Step one: Run far away from bell Honda... One of the worst car buying experiences I have had in years... Found what I thought was going to be exactly what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. Had a couple of "Small" problems they were going to fix, agreed it sounded reasonable. So we went through the process, and the circus began. It took a full month for the repairs to be done, though extensively worse then originally forecast. It got done, but had the classic cut corners approach and was NOT done right in any way. Required hours of time under the hood to button up their mistakes... Poor wiring of headlights, tail lights, low fluid levels in the coolant, brake fluid and power steering, transmission fluid to name a few. Then come to find out they did not replace the water pump gasket after a partial engine rebuild... GLORIOUS! One month to fix, have it in my hands for 5 days and a lovely coolant leak begins. So from there, ends up the entire water pump needs replaced with a new gasket. and they don't want to do the repair under the warranty that I have that covers this. I would have to suggest DO NOT BUY HERE! Please save yourself the nightmares and find a far more reputable dealer to do business with. The issues with a car I can mostly handle for a used vehicle, but the non stop lying about delivery dates... Never giving a straight answer... non-stop run around when getting information about what they are getting done, to then need to do it all over again is not worth it. This is the worst dealership I had ever experienced. I had leased two civics in a row here and I can't tell you how many times these people called me trying to get me into a new lease early. So I went to Earndhart Honda which they were FANTASTIC. Bell Honda keeps calling me, daily and I have told 10+ people I have already gotten a new car at the end of my lease. Everytime I told them to take me off the call list and they say they will but some how I still keep getting calls daily? We selected Bell Honda because they had the most in-stock options of what we wanted. All we needed to do was take a test drive. It took 4 hours to purchase the vehicle. I put a significant amount of money down and paid cash for an accessory (tow hitch). For reasons never properly explained, the cost of the hitch got rolled into the sales price and the down payment didn't reduce the price pre-financing. I needed a hitch for my bike rack. The paperwork indicated it was for a bike rack. I informed the sales person that I needed a two inch receiver. What I got was a 1 1/4" receiver. My sales person told me I needed a new bike rack. Subsequently, it was determined that I needed an adapter to correct the problem. After spending $600 for something I couldn't use, I had to spend more money for an adapter and accessories to fix their mistake. The adapter extends the rack out six inches and doesn't provide stable support. After installation of the rack, we were told to go directly to the payment counter to get the keys. Counter personnel were unable to find the keys and sent me back to my advisor who wasn't in. After finding someone to help, I was walked back to the counter where my keys were hanging on the wall and paperwork was located. A lot of frustration related to the purchase of this vehicle. I had excellent customer service starting with Earl, who showed me how great the new vehicle was and negotiated a great deal for me. I purchased a new car here about 3 weeks ago and the whole buying process was fine but my only complaint was that I was told that I would be getting back the last payment I made on my old car and that I would receive a check in the mail the first or 2nd week in April. Today is April 19th and I still have not received the check. I had to call the dealership multiple times in order to get thru to their accounting department. The woman that called me back today said that they would be sending out the check today. I asked her why it took so long and she said she had no idea and had the audacity to ask me if I still wanted the check. What the f*** kind of question is that? I said yes I want the check because it's my money that I'm owed. I bet you any money that if I did not call and nag them that I would have never received that money back. He agreed that they should have checked the radio the first time and if they didn't ,should not have charged so much to find and replace that blown fuse as I was pointing out right were to look. Significant diagnostics were probably not really necessary. He refunded the second invoice and will use this as a coaching experience for my service advisor. Made an appointment with Heather to view a Honda Civic. We personally talked on the phone and set it for 6:30. I arrived to the dealership and was told Heather was occupied with other things and would be speaking with someone else. Who the hell sets an appointment just to be "occupied" . She definitely has other priorities then. Two other people came out and pulled up a 2017 pilot. No where near the car I was interested in. They had no clue what was going on. First time here and literally wasn't here for 5mins. If they already messed up in the beginning, I can't even imagine what they would've done if I went through with it. Update: Heather keeps calling me while I'm at work. Literally 3 calls in a row. No voicemail as to why but just calls. I finally had the chance to call her back. She started talking about the car...a 2017 pilot. Again. I was looking for a civic. So unprofessional and unorganized. She kept going on and on and I stopped her to tell her I was only giving a call back to ask her to stop calling me. She said "you really only called me to tell me that?" Well yes! Here's why the one star rating. I had to use the service department for an