return. I like to support local businesses, but this one needs to improve significantly. read more

I am a local resident and this is my go to place for breakfast - I probably eat here once a week or more. The entrees are awesome, cooked to order with generous portions - today my plate was overflowing. The pastries are dangerously delicious. Good selection of coffee, espressso and tea. Everything is reasonably priced. The interior is quiet and comfortable and relaxing. Always clean, including bathrooms. Fast WiFi. There is an outdoor seating area which I've never used but appears quiet and comfortable, i.e. not a lot of street/parking lot noise like some outdoor areas. Parking is spacious and plentiful, unlike Starbucks. The staff is super pleasant. They serve lunch, too, and I'm rarely in town for lunch but I can vouch for the Cowboy Bowl. read more

nice café with semi-vintage vibes. it was busy when we came here but still there were plenty of tables available to sit. as you wait in line to order, there are cool vintage things to keep you busy looking at (see pics). employees are very welcoming & friendly. they stop serving breakfast orders at 11am but they have a variety of pastries to order w your coffee if you don't order breakfast. pastries we saw were apple turnovers, bear claws, zucchini bread, egg bites & meat lover's quiche. was hoping they had a broccoli cheddar or spinach quiche but since they didn't i just ordered the carrot cupcake & my husband had the chocolate croissant + fresh squeezed orange juice. we also took home their local honey in which they had a variety of types & sizes to choose from. the carrot cupcake with cheese cream topping was so good but i had to scrape off more than half the topping bc the caramel drizzle on it made it too sweet. but the carrot cake part was divine! **something that grossed us out though - not the fault of the café - was when we first walked in (there is a sort of small living room lounge area with sofas): there was a mother with her baby-toddler, changing the diaper DIRECTLY on the SOFA with nothing to buffer the baby to the sofa material. mothers: please do not be disrespectful & RUDE to other patrons of this café that are EATING & having coffee by exposing your baby's diaper changing needs on a publicly used sofa meant for people to sit on while they wait for their order. now we'll remember not to sit where you changed your baby's diaper. the gentleman sitting directly across from this scene looked pretty grossed out too. change your baby's diaper in your car if you can't in the bathroom!! read more

I ate lunch here yesterday for the first time and I was very pleased! It wasn't crowded, but for a Monday there were definitely a lot of people. (A sign that this is a good place). I really loved the antique wall of sewing machines and other unique treasures and wall decor. But let's talk about food and service because that's what everyone is here for. I ordered the cali wrap and it was incredible! The French fries that come with it are so tasty and easily one of the best I've ever had. I came with 5 other people and everyone loved their meal. The service was incredible. The employees were very friendly and helpful and they were also very quick to bring our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. They also offer 50% off day old pastries so I'll have to come back another day for pastries and coffee! read more
