After shopping around a bit we chose this dealer specifically even though they didn't have the car in the color that we wanted. But they got it there for us in no time and no "relocation charge" or anything like that. I tend to just expect stuff like that from dealerships so it was a nice surprise! Colleen and her sales manager helped us out on a good deal and Iron was detailed and clear with the financing which we did through the dealership at a good apr. Overall I'm not pleased.. Originally I bought a used F150 that had the check engine light come on within 150 miles of driving it off the lot, bell Honda took it back and let me buy another truck. I ended up with a 2019 ram 1500. Love the truck itself, but from the time I've had it the rear brakes squeal. In an OTR truck driver so it's hard for me to get the truck back in. Originally I was told it would be taken care of. The first time I took it in service said they cleaned the brakes. Don't know how they did that because I had the wheel lock so they couldn't take the tire off. I've called in multiple times and the sales manager of my deal said he would talk to the GM and call me back.. Never gotten a response at all. My sales man has never returned any of my calls. Basically I have a 2019 truck with 15k miles on it and squeaky brakes. Pretty upset that I was told it would be fixed and taken care of but now nothing is happening! Truck has done it since driving it off the lot! So now I have to do brake job on a 2019 with 15k miles on to because the dealership won't step up and fix the problem they said they would! Basically they will say whatever they can to sell you something but after they they don't care about you or the truck they sold you.. Pretty crappy, in fact we just bought my GF a new car and didn't even consider going back to bell Honda.. Wont recommend bell Honda to anyone.. Id advise anyone reading this to not consider them either! If I could have given a negative rating for this dealer. I am a die hard Honda fan. All my cars are Honda. In 2016 I bought a Honda crv from this dealership trading a 2006 Pontiac. I had an excellent experience dealing with the sales manager, she gave me a great deal. Today I again went there to buy a Honda odyssey. The sales person "Mickey" behaved so badly with my husband and me. He made us sit for 2.5 hours in spite of my telling that my 2 year old baby was hungry and me being 4 months pregnant. Still we waited for the final price. He talked very rudely and did not give us a proper price sheet, not even the value of the trade in. He was not even looking at me when I was talking to him and scribbling something on paper. He was not letting us speak what we wanted. When I said I will complain to customer service he said you can do whatever you want. This is not a service we expect from Honda. And I am very disappointed. He behaved so badly that I being pregnant was in so much stress that had to call the doctor at night because of high fever and other complications I was not even able to get up from the bed. I paid for the repair of a part I later learned was still under warranty. Went back to dealership and asked about warranty and they replaced the part in question, but refused to reimburse me for what I paid for original repair. Yes, I know, it doesn't follow any sensible logic, but it's true. I'm a long time customer of this dealership. Never had a problem before, but will never return. George Haslerig is a great service adviser, but he works for Service Manager Gwen who has no concept of customer service. Called general manager, Robbie twice. Never called back. Filing BBB claim. I have been a customer of this dealership since 2008. Bought car there, body work done there and car serviced there. The will hound you the death about buying a new car, and they will up-sell you to death for repairs that don't need done. I purchased a 2015 CRV Touring on Saturday. This was the first time in my life I purchased my own car so I was very excited. Maggie Contreras was a newbie at Bell and couldn't have been nicer. She is definitely a customer oriented person and although she's there to make money she still comes off as caring and sincere. She was extremely informative and will be an excellent addition to the business. Since Maggie was learning I also met with Matthew. He is the consummate salesman - smooth, monotone voice that keeps on persuading. However, he also had a nice smile and I really never felt "pressured". - which is a real talent I knew what I wanted to spend and Matthew was understandably out for his best deal. We compromised and we both got as close to what we wanted as it was going to be. I appreciate both of these salespeople and would recommend them to anyone going to Bell. At the end I met with the gentleman (Iron Geselman?) to pay for the car. He also was very informative and thanks to him I decided to finance as opposed to paying cash. I was in a hurry and ask for him to "cut to the chase" as I didn't want any extras. I not only left with financing the car but a warranty I never intended to purchase. Nice young man who respected my wishes but still made sure I was aware of some important facts. Overall I had a great experience and highly recommend them. I can't comment on the car yet as I've never owned a Honda. However, I owned (and traded in) a Mercedes CLK 550 so since I was looking for improved mileage and lower maintenance costs, anything is an improvement! read more

