I recently moved to the area and decided to give NakedMD a try. During my consultation, the consultant was very friendly and mentioned that all of their providers are RNs or nurses rather than technicians, which made me feel confident moving forward with my PRF microneedling appointment. Unfortunately, the experience started off poorly with the blood draw. The first nurse who attempted to draw my blood seemed new and was having difficulty finding the vein. After multiple attempts, she missed my vein and ended up blowing it, which was extremely painful and left me with additional bruising. At that point, Stephanie--the nurse who would later perform my microneedling treatment--was brought in to help. She was able to draw my blood successfully on the first try without any issues, and I appreciated that. However, I was disappointed with the microneedling treatment itself. Compared to treatments I've received at other med spas, the procedure felt rushed and not nearly as thorough. When I got home and looked more closely, I noticed that my upper lip area had been completely missed during the treatment and around my eyes. Since my face was fully numbed at the time, I wasn't aware of it until afterward, but it's hard to understand how an area like that could be overlooked. Overall, the staff was friendly, but between the painful blood draw experience and the lack of attention to detail during the microneedling treatment, this visit did not meet the standard I've experienced elsewhere. I left feeling disappointed and unsure if I would return to this location.

I initially came in for a Korean Glass Skin Lymphatic Facial, and Julia was amazing. She took the time to discuss my skin concerns and actually recommended the Diamond Facial instead because she felt it would better address my goals, and it was less expensive than the treatment I originally booked. That level of honesty immediately earned my trust. In the weeks after my facial, I received countless compliments (even from strangers!) about how great my skin looked. I rarely wear makeup anymore because my skin has improved so much. For my second appointment, I saw Dr. Grace Zamorano for PRF under my eyes and masseter Botox for my TMJ. Dr. Grace is an exceptional clinician who thoroughly explains every treatment and makes sure you understand your options. As a healthcare provider myself, I really appreciated her knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail. Before deciding on PRF, she took the time to discuss my other under-eye treatment options. I shared that I had lost a significant amount of weight, which led to noticeable volume loss in my face. Instead of simply recommending a procedure, she asked about my future weight loss goals and thoughtfully considered how additional changes to my facial volume might affect my results. I really appreciated that she was looking beyond the immediate treatment and helping me choose an option that would continue to align with my long-term goals. Her Botox technique was excellent, and I noticed relief in my TMJ almost immediately. It was a much better experience than the masseter Botox I've received elsewhere. The PRF under-eye treatment was the real standout. Dr. Grace walked me through every step of the procedure and aftercare, and throughout the treatment she continuously checked in to make sure I was comfortable. She created such a positive, open, and collaborative environment that I felt completely at ease. Since the only injectable I had previously received was masseter Botox, that level of reassurance meant a lot to me. My under-eye results have been incredible. It honestly looks like I'm wearing concealer, even when I'm not! The volume loss that had been bothering me has noticeably improved, and I genuinely can't stop looking at my under-eyes because I finally feel like I look well-rested and refreshed again. I had been researching facelift surgery for almost one year and was becoming overwhelmed at what felt like an impossible decision - how could I decide who I could trust to operate on my face?! I explored many surgeons from London in England (where I am from), to many across Los Angeles, including Beverly Hills, attending several consultations, but I just did not feel fully 'sold' on any surgeon I saw. When I came across Dr. Machida online, I felt encouraged but, to be honest, a little sceptical - his reviews were so good, I thought, can this be true?? I was expecting the worst BUT...honestly, it was shockingly easy, I experienced very little pain and discomfort. I cleaned my entire house five days after my surgery, it was as though I had only undergone a minor procedure. I don't know how Dr. Machida manages this, like I said, a true magician. To clarify, I had the deep plane face/neck lift, upper blepharoplasty and the full face CO2 laser treatment.
