Small store for pickup, the menu looks good with a lot of fruit tea options. We came to try their special mangosteen drink, which was advertised to use 10 mangosteens to make. We were quite disappointed by the lack of flavor, it tasted nothing like the fruit. For the price I'd definitely not get it again.

Had their Jasmine Green Grape and it was okay. More of tea taste with some green grapes but refreshing enough for a hot summer day. They did have some other interesting selections on their menu like the Mangosteen Iced Tea that I wouldn't mind trying one day.

Came here on a hot weather to get something refreshing to drink. Upon entering, there's a kiosk right after the front door that allows people to order beverages we order the seasonal special which has lychee fruit pieces and loquat and base tea is jasmine tea. In chinese tong sui, loquat can help to reduce cough and thin out phlegm. The current collaboration is cat design, which is super cute. I wanna come back to try the mango drink and the bamboo pan the milk tea, which is I guess one of the signature drink. I feel like the kiosk can be placed somewhere not in front of the door so it doesn't block the flow of people.

..... thw cafe was very cute and the cashier was very informative. We got their most popular drink TJE bamboo oolong oat milk. This was not good, it leaves a very bitter after taste for some reason and very bland? Would not get this drink again

I quickly stopped in here to get a mango pomelo sago while in Chinatown. The space is very small but it's utilized well. I walked in, ordered on the kiosk and then my order was ready a few minutes later. The mango pomelo sago was delicious and it was the perfect treat for a warm day!

Loving the fresh, refreshing drinks at Befine! The Lemon Iced Tea special has the perfect sweet-to-sour ratio. I also highly recommend the Green Grape Lemon Tea, even with no added sugar, the natural sweetness from the fresh grapes makes it delicious and just right

This drink shop in Chinatown is a great spot for a refreshing drink. It's quite small so it can get a bit cramped if it's busy, and there's not really any seating except a couple stools. There's a kiosk to order your drinks and their menu includes both fruit/regular teas, as well as milk teas. I got their lemon tea for $4 and it was great!

Drink was alright, it wasn't the worst nor the best. Not sure if I'll come back in the future... Will have to see then

Cute little tea shop in Chinatown that seems to be cat themed. Their menu is actually huge and had so many interesting flavors that I've never had before but I wasn't feeling too adventurous this time. We got two different drinks - a milk tea and fruit tea. We ordered the hand pounded rice mochi milk tea as well as the jasmine orange fruit tea. The milk tea was pretty good and I enjoyed the consistency of the milk mochi. It definitely had more texture than I expected but it had a nice taste. The milk tea was also very fragrant with the addition of the rice and chunks of taro. Unfortunately the orange drink was pretty disappointing. The tea flavor was way too subtle and the orange just made the drink taste like watered down orange juice. I was extra disappointed since I specifically chose it because it was a popular choice on the menu but I'm not too sure why.

I ordered the hand poured rice mochi hot and with zero sugar. It was really good, especially with the taro. Y'all, this is was an excellent choice because the heat of the tea melted the mochi making it creamy and delicious to drink. Highly recommended!

This was actually way better and more unique than I expected. I got the hand pounded mochi drink. The mochi is hand pounded and so instead of it tasting super heavy, it was really soft and went down pretty easily. Mix your drink beforehand because I saved most of the taro for the end. The taro isn't taro powder but rather mashed yam, which im usually not a fan of. Thankfully they made the ratio really well so im not drinking a bunch of mashed yam. The taro was just added texture- not the basis of the drink. My rank: 1. Molly tea 2. Chi cha San chen and BeFine Cha 3. Hey Tea

BeFine Cha 67 Bayard St. New York, NY 10013 Bamboo Oolong Kiwi Fruit Tea While the name may be unbelievably long, the taste was unbelievably refreshing. This beverage has large chunks of kiwi with a foamy top. You will definitely need a thicker straw to slurp all the goodness. The best part is chewing on the remaining fruit from the bottom of the cup. #befinecha #bamboooolong #KiwiFruitTea #chinatownnyc #chinatownlowermanhattan

Instead of going my usual place, decided to stop this place since the new teas places has just gotten better. This is in the location of what used to be Yi Feng Tea. The place is simply decorated and with a limited menu. Done most drinks were tropical, decided to order the hand pulled mochi milk tea. The cashier took my order but appears to be uninterested. She finally took my order & we decided on the hand pulled mochi milk tea. It started with soft mochi, then fresh taro, milk tea, ice and end with foam. The price was comparable with other tea places. It took a short wait and we got our drink. It was different. The mochi was soft, the taro was natural and it was good milk tea. It was good but unusual. You would have to be in the mood to have it. But probably would not come back unless there's a craving.