I am a recent college graduate and my boyfriend is in the military. We are expecting a baby and we're looking for a reliable car before he comes. We were told if we scheduled a time that our payments would be $250 a month and we would be okay with my boyfriend cosigning on the car. Well, when we got there and after picking out the color car we wanted, they raised that monthly payment to $400 a month. That is out of our budget and neither of us were happy for making the extra trip out there to be given a much higher price than we agreed on before. To be "nice" our car salesman, Brent, gave us a $25 gift card for gas. We tried to use it and it turns out there's no money on it! They were a waste of our time and effort. I've tried contacting Scott numerous times on other issues I have had, and got no response. I was told he's on vacation. I did talk to Robbie Motz, the "General Manager". I refuse to waste any more of my time trying to communicate with these individuals who never return calls,texts, or emails. Me and my wife stupidly spent the whole day car shopping for a new Honda Accord Hybrid. First went to Arrowhead Honda and actually did not have a bad experience we were just not at the same price on a certain vehicle, but we both left the door open for further discussion. Saw that Bell Honda had a 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid and we thought wow they would be a lot closer in payment on what we want to pay then on a 2019. We went to Bell Honda, of course got the salesman that got hired last week, nice kid ,but you never want the guy that just got hired. Anyway we told them we know what we want, we know what we want to pay and we had a printout of our trade in value from Kelley Blue book in hand showing at least our car is worth 11,400 on trade in, we were only asking 10,500 to be fair. So as the salesman goes and talks to the head guys he comes back with a crazy offer and only offering us 7,500 for our Camry. Right there showed me they just tried stealing 3,000 dollars from us in offering that ridiculous trade in offer. What if we didn't do our homework, these guys believe it's ok to offer that hoping you as a customer won't do your homework. Shocking about an hour later, they offer 10,500 for my vehicle, which again proves to me "well we tried to steal 3,000 from him but since he did his homework will offer what it's worth", which in auction they will get 13,000 for our car.. After about 3 hours of talking I was done and was walking out with my wife, when we were stopped by Salesman Jeremy Merriweather, he said if I can get the Accord to be a payment of 379.00 a month, no money down for 72 months will you do it after we ran both of yours credit check? Before our limit was 375, so we agreed to go with the 379 and thought we had a deal. I don't like my credit to be run every time I look at a car because it hurts your credit score every time you run it. Jeremy comes back and tells us that he can not do 379.00 a month AFTER just telling us that he could. He said it was miscommunication and thought we would be ok going 84 months, when we told every person we talked to in their we only wanted to do 72 months. So after running both my wife's and my credit score, which was the highest it can go at their dealership they did not do the right thing and knowingly lied to us about the payment amount and let us leave out the door furious as ever. I don't mind if a deal does not come through but to flat out lie to my face and then blame miscommunication is pathetic. I have integrity, I guess they do not. It was kinda funny I had to hear from their top guy how Arrowhead is known for changing prices to get you in the door and told us they are dishonest. Ummm no your the ones dishonest, all we we ever asked for was just to honor your offer and if your boss said you can't offer that then please Jeremy don't be in a position to offer a payment to a customer if your don't have the authority to do it. Please people do your homework before you go to this place, I know there is no perfect dealership but after what we experienced and what they tried to offer us was dishonest. BAIT and SWITCH!!!!!!!! I've bought quite a few cars over the years from different car dealerships and so I called today and the car that Bell Honda had online and