item under warranty, I dropped off my car to get the sun roof button replaced, which randomly fell off. I JUST NOW got dropped off at my house via Lyft as the car will be ready sometime this afternoon (for a sun roof button mind you) it's 9:00am. I JUST GOT HOME AND THE CAR IS STILL THERE. RIGHT? I've ALREADY gotten the first call of several more to come from sales and finance staff wanting to either sell me a "newer car" (I bought a 2018 Civic EX already last year) OR they want to sell me a refinance deal (I'm already at 1.9% int. Rate) Bell Honda's tactics are annoying to say the VERY LEAST! I dread having to go there for ANY THING since purchasing this vehicle. BECAUSE OF ALL THE FOLLOW UP SALES AND FINANCE CALLS THAT FOLLOW. This will be the last time I EVER go back there. Rip off on new car prices. The saleswoman named "Heather" is rude. Rolled eyes at me when I told them the price AutoNation Chandler Honda was offering for a new fit then lied and said they would tack on more fees when I got there. Well I bought my car at AutoNation Chandler Honda and they didn't tack on any extra fees. The salesman at AutoNation was professional, polite, and gave me the same exact out the door price he quoted over email the FIRST TIME. No haggling involved. If you have to lie and talk smack about other dealers then perhaps you shouldn't be selling cars. This is the second time I've been to bell Honda to look at cars and ended up going somewhere else to buy. I went about a year ago to look at HRVS and they gave some ridiculous price and were rude then too. Ended up buying at Arrowhead Honda that time. They lost two sales from me within one year. That's how bad they suck. And what makes them suck even more is that they won't stop calling me and leaving voicemails while I'm working. My wife used to get her civic serviced here, now her HRV. At all cost, avoid this Honda dealership. Literally pick any other Honda dealership. I purchased my Accord from Tempe Honda and serviced it there for the first 4 years and had an incredible experience. I moved to North Phoenix a few years ago so started servicing at Bell Honda, and I should have stopped going after the first experience. Every experience has been mindblowing BAD and it only continues to get worse. If you schedule for an oil change, plan on waiting about 20 minutes when you drop off, for them to track down your "dedicated service advisor" while all of the other service advisors sit around with nothing to do. Then plan on your dedicated service advisor to change every other visit, and also account for them trying to sell you on every possible "routine maintenance" option that is somehow outside of the maintenance checklist from the manufacturer. Additionally plan on not having your car all weekend for a simple oil change. More times than not, because like most people I work during the week, I do my routine maintenance on Saturdays. I will schedule an appointment for an oil change first thing Saturday morning, and often times dont get my car back until Monday! Multiple times they never call me after service is complete and often times I will place multiple calls and leave several messages at the end of the day trying to figure out if they were able to change my oil in the 8 hours that my car has been there. Most recently, I have reported the same issue 5 times in a row. Everytime they have told me they dont notice anything is wrong but than proceed to tell me that I need new compliance bushings and other random "wear and tear" items uncounted for in the manufacturer's maintenance guide. This most recent time I told them the problem has gotten worse and they need to find out why my engine doesnt sound or act right and also got an oil change and new tires. They came back and said yup we replaced your tires and found out the issue you have oil leaking internally into the pistons so we would need to basically rebuild the motor to fix it. That will cost $3,600. Very frustrating that I have put new tires, breaks, compliance bushings and etc. They continue to ignore my problem which if they had diagnosed in the first place; I would have never done any of the other work because at this point it makes a lot more sense to just buy a new car. I would have not put thousands of dollars into my car if they told me this the first, second, or third time that I asked them to diagnose the issue. Considering this is the most shady and untrusting dealership I have ever dealt with, I figured before buying a new car (clearly elsewhere) I should probably get the tech notes and diagnosis and have a different Honda dealership provide a second opinion. So I called back because the estimate they gave me did not include anything about the diagnosis or the solution it just says $3,600 to fix rumbling engine issue reported by customer. So I called asking for them to provide me the tech notes of how they came to the conclusion as well as a summary of the work that would be performed. They said they dont have and cannot provide any diagnosis information or additional information or notes. So you literally cant tell me what you inspected, what is telling you that this is the issue, and what you are going to do to fix it? Just a blind 3600 price tag? Honestly every experience I have had with this dealership has been awful but this most recent dealings is down right unethical and ridiculous. I imagine if Honda had any idea how much brand damage this dealership causes on a daily basis that they would pull their agreement and licensing immediately. Go to any other Honda dealership cause it literally doesnt get any worse than Bell Honda. read more