Stopped by Ten Thousand and tried the Green Tangerine Matcha Ade. As someone who doesn't drink…read morecoffee; however, loves tea, this immediately caught my attention. I really enjoyed it! The matcha flavor came through nicely, while the green tangerine added a bright, citrusy flavor that made the drink incredibly refreshing. It was lightly sweet with a little fizz, and the dried citrus garnish was a nice touch. The customer service was also great. I had a few questions about the drinks, and they were enthusiastically answered, which I really appreciated. I'm always happy when a coffee shop has interesting options for us non-coffee drinkers, and this one definitely delivered. I'll be back and would absolutely order the Green Tangerine Matcha Ade again.

Ten Thousand is a Korean chain (three spots in Manhattan now, plus outposts in Taipei and LA) and…read moreeveryone comes for the einspanner. I don't drink coffee. So I went in for the Green Tangerine Matcha Ade, which is the drink they should be talking about more. The green tangerine is the Jeju cheonggyul thing, the unripe fruit picked before it sweetens, so you get a sharper, almost yuzu-adjacent bitterness instead of orange juice sweetness. That's the right call against matcha. Grassy tea, tart citrus, light sugar, actual carbonation that hadn't gone flat by the time I got to the bottom. The matcha stayed suspended too, which is harder than it sounds in soda water. Dried citrus wheel on top is a real garnish, not a sad afterthought. Staff were genuinely into it. I asked what grade of matcha they use and how it's built, and got straight answers with zero eye-rolling. Rare at a counter-service spot at 1410 Broadway, where most places are just moving the garment district lunch crowd through. It's eight bucks for a fizzy tea. That's steep, and the room is basically a lobby cafe with very little seating, so this is a grab-and-walk-to-Bryant-Park situation, not a linger. Still, if you're a tea person stuck in a coffee city, this is one of the better cold matcha drinks in Midtown right now. Better balanced than Kijitora's peach fizz, which leans sweet. Order it, skip the seating, don't expect quiet.

Half this trip I saw duplicate pictures, and the other half of my pictures did NOT get uploaded or got uploaded to the wrong site. Then Yelp sent me an email... Quality/Quantity - Now, this is good beer!! Tasted a few of their beers, then settled on my usual Irish Red. Got my Irish Red - Darker than I expected, but with good flavors. And I didn't think this was even on the menu; see my pictures. 20% off food during Happy Hour from 1-5pm. Too bad there are no discounts for the beer, lol. Beer shot combo promotions; see my pictures. Flights available too. Ambiance - Decent size. I like the u-shaped bar. Busy, both with locals and tourists. Guess many day drinkers here, lol. The coffee shop in the mornings was closed when we got here. But I was here for the beer! Two unisex dark restrooms, not sure if it was done on purpose. My camera made it look brighter. Open 7 days a week from noon until 10pm, 11pm, or 1am. Private event space available; see their website. Service - The team did well. Engaging, considering how busy they were. Price - $22 + tip. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 2016 and with your two locations.

I probably never leave reviews in general, especially negative ones, but this experience was so…read moreegregious that I honestly felt like I had to say something. I've worked in restaurants and bars long enough to understand that staff drinking happens, but this was on another level entirely. I came in with a group of friends and one of the bartenders, Will, was so visibly drunk that it made the entire experience uncomfortable. Slurred speech, wobbling behind the bar, taking orders while chewing food with his mouth open -- it was honestly embarrassing to watch. He looked like he absolutely did not want to be there. At one point, my group had been trying to get his attention for another round for quite a while while he stood around talking with coworkers. We then watched staff take a shot together, and when he finally came over he burped mid-conversation and literally had whatever he had just been drinking dribbling down his neckbeard. That was the moment where the whole thing went from unprofessional to just gross. What made it worse was that it didn't seem isolated to one employee. Throughout the night we watched staff openly taking shots and drinking behind the bar like it was a house party instead of a business. There's a difference between bar culture and complete lack of professionalism, and this crossed that line hard. One of the friends I was with actually frequents the DUMBO location and said that the last time she was there, the same bartender also seemed intoxicated, which makes this feel less like a bad night and more like an ongoing issue. The DUMBO location itself is in an amazing spot, which makes it even more disappointing. But ownership seriously needs to get control of what's going on there before someone gets hurt or the place develops a reputation for having drunk staff on the clock. Unfortunately, the experience was uncomfortable enough that my girlfriends and I won't be coming back. I genuinely hope the employee mentioned gets help if this is a regular thing, because nobody should be working service in that condition.