asked for the out the door price so I could come prepared to come by the car if I liked when I drove it. The Internet manager told me he couldn't give me the price over the phone but he would give me the best deal possible when I got there and that was the best way to get a deal. I didn't even ask for a deal I was willing to pay the price that they wanted online plus tax of course. When I got there there was a couple different sales people that came over to me and then we go back to the sales tower and try to get a better deal and then I kept telling them I just wanted to pay the price online plus the tax I brought a check and I was ready to write it. They told me they couldn't sell me the car for that price it ended up being a couple thousand dollars more plus tax so I left without the car after driving an hour and a half each way and taking time away from my work and my family I wanted others to know before they go there to do business how they do business. They told me that they do this on every single car on the lot whether it's new or used so BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

Stay away from Bell Honda. Doubt me? Call them. You'll get transferred to the wrong department regardless of whom you're calling. IF they call you back, they drop the call and when you call back 30 secs later, the Sales Person (M) or her manager (J) are suddenly GONE! in 30 seconds they have left the building. Show up in person: The result will be the flakiest encounter you've ever had with any dealership. They will take your loan info to the wrong department. In the meantime, tell them you want a 2015/2016 and they'll show you base models of 2013's they want to get rid of. If you call someone whose call you just missed - they're nowhere to be found. I've visited this dealership; it isn't that big. There is no earthly reason for any employee to be suddenly unavailable and engaged when nothing is happening. M was nice. However, the fellow with hips who was part of the team that sold me my previous vehicle, lied and said it had Back-Up Cameras. when I called him on this, another salesperson at the tent sale high-fived him and said, "nice try, dude." they were so proud of their failed attempt to snow me. They have been begging me to trade the luxury vehicle I purchased from them over a year ago, but too oblivious to hear my telling them a 1/2 dozen times that I traded in the vehicle 2 months ago. By the way, my former dealership gave me top dollar for the luxury vehicle I traded in for a fully loaded 2016 of MY CHOICE, ZERO down, for less than Bell Honda wanted, lower finance rates, a top shelf warranty and dealer incentives. UPDATE: This is NOT an update for Michael or Chandler, they were a pleasure to work with. I went in a second time with my boyfriend and did not see Chandler (should have asked for him) but Amayrani approached us and we were helped by her. We were told since I referred him, I'd receive a $100 "referral" check. Still nothing. Its been almost 5 months. I emailed one of the 100 managers that had sent me a welcome email letter, and he advised me he would take care of it, and send out the referral check. Again... still nothing. I don't mind not having the money at this point. But, working in a similar sales biz, when people send friends or family AND the deal closes, I make sure to take care of them! Referrals are one of the best client sources. This is not the case here. I've sent several of my clients looking for new cars over to Arrowhead Honda and received the referral checks fairly quick, AND I DIDN'T EVEN BUY A CAR THROUGH THEM. read more

I went in for a new key fob & programming . The service tech told me it would take an hour max. I waited over 4 hours as the excuses kept rolling in from the team saying the car wash is busy and my car is in there somewhere ... After over 4 hours my car finally came to me not even washed . I complained and was told a manager would contact me . After 3 months of calling them once every 2 weeks and asking for the manager to call me one manager finally called back . I told him the situation and how annoying it was to be lied to many times over the 4 hours I was stuck there missing other appointments and how the staff displayed poor customer service , he responded with "sorry about that , I can offer you a free car wash the next time you come in for service " .. Wow! Offering me a service they give free with any service to everyone for all that inconvenience ... What a champ ! Will never go back ! read more