Maybe if the service side of the dealership were more organized they'd have more people concerned with ACTUAL customer service and less people trying to up sell mechanical services. I understand there are busy days but waiting over two hours for service AND THEN discovering the your car has been ready for who knows how long because no one bother to tell you is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention when we FINALLY were able to start up our car to leave we were stuck in line because no one would move the empty cars in front of us. I wish I were lying when we asked a rep (very kindly and calmly) to have someone move the cars and he said "let me help these customers who just came in first and then I'll help you." Really??How about no. Thank you to the kind, unsuspecting customer in the opposite lane who offered to back up so we could leave. If you want to devote your entire day to a simple oil change, then this is your place! Also...I should note that this whole issue would have probably been rectified with an apology. Bell Honda is the WORST Dealership in the Valley. Since we have an infant now we wanted to trade our car and buy SUV for our bigger family, we had been getting quotes around the valley for new and certified used cars. We found two cars at Bell Honda matching our price, we call them and made them clear about our requirement and price. The sales person said he can work with our price range so we drove 25 miles to take a test drive and found out that they could not locate keys of one car that we liked! Since we were there I asked them to appraise the car we were going to trade, they come up with the trade-in value of $250, which was really low as other dealerships appraised between $2000-$3000. I told them that I am not going to Trade-in for $250 so within a second they changed Trade-in value to $1000. We declined the offer as we were not able to test drive the car we liked because of missing keys. Next day they called my wife and told her that they found the key and asked if we give them another chance to show the car. On following weekend we went to another dealership in Chandler since it was close by us. The dealership in Chandler showed us a new car and used car comparable with the one Bell Honda has. They really worked with us in price and quoted reasonable amount for Trade-in. As a consumer, we wanted to give Bell Honda another chance and check that used car which we could not test drive before. We went their again (driving 25 miles), looked at the used car but the price did not come anywhere close to what other dealership had quoted. So we asked them to give us quote for new car, it came up really high. Since we already had a quote from another dealership I showed it to them and said that here I am getting a good deal in Trade-in and a new car, and ask them if they can give me a better deal than this. Salesperson asked me to wait so that he can check with his manager. He came back and asked if he can check our car one more time to re-evaluate the trade-in value. I gave him the key and then after some time he came back and said that he can match the deal. So I told them that as a consumer I am looking if you can beat other deal, and if you are going to match the deal then I would rather go to another dealership as they had been honest to us for trade-in value since the beginning and worked on the price. So I asked for my keys back and salesperson they took us in the office to meet Manager, and at this point, our boy was getting hungry and it was getting really frustrating, they went over the same thing and i said i will buy only if they can beat the deal asked my keys back. They did not give me my keys back and was pressured to make a deal and offered $10 insulting discount!, and all this time I was asking my keys back, he told me your keys were hanging in the key stand, I just took my keys and left of his office. I had to find my car which they parked way back in their parking lot. We bought brand new SUV from the dealership in Chander same day. I understand that people at Bell Honda might get disappointed that we are not making deal with them but they need to understand that end of the day its customer's right and choice where to make a deal. Holding on to their keys, make them wait and pressuring them to buy cars and is not the way to make a deal. I am going to complaint about this to Hoda corporate office. I like Honda cars but will NEVER EVER put my foot at Bell Honda. read more

Buyer Beware All the staff that I dealt with at Bell Honda were very nice and polite to deal with. Our sales person Sammi did an excellent job. The events that makes the entire experience unpleasant involve the charges at the end of the sale and what I got for my money. When I was shown the selling price of the car it was higher than the "internet price" I was promised. I pulled up the internet price and the person I was speaking with in finance said but that doesn't include "elite" status. An "Elite" used car comes with a multi-point inspection (I think it was 81 points). I asked what had been inspected and what if any parts had been replaced. They were unable to produce the checklist that was gone through to complete the multipoint inspection and they were unable to tell me if any parts had been replaced. I asked if the tires had been replaced and they were unable to answer that question either. When I asked what exactly, in specific terms, am I getting for my additional $895 I was told the above-mentioned inspection, replacement of any parts that needed replacing, and a 3-month limited warranty Next, I was told that there would be an additional charge of another $895 for a coating to protect the paint. Ok so now I'm in for an extra $1790 and we haven't even added all the document, service, and other miscellaneous fees. Bell Honda had exactly the car I wanted, a 2015 Scion xB Parklan Edition-they only made 686- and even with all these charges it was still in our budget so we forged ahead and signed all the papers. Next came the event that makes me seriously wonder if I could in good conscience recommend Bell Honda. When the young lady, Sammi, handed me the key I asked her where were the other keys? When I purchased a new Scion in came with 3 keys two with transponders and then a valet key. Sammi went and asked and came back to tell me that they only give the keys that have been left with the vehicle. I did not go into it with Sammi, but I would think that included in the $895 "elite" status would be at least 2 keys with transponders. When I called Bell Honda they told me that new and used H come with 2 keys but this is not extended to used cars from other makers. It seems pennywise and pound foolish to have customers driving away thinking I'm not going back there again. read more

