Would give zero stars if i could. Worse business place I have ever dealt with, they pretty much took my money and will not return it. They agreed that with my credit score I would be withing a certain intrest rate range. And convinced me to make a deposit "thats the only way they would hold the car for me, until I was able to get the time off from work to purchase". ***Update: the company called me in regards to my review, and they apologized profusely on Jake's behalf and showed great professionalism. David C. was willing to try and help me out and was great. Long story short, I do not recommend Jake as your salesperson whatsoever. I will not be returning to this dealership. Jake (who made it very known that he was the only Jake there. So thanks for that Jake) was super pushy. I did my research before I came in and let him know that I did, and it seemed to put him over the edge and he immediately started shutting me down saying that "this is the lowest price car in a 1,000 mile radius" when I mentioned I've looked at other options for us. He said there was someone coming in later to look at the car at 3. 3 o'clock came and went during negotiating and no one showed up. Told us he doesn't get paid on commission but when we decided to walk away because we couldn't afford the car payment with the insanely high interest rates right now, he got super pissed. I apologized for wasting his time, he said "no I feel sorry for YOU! This vehicle is profitable, and you are the one losing this" if he wasn't on commission why would he get so pissed about it? Also, acted like he was giving us a deal by getting $400 off the maintenance fee. The only saving grace for my review being what it is has been the service manager. After really mulling over my car buying experience I truly feel like I was taken advantage of, I was in desperate need of a safe car as I have two children and a reliable one as i drive 60 miles a day for my commute. I went in there with Hope's of a certain vehicle only to be told the payments were a bit out of my price range. So I moved onto other vehicles in the lot, I found a toyota Camry that I fell in love with, drove it - loved it even more. And then the sales rep shows me a brand new Mitsubishi outlander SUV, dont get me wrong I loved how big it was (coming from a small sports car with two kids HELLO TRUNK SPACE). He insisted I drive it so I said what the heck I drove it around the block and was pleasantly surprised but still had that Camry on my mind. Fast forward to inside - the car salesman pulled everything in the book to push me towards the Mitsubishi - told me he could get so much off - free tires and oil changes for life (which was a lie, at least for the tires) He told me my kids wouldn't be as safe in the Camry and it didnt have any warranty so if something happened I was sol. He flipped the numbers back and forth and ultimately I was confused and at that point had been there for 6 hours. I was done. Desperate, anxious and alone. I ultimately signed and purchased the new 2018 outlander and man can you say buyers regret. I knew after having it for less than a month I made a mistake but there was nothing I could do about it. Ultimately my sales experience was awful - service has been better, especially the service manager going above and beyond when the sales person had given me false information to push me towards purchasing the mitsubish. I hope you enjoy your commission for this. I tell everyone I know to stay away from Mark Mitsubishi, hands down one of my biggest regrets in life was purchasing this car. After we run my credit and I knew I would have a huge Apr. The come back and tell me that 72 months on a used car is good deal at 325 per month. I told them that's highway robbery but say they have the best deal. They went up on the price from the advertisment and added all these things to try to sell me a car 24 thousand. I brought my car in for three specific things. One had already been fixed by them but wasn't fixed. I received a call about other things to be fixed and when asked about the three specific things I brought the car in for they had no answers. This was after they had the car for several days. Then I got this long story about how the dealerships being sold and their computers don't work, that's not my problem. The next day I expected to have a call about the three things that needed to be fixed and I didn't get a call so then I called again and the three things still aren't fixed. Then they tell me they can't even do one of them because they don't offer a service for detailing anymore because the place was sold. I know for a fact that if I was buying a new car and trading this car in they would figure out a way to get it cleaned it wouldn't take six days. Then I talked to a manager who really didn't care about what I had to say. They said they would call me the next day when the car was ready I gave them my cell phone several times. They proceed to call a landline. When I got the message the next day of course it was Sunday. I left a message. Today I had to call them again because they didn't call me back from the message to pay for the car repairs. When I gave the lady very specific instructions about the pick up I needed she said "I can follow instructions" then hung up. I have called Mark Mitsubishi several time and all I got was, we will take care of it or we will get back to you, which never happened. I have not been able to Register the car in California due to there inability to complete the process with DMV.