NEVER EVER EVER give these people your phone number! Went in on a Saturday after visiting Mazda dealer next door and driving their CX version of the Honda CRV. Just wanted to compare the two immediately. We were VERY clear about our intent to literally drive them back to back. We liked the Mazda much more. We saw the new Honda Passport on the showroom floor on a Saturday afternoon & thought it was a maybe, more $ but still a Honda. (We own both brands right now and find reliability on both to be the best.) We could not test drive one as all they had was the showroom model. Told our salesperson "no rush- let us know when you have one to drive". PERIOD. Salesperson said "you are tagged as a 'do not call' in our records." Told him HE could call me-- no idea how that was the case as I never bought any of my Hondas there before. By Sunday morning, LESS THAN 24 hours after our visit, I got not less than 3 calls from "Sales Managers"-- all different names. Told them 3 times our salesperson said he'd call when they had one to drive-- news to them? Then Monday rolls around-- 2 more calls! In the first TWO WEEKS I got no less than TWELVE CALLS from assorted "managers". The last was an actual text from the actual salesperson telling me they had one for me to drive. Told him I couldn't deal with the insanity of his "managers" but I would contact him directly to drive one when I returned to town and I insisted he had to call off his "dogs". TODAY, almost three weeks later and PLENTY of demands to take me off of their call list a man identifying himself as the PR Manager called me again! I immediately told him I would NEVER do business with them he actually argued with me saying, " Well you came to us."!!!! Well duh-- isn't that the whole point of advertising and PR? He went on to try and argue with me--- absolutely INSANE! Guess he thought he'd beat me into coming back in? AGAIN-- NEVER EVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR PHONE NUMBER! Months later and STILL more calls and now texts-- at least a dozen. The response by this dealer on this site is baloney! For one we've traded in our 07 Honda years ago here and they still call us repeatedly asking if we want to trade it in still...Harassing much and dumb? Especially because we've told them to take us off their phone lists before. I think we paid too much for the 07 Honda like 17,000 when it already had 70,000 miles on it. I was happy with the salesperson who sold us our 2013 Honda, but not so much the 07. That person first tried to talk my fiancé into buying a car that wouldn't even start (even after he got jumping cables) and he didn't want-some Pontiac sports car. Also, I hate when they take you into the back to talk financing and throw all these warranties at you and completely change what you've already agreed to before as far as payments pricing. It is truly intimidating and quite frankly pretty rude how they do this in order to get you to buy this and that extra stuff. They also do this for several hours so by the end of it you're so tired you just agree to it. I wouldn't really recommend this dealership personally. read more

This by far is the worst place to get a vehicle!! They have definitely lost me as a customer. They are only worried about them selfs and closing the deal. They have the worst sales tactics as well with no where in it being about the customer. They are very aggressive and also very pushy. My first vehicle with them was okay but I was involved in an accident and of course I had purchased the Gap insurance so needed to go in to talk to the claim department and of course they knew I was in need of another vehicle. They sold me a lemon. I called them to make it right but of course once I signed the contract they completely forgot about me and my situation. The AC went out about 4 days after I bought it they had stated they ordered parts for my car that needed to be fixed and along with worn out brakes. They no longer answer, or respond to my issues. I have put down no less then 3500 for the down payment while having good credit and they shaded me with a 2015 that is completely falling to pieces. The AC was tampered with through the dealer and it can only be fixed by taking it back to the dealer. I will definitely not give them not a penny more then they ever deserved. I purchased a Dodge Charger through Bell Honda which was definitely my first problem. They had stated new, used, Honda's or any other vehicle. Is certainly certified through them and the company has a reputation to keep up with. Which then they came to tell me that only Honda is certified which sounds okay but not when you lied about all that you offered to get a contract signed. I will trade in this vehicle to another dealer and definitely never go back or send any friends or family to this company. He knows what true customer service is and he's an honest hard worker. Liars and Scumbags! I went to this dealership to look at a small SUV. I was approached by two yes TWO salesman. I told them that I was just looking as I wanted continue my research on my own. They would not leave me alone so I made conversation to be nice. I made the mistake of divulging my information and it was a rollercoaster of "sit here, no there, let's