Very disappointed in Bell Honda, there is a huge disconnect from the sales pitch to ownership of vehicle. I particularly did not like the fact they misinform me about the refund they said I would received from the gap insurance cancelation from my trade in. They told me to call the insurance myself to start the refund process, when I did, they told me Bell Honda had already cancel and used the money as a down payment for my new vehicle. Nobody had explained this to me during the process, so be extra cautious when canceling mechanical warranty or gap insurance on trade ins. Make sure you keep the money and not them. First off, you're looking for a car right? Do your research and avoid all dealerships owned by Van Tuyl group. That is of course unless you enjoy a good old fashioned beat down for hours on end. If that's the case any Van Tuyl dealership will work. Bought a new 2103 Honda exactly one year ago. Spent 8 hrs in dealership. Left at 12:30 AM. Paperwork was wrong 3 times. Salesman had to redo it because of dealer mistakes i.e Zak-tech paint protection etc. Yeah like Honda can't paint a car right but these guys have figured it out. By the way, that Zak-tek crap they add on is owned by Van tuyl as well. Service, ok car dealers are jerks right? So you overlook it as best you can....but your car needs an oil change. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to service for an oil change. Scheduled an appt. Showed up at the scheduled time. 2 and a half hrs later my car is held hostage. When I asked where my car was, the service guy told me he couldn't tell me, it was another guys ticket. Why is it taking so long for an oil change? Your car is in for a zak-tech paint protection. What? Never ordered that. Oops sorry, we will get your car. Go to pay...nope can't get you a receipt. Have to submit it to Honda first. No copy..nothing. Said he rotated tires and oil change. I got home and looked at oil..dirty. Never changed it. Tire rotation? My wife ran over a yellow curb at the atm the day before right rear. Yeppers, mark still on right rear. No rotation whatsoever. Upset, I spoke to Jackie Stevens customer relations manager. Explained the situation and she said she would "take care of this" and send me something for the inconvenience, and call me back once she looked into it. Never happened. To make things even worse the tech broke my plastic grommet that holds the hood up. Go somewhere else and save your hard earned money! read more

My wife's Civic was recently in need of having her oil changed. Having had former poor experiences at car dealership service centers that have taken advantage of her lack of knowledge on vehicles, I tagged along, wary of the representative we would be put in touch with. As soon as we met George Haslerig, all concerns were put to rest. George quickly gave us an overview of the service, and pointed out that we were nearing 30K miles. He mentioned it would be worth looking into the 30K mile checkup but then checked the fluids and filters himself to verify that we would not be paying for something we did not need at the moment. After checking over the car, George brought us into his office and walked us through everything that he would recommend, and even insisted that we could wait on a few of the service options (such as a transmission fluid change) until a more convenient time as the fluid lubricant still had some life left in it. George then provided us with the cost of service (including a discount he threw on that I was not aware of) and then told us what time it would be done. Upon arriving back at the shop to pick up the vehicle, George informed us that he had approved a battery replacement as the battery had failed a test (free of charge as it was still under warranty) and upon taking a look, we noticed that he had also had the service guys fix a hubcap that was popped out a little bit (a detail he had not brought our attention to as it was his way of going above and beyond). The service George provided was excellent in every way and I look forward to asking for him again for my next vehicle service. read more

