Food and service was exceptionally poor. We did have a party of 12 people which we totally understand can make things a little more difficult for a server but wow was it bad. Several orders came back wrong and the server missed people when taking drink orders and then when taking food orders and ran off so fast we couldn't even mention it. I've been here a few times because I keep getting told by friends that it must have been an off day for the cooks. Well, either they are having an off day every time I show up, or I have better taste in food than my friends, I can assure you it's the latter. I ordered my last meal there when I asked for a fish and chips platter and was presented with what I can only describe as (2) Gordons fish sticks, over salted fries and a small cup of what I can only assume was an attempt at coleslaw. New owner is doing great things with this Beefs! Our party of 7 had fabulous service, delicious food, and a sangria to die for! The hand breaded fried pickles with homemade ranch were my favorite! Our food all came out piping hot and the restaurant was very clean. Burger and fries were delicious and portions were all hearty. We had the wings which were amazing. Fish tacos,very bland. Peppered shrimp which was ok. 2 for 1 all day everyday but the price is high so its pointless to call it 2 4 1 lol. All the food tasted the same - just fried oil taste. Waitress efficient but learned she was bartender, only servicing where we sat - felt punished by this. Absolutely unacceptable. Friday for a beer after playing Pickleball across the street. Waited at least twenty minutes to see the server. Then another fifteen to get our order of drinks. After an hour had to see the owner to get our bill which came not individually. Another ten minutes to get separate bills. It was over an hour and a half and we were not even approached for a food order. One incident can be excused but this service has been consistent for the last three or four times we patronized. The place is almost always packed and understaffed. The service is generally friendly but lacking in attention, not by fault of the staff itself, they are just all individually too busy to provide anyone their full attention. The menu is hit and miss and I'm willing to bet they serve a brand of food that is all encompassing, like Armour Foods or similar. You know, one supplier for EVERYTHING. The fish tacos were surprisingly good but their burgers are just frozen out of the box meat wads, "cooked till dun"... I believe the focus of their business is the bar, and I do not fault them for that, they serve acceptable bar food and that's that. We have come to beefs multiple time with decent enough experiences. The last time we were in was a nightmare. The food and service was terrible. before the food came we finished our drinks. Our waitress walked by multiple times and never offered to get refills. This blows my mind. As a waitress you get tipped on a percentage of the check, wouldn't you want the check to be as high as possible? a good way to do that is keep drinks in your customers hand. onto the food our party ordered steak fajitas, tacos, buyer, and buffalo chicken sandwhic. The steak fajitas were burnt so badly the onions made a "cracking" sound when bent in half. The taco meat was also burnt, hard and inedible. The Buffalo chicken. sandwhic was decent at first however there was hair between the chicken patty and bun. we were obviously dissatisfied however the waitress nor manger seemed to care. The resolution they seemed fit was to take off the chicken sandwhic from the bill. $75.00 later and everyone is still hungry. I wrote post to their Facebook page hoping someone would at least say "yeah we messed up give us a chance to make it right." I guess that was wishful thinking they just deleted the post. I guess owner M****** Z**** is to busy taking care of his recent DWI to be bothered with how his restaurant operates. read more

Love going to Beef O' Brady's. It's so close to the house and it has excellent food. The servers are pretty good most of the time. Sometimes it gets a little chaotic in there but for the most part they're pretty good. They have a wide selection of food and anything that we have tried, and we've tried many different things, it all has been great. When the kids come with they love the pop/soda as you can mix the way you want to. Sometimes it can get very loud in there from large groups, and from bingo, but for the most part it's a very fun atmosphere and a very fun place to go eat. If you have not been here you should definitely give it a try. Nice patio outside as well. read more

My wife and I just moved here from Florida, so beefs is a place her and I grew up at since they are everywhere. Beefs is known for their chicken wings and cheese burger wrap. My wife and I were immediately bright back to living in Florida when we were here. I moved into the neighborhood just over 1 year ago. Have dined in about 10 times. Food is decent BUT the wait staff pays no attention to customers. 10-15 minutes of waiting and not even a glance. Every single time I've had to go find a waitress to ask to order our food. I have placed complaints on the review online...just follow the instructions on the bottom of the receipt. We asked Matt what he was going to do for us and he said nothing besides try to get the parents to watch their kids more. With that being said he created an awful experience because he did nothing to keep a new customer (us) from returning again. Took my sisters out to dinner my sister had food in her drink it took the server 20 min to come take our drink order. I ordered a Margarita we ordered our food when the drinks came out I did not get my drink until the food came out I waited 40 min for my drink I asked he server multiple times for my drink all she said with a attitude was I'll go check. Food finally came out I ordered wings and they were still frozen and absolutely disgusting so I ordered new food. Finally got our bill she tried to charge me for my wings and my new food I told her I was not paying for the frozen wings so I asked to speak to the manager he was very nice and understanding.