test drive!" "We can get you in this vehicle and get you a better offer on your trade." I told them from the beginning that I didn't want to run my credit and I was ready to leave. One of the salesman claimed he was going to get my keys but brought out the finance guy "Mickey" who lied through his teeth and told me that pulling my credit was a "soft hit" and they "don't look at your credit score." Yeah right! This wasn't my first time at the rodeo. I was ready to leave but they wouldn't let me walk out until they ran my credit. Once they got what they wanted, they came back, told me that they couldn't do anything for me and almost kicked me in the butt on my way out. I will NEVER come back to this dealership again! BELL HONDA REVIEW 08.29.2009 Well - we have just left the BELL HONDA dealership after Shaun Hicks and Michael seemed to drag out an entire evening at the dealership (WITH OUR 2 SMALL CHILDREN!). We had spent over 2 1/2 hours looking at and discussing the terms and conditions of the vehicle we had selected. We came in pre-qualified and were clear, straight-forward and defined our terms of purchase down to the penny - STATING THAT THIS WAS OUR OFFER - WE UNDERSTAND IF THIS DOESN'T WORK FOR THEM - BUT THIS IS OUR OFFER (which we thought was appropriate and fair). Both, Shaun and Michael, stated that this was a fair and do-able offer that we presented. This was after they presented their first offer of full sticker price for their vehicle and lower than low-ball offer for our trade-in - which I refused and was ready to walk, no hard feelings at that time. We had visited the dealership the night before and were told (by Shaun) that if we did want to trade our vehicle in he knew he could sell it (noting it is a desirable vehicle) for a certain amount saying take a couple of grand off for their over head and that would be appropriate trade-in value. The terms all seemed to change once they got our pay off amount and realized we would have some equity in our trade in! But then they came back inline with our terms after some timely discussion... then after 2 1/2 hrs of discussions they came back with the final paperwork that was full price for their vehicle w/ a offer for our trade that was $200 higher than the initial offer that I refused! WTF?! Why I am frustrated is that we had already discussed and agreed to a trade-in value with BOTH Shaun & Michael!? We had already defined ALL of the terms of the purchase and trade and BOTH noted that this was a do-able and fair offer. I was not frustrated that we couldn't come to an agreement but I was frustrated that Shaun and Michael misrepresented the deal and dragged this process out for our entire family to endure showing a lack of respect and value for our families time and patience. Yes - I understand that this might just be typical car dealership etiquette. I suggest that you speak with and deal with someone at any dealership that is a person that can provide straight forward responses to agreed to negotiations as the discussions progress. Five stars PLUS an additional five stars for a great team that helped us to purchase the HR-V for our daughter today!!! We are from Hawaii and flew up for the primary purpose of visiting with our daughter who is currently attending one of the Universities here. She is in need of a car as she will soon be doing an internship which will require travel away from her campus. As we are not from Arizona, we began our research utilizing the YELP application. Bell Honda appeared to have more positive reviews than the rest of the other Honda dealerships within the Phoenix area. As we were going to purchase using the Costco Program, we found out that Jason Teel was listed as one of the Costco reps and was also rated on Yelp as very helpful. My husband called the dealership early and spoke with Jason who agreed to meet with us at 12:30 as he was currently involved with another transaction. We agreed to the time and arrived a bit early for the appointment. As Jason was still involved with his customers at the time of our scheduled appointment, he assigned Royce James to meet with us to go over some preliminary information about the vehicle we were interested in and to take us for a test drive. Although we had to deal with two sales representatives, the two worked well together and were able to accomodate our needs. We agreed to the price on the car very quickly as the Costco program makes the process much easier without the constant "haggling." Additionally, Jason mentioned Honda's College Graduate Program which helped us to receive an additional $500 discount! We had to wait a bit for our paperwork to be prepped but Ramses Margary, finance producer, was very friendly and made us feel at ease signing the final paperwork. He had a great sense of humor and made the process go by quickly. He was very thorough yet easily explained