If zero stars was an option, they deserve it. They called me to come in and trade from a 17 Civic to an 18 Accord. I went in and we decided that we way very far away from making a deal that I would accept and I declined to go any further. They called again several weeks later and said that they thought they could make it happen now, only to find out that we were in exactly the same place, not an acceptable deal for me. They called several more times over the next few weeks, and I eventually told them to stop calling and to lose my number. The salesman then called again on December 28th, saying that they now have $2,000 in incentives available now, and he was "very confident " that they could get me the deal I wanted. After warning him that he better not be wasting my time again, I set an appointment time to come down and try again. When I arrived, he was not available and I got to deal with someone else that didn't have any idea what I had already been through, no idea what my requirements were as far as payments etc. All they did was waste more of time for nothing. 1. Before we purchased the vehicle we were told that we can do oil change anytime we want. And for a new car it is recommended to do oil change at 30 %, brought in the vehicle twice and your people refused to change it, said it has to be under 15%. 2. Whoever was working on my vehicle forgot to put the bolts back to the splash shield, the shield was dragging for a 80 mins drive and broke in half. 3. Max Dunmire is unprofessional as a service advisor. Didn't check my record and trying to charge me for the oil change. As for the splash shield he promised twice that he will pass my issue to his supervisor (since he didn't know what to do) and call back but never did. Hung up my call twice. Never pick up calls, never reply or call back even I tried few attempts to reach out through the main customer service line. He can't even handle a simple task. 4. The other guy though he was trying to help me on the phone. He was pretty rude during the conversation and hanging up at the end. I guess your customer service team had so much fun everyday hanging up on people. Very unprofessional attitude. 5. I just purchased another car, a Honda Civic EX-L Hatchback yesterday, from SHOWCASE Honda, I will never purchase from you guys anymore, I will not recommend people to do business with you. Bell Honda is the worst! Wait times for service are HORRIBLE, even with an "appointment" which doesn't seem to help at all. So far, 3 hrs and 10 min for an oil change and repacing a defective front passenger side window gasket--not that hard! I'd normally never have oil changed at a dealership but it was free because I had to wait weeks for the window gasket part to come in??!! Even for free, time is money! Service writer did not advise me when the part was in, didn't respond to two messages from me, now told me that she'd let me know at 11am if it was going to be longer than that, then never updated me. Couldnt find her at 11:40, I finally used my cell phone to call the service dept that I'm sitting in, trying to get an update! Never ever buy or service a car here, totally unacceptable. read more

The only reason I'll give one star is because our salesman was a friendly guy named CJ. Other than that I paid way too much and was basically manipulated into a deal. I worried about the deal but set my mind to the fact that I'd make it work and due to my financial and personal circumstances needed a reliable vehicle that will last me a very long time. Lo and behold I go back in after almost a week to sign papers and surprise the deal was made worse by their schmoozy finance dept. Trying to act like my friend while they screw me. Basically almost double my interest rate and try to act like they're all doing me a favor. I had the worst experience of my life with Brandon Latour the sales manager at Bell Honda and his assistant Aaron. They are the biggest liars. They pursued me through all mode of communication-call, email and text. I have the text trail which were exchanged with Brandon Latour and Aaron. I was very upfront with my offer and asked them if they are okay then only I will come to showroom for the test drive as it's phoenix Az and it was extreme heat weather advisory (121f). Brandon texted me 30min before I was starting and when we reached there we were told that the car was sold out 2 hours back. They are the biggest liars. My friend called to double check and was told by other salesperson that car was still available. Brandon ill treated us by calling us to the showroom. Beware of their service center. This service center runs somewhere between insanity and duplicity. If I could give no stars, I would. In August 2017 I came in to get a multipoint inspection done on my new-to-me 1 prior owner, 35,000 Miles, 2012 Honda Accord. This car is pristine, clearly owned by snowbirds. I left the place without having the inspection done due to the guy doing my in-processing speaking down to me like I was an idiot who had bought a "lemon" as soon as he heard that I'd just bought the car from another dealer. He came up with a long list of "deep concerns" he had. When I asked if he'd like to pop the hood before declaring it a poor buy, he scoffed and rolled his eyes. After a few more minutes of this I told him "no thanks, I'll go somewhere else." I left and drove to another Honda service center a little further away that had wonderful customer service and did a complete inspection noting a couple things that I should be aware of at around the 60,000 Miles. Roll around to 3/8/18 You'd think I knew better after the first experience. But it's just so close by and I thought maybe it was just that one guy that treats people like they are idiots. NOPE! The repair shop doesn't do repairs, I have learned. They replace things instead, at great expense to your wallet and sanity. Came in for a pre weekend trip check-up. Andrew gave me a HUGE list complete with warning symbols ranging from replacing a battery cable($305) to replacing the steering rack assembly ($1350). When I turned down the repair list they peppered me with phone calls the rest of the morning to insist that I needed to get several "emergency items" done. "Hadn't I seen the STOP SIGNS next to those three items???" When I came in to pay for the inspection, Andrew wouldn't let me have my keys without first submitting to a talking to from his manager "for my safety and for liability reasons." Said manager proceeded to give me an earful in a demeaning and patronizing manner about taking my life in my hands by risking to drive with a vehicle in this condition, stating that they would be entering in their files that I turned down those necessary repairs. Finally I lost it and told them that I wanted my car and that I think they are crooks. I later asked my father (who's car sense I respect and I wish I'd just asked him to begin with) to check my car because I felt anxiety after all the negative feedback from Bell Honda. He test drove it and poked around under the hood. The battery cable needs a little cleaning at the terminal; otherwise the car is in great condition. After completing my road trip, I can personally attest to the excellent condition of my car, it's breaks, battery, etc. This repair shop is full of fear mongering and incompetency, in my opinion. read more