everything that needed to be signed. Overall, we give this dealership high ratings and would like to recognize these three gentlemen, Jason Teel, Royce James and Ramses Margary as a very AWESOME team to work with! We currently own two Hondas (Pilot, Fit and CR-V) back in Hawaii but have also owned a Civic as well as an Accord. I bought a new 2015 civic here. The sales process was ok, the finance process was horrible. Waited 3 hours to go in to finance and then spent an hour arguing with the finance guy about not wanting an extended warranty. The guy wouldn't take no for an answer. It was high pressure and intimidating. I finally drive away questioning my purchase. A year later I'm they call me offering a low interest loan on an accord if I trade in my civic. I go down and they completely low ball my trade and overpriced the Accord. I don't even bother negotiating and drove to Showcase Honda and got $3000 more on my trade and the car for $5000 less than Bell Honda. To this day Bell Honda calls me every week asking if I still have the civic. They always say they'll note it in their system, but always call. It's been 30 days since we left this dealership without a purchase, and we are still receiving sales, follow up, etc, calls from them. I've blocked phone numbers from their calls but they still seem to get thru. We have asked and then demanded managers to take our phone number off their call list, but it persists. They are using a switch and bait tactic as well. Before we took the hour drive we called to see if a specific car was there, the person on the phone put us on hold to walk outside to see if it was still there. He said yes it is here, 12pm. At 1pm we arrived asking for the car and were told it was sold early morning! So it's my belief it was used as a code word for, fake car and switch them to another. I heard another couple ask for the same car, and they were told the same thing and dragged out to the new car section as we were. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR INFO OR THEY WILL NOT STOP CALLING YOU!!! Tried to lease a pilot, watch out for 2-3K worth of dealer add-ons. Like $1,000 for some junk aftermarket alarm. It already has passive security from Honda. Each back and forth negotiations result in a higher payment??????? They changed so called" managers" 3 times in 20 minutes of negotiations. 45 days after we told "sales manager#4" on the phone, that we already bought, still passing the our number for sales calls. read more

Eric Galliani was my salesperson and he LIED from the start. This was the third Honda I was leasing from Arrowhead. I turned in my 2017 HRV-EX in pristine condition and 14,000 miles below what I was allowed. I told Eric from the start, I didn't like anything about the process of buying or leasing cars because they always try to pull fast ones over on the customer. And he proved me right!!! I told him for months that I wanted the EXACT same car HRV-EX with the EXACT same payment. He said no problem!!! My mistake to trust him. I should not have gone during the Pandemic as no one was wearing masks and I wanted to get in and out as soon as possible. He showed me three cars (after telling me on the phone, I could have my choice of ANY color). Two of the three cars had black interior and he told me that black interiors were cooler than other colors... really. Immediately, I asked where was the SUNROOF, he said they were no longer putting them on all the cars. When I got inside, I noticed the SCREEN was smaller and all the functions were DIALS. I asked and he said, Honda changed this because people didn't like sliding and having to push the up and down arrows so Honda went back to dials. When he handed me the KEY, I asked why it was a key and not a fob and he said these also had changed. As we drove, I asked why the RIGHT MIRROR CAMERA didn't show and he said that was a feature only in the more expensive cars. The lies just rolled off his tongue so easily. He actually convinced me that the HRV-EX had totally changed over the past 3 years. He NEVER once mentioned he had put me in a HRV-LX and that's why all the features I loved about the HRV were no longer there. I then went to finance and dealt with another LIAR... Jeff Sokol. I told him I didn't want a payment over $300. He tried for 15 minutes to get me to pay $30 for dent coverage. He wasted his time and mine by drawing all these pictures and each time I said NO. He then said he'd roll my payment due today and put it on the lease, I said I'd rather pay now. He convinced me I'd save money. So my payment went to $314. I asked for a calculator because I wanted to do some figuring but he said it was cheaper this way. Needless to say when I got home I pulled all my paperwork from my last lease and got a calculator. That wonderful saving of rolling my payment into my lease was costing me an extra $190. I WAS SICK TO