Here we are in May, after purchasing a car with an IOU for repairs from Bell Honda at the tent event. Our car we purchased was a 2013 Chrysler 200, that had a brake squeak( after being told they were brand new) and a clicking from the passenger side engine area. We were told we would receive a call with the appointment in a few days to get everything fixed and such. Up until May, nothing- with us calling trying to get an appointment scheduled. So, on a Friday evening our car doesn't start, yay. Call Bell Honda and the GM offers a tow to have it checked out. I'm not sure about you but when I'm offered something because your lack of professionalism, I don't pay for it. Nor am I going too. Car gets there, apparently the actuator is a common problem in this car that needs to be fixed. Cool, understandable. (back track, car wouldn't start due to a faulty battery- and from my minimal research, the actuator runs when the car is off when its doing what it did in our 200, and drain the battery). Okay, so they want $270 to replace a battery, which their used car included a new one of. You're new batteries don't have a warranty on them? Doubtful. Oh, and they want $300 for that "offered tow". Now, moving forward- they call Monday saying the car will be ready at 5, oh yay! 430 rolls around and we get a call saying the cars having Transmission troubles. Oh really? From a dead battery? Okay whatever - they pull the Transmission and there's metal chunks apparently. And we purchased the MPP coverage from Honda, so I'm not worried. Replace it, give us a rental car- as your coverage states you would, it's been 4 days. Nope! Chrysler still has it covered over the powertrain warranty so Honda wants to send it there. So what the point of this MPP coverage? Since apparently it's worthless. Now Honda won't issue a rental car because it's at Chrysler, and MPP won't issue a rental car because they have to be told it's not the error on our part. 5 days, no repairs other than a battery, and we still can't get a rental car from either place? You're dropping the ball Bell Honda. It's not that hard to simply say, here's a rental- our bad. Oh and stop with the lies. You didn't send the car to Chrysler when you said you did, and you didn't talk to MPP when you said you did. Honestly I can't in good faith ever recommend someone to you, or your service department because there's not enough lube for the treatment you guys give. Bell Honda is very deceptive and scam people. They fraudulently fill out paperwork. I know this first hand. I went to buy a car from them. I was told my credit was not good enough to get the loan on my own. I needed a co signer. My mother co signed, or so I thought. I found out a few weeks later when the finance company sent the payment in the mail. It came in my mother's name. Turns out they made her the owner and me the co signer. She does not need a car. She has her own with only 24000 miles. Every question was directed at me, not my mother. The down payment came out of my bank account. They had me ring the bell. They even let me take it for a test drive even though I forgot my drivers license and left it at home. They asked my mother if she had a drivers license she said yes. They took it and said it was good for me to test drive. My mother has never driven this car and never will. I am so angry at BELL HONDA for doing this to my mother and me. I might even report them to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General Of Arizona. I will not stop until they are investigated and hopefully punished for what they do to people. I was contacted by bell Honda because I previously bought my car from the which was a very bad experience. They promised better customer service because of new managements supposedly. Well I went back looked at a car but had to leave before I left I was promised 90 day no payments if I took the car, I Went back And got the car, no 90 day payment was given, the car was making a noise right when I drove it out of the lot they told me to take it back to service and when I did they sent me to the original dealership of the car sense it was under warranty they didn't even take a look they didn't even check the car they just sent me away. I have had dealings with the Bell Honda Service department on three occasions. Each time it's been a poor experience and the first two times I said, "maybe it's just a one off." But I'm done. They have consistently under-performed and in the same ways each time. They outright lied about the time it would take to service the vehicle on all three occasions, as well as about other matters. They were bordering on rude on all three occasions. I could go into lengthy detail but I'm just done. It's obvious they don't care about customer service because they basically tell you that. The car we bought there was a mistake and will definitly be spreading the word not to give this dealership any business...to many lies from salesman to general manager to finance manager....they already lost 2 vehicle purchases from me and more to continue from networking.