MY STOMACH. Not only did Eric and Jeff lie, but I had a car that was way below what I had before with NO special features. I immediately called to talk to the manager and spoke with Dave. He said he would get back to me. After an hour and no returned call, I called him and he said there was NOTHING that could be done. I said I should at least be getting free oil changes because of the lies... his comment was... if I give Eric a good review, Eric would give me a free oil change. My parents bought their Honda from you, NO MORE. I love social media (Facebook, Twitter, Nextdoor Neighbor News, etc) and I intend to tell everyone in my church neighborhood group, my friends, family, their friends, people I work with how Arrowhead Honda took advantage of me... I brought my Pilot in because the windshield wiper was not working. After the first hour and a half I went up to the service guy and asked about my car. I told him I have to pick up my kids so I need to know how long it will be. He stated he will check for me. Two hours go by nothing. Two and a half go by I ask again about my car. Nothing! Finally at 3.25 hours he tells me they are done with my car and it will be right up. 3.75 hours later I had my car. Through the whole process he never updated me or told me what was going on. When I finally got my car he told me my wiper needed an adjustment and my battery needed replaced. Really 3.75 hours for an adjustment? I had to find someone else to pick up my kids because my time got wasted. Total BS! He knew I was pissed and was totally rude. Never again! read more

This would be the last Honda dealer on earth that I would ever choose to do business with again! A good friend of my son recently purchased a used 2017 Accord from Bell Honda. When refusing the "up sell" pitch for an extended warranty, etc during the financing stage, they pulled a fast one and raised the price of the car by $800 for the original factory security system. She refused to pay the additional amount and they deactivated the alarm. WHAT A TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!!! I am urging her to file a complaint with the Attorney General. read more

Service department is horrible. Their online chat is completely useless. My car was recalled for passenger airbag. After spending almost 3 hours there to replace it, they gave me a list of "repairs" that my car "needs". I declined the "extra" repairs and left. When I got home, I noticed there was a black panel cover left in the car. I have no clue what it's from and they won't contact me. They would not give me the service manager's email address. We had purchased this car there and they also changed my name, address, phone number and email address to someone else; so now according to their records someone else owns my car!! Royal screw ups. I will get a second opinion on the "repairs" that are "necessary" and will follow up. I highly doubt they are necessary! I wonder if they even fixed my airbag recall! read more

Bought a car from bell Honda recently and only had the car for 2 1/2 weeks then the battery went out......took it back to them and they are telling me "oh that's wear and tear that is not covered"....how in the world is it wear and tear when I barely had the car not even a full 30 days.... Haven't even had my first payment yet... on top of all that the friendly smiley faces you see when purchasing a car, return with an issue and you see how those friendly faces turn to assholes who is not concerned about you anymore....if I could cancel my agreement I definitely would.....but then they have the nerve to tell people refer your friends and family how about you guys refer the people who works for you to customer service classes or something.....its a damn shame read more

Worst experience ever! We were lied to repeatedly. The salesman was so bad that had to request another one. I really can't put into words how bad the finance department was. They continually told us things that ended up being false. We had been hagglng with the delearship on the price of a truck for a couple of weeks and finally came to an agreement. When we went in to sign the papers and finalize it, we were there for literally 5 hours. I don't even understand how that could be possible. We had to go back to the dealership twice after we had purchased the car to resign papers that we had already signed because things had changed on our loan. All the terms and everything that we had signed papers on had somehow changed. Most of them were minor and they informed us that it was in the fine print of our contract so we had to live with it. One of the finance guys was extremely rude and unprofessional to both me and my wife. All we wanted was an explanation. We will never do any business with Bell Honda. I highly recommend not buying anything from Bell Honda!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
