Espresso Martini

Got here for an early dinner. Friendly staff but not much in the way of offering options or recommendations. (Upsell me I'm interested. Give me options. Salads, suggest appetizers!) Drinks were delicious - I had an espresso martini husband had a glass of wine. We both ended up ordering the chicken Parmesana it was good. Nice portion size (sorry I was hungry and forgot to snap a pic‍) Gave a 3 instead of a 4 due to the lackluster wait staff. But I'd go again.

Love getting my yummy pizza to end my weekend and start my week off on a good note. Half eaten by the time I remembered to take a pick.

It's pretty obvious that when you go to a restaurant for Italian food and it's owned by people who live in the Mediterranean region, the food is going to be spectacular. It never fails. Montenegrans, Albanians, Italians, Greeks...what cooks! They really know how to run restaurants as well. This place is no exception and is among the best. The food was amazing. Nothing more needs to be said. Great service, and they even have happy hour! The owner and staff are all extremely friendly. Very nice interior and great ambiance as well, with a wonderful water feature on one of the walls and a nice fireplace in Modelo (which is the bar portion of the restaurant). It's one of our favorite go-to spots now for all types of italian food. Unbelievable pizza also. You have to give this place a try!

Bella Fiore is such a hidden gem! I'm 110% keeping this restaurant in mind when I'm in the area and especially before or after a trip to Mohegan! Every dish we had was fantastic, and the desserts were great too. I literally felt like I was dining in Vegas with the artwork and waterfall in the dining room, and I loved the sweetheart style seating. Our waitress was very attentive too. I think it's great that they have the Modelo side of the restaurant too for when you're ready to party!

We stopped by for nachos, bolognese & medallions. There was a large language barrier, food was ok, despite reiterating we wanted med-rare there was zero pink. On the whole it was just alright, we left full but yes, it could have been better (wonderful company excluded:) Stand out for both of us was the free bread, olive oil and parmesan cheese, delish!

Pretty trash the bolognese isn't even a bolognese more like a sad attempt at American chop suey that had so much grease it looked like the BP oil spill. Garlic bread wasn't anything good either and the fettuccini Alfredo sauce was weak.

Terrible service, can't pay attention to an order, very unorganized. Not coming back here. Unfortunately I have to give at least one star.

I understand there's live music but is it loud "club" music?

Here on Thanksgiving Day 2025, and the music is just right. Easy jazz, relaxing, and at a perfect volume.

The person at the front counter gives you a "sampler" piece of plain cheese pizza while you're deciding what you want to order, and it is SO GOOD! The entire vibe is very chillax. It's very easy to access to! Best Pizza In CT by far. It's perfectly cheesy, and savory at the same time. Everything a person would want in a pizza. The pizza at Iliano's is HEAVENLY. I highly suggest that If you want some GOOOOD pizza, that you go here!

Just as I stepped in the door I said to myself- ugh, small room with a couple hightops. That's not what I wanted for a dinner spot. I was greeted by a staff member who said "dining in?"- I said yes... he said- follow me! I had a table along the window and the were a sundry of other dining combinations seated around me. When I started to leave, there was a couple that came in celebrating their wedding anniversary by themselves. I didn't get the exact number but it was nearly 50 years. My server was kind, friendly and quick. I asked for her recommendations and she listed a couple. I landed on the Italian Festival- serving of manicotti, ravioli, and stuff shells. Out came some bread and a tossed salad. Very good meal- the menu has a significant number of choices.

"I fell asleep in Tuscany and dreamed The one thing missing…read morewas you" (Rod Stewart) The Mohegan Sun Casino has 43 dining options, so choosing somewhere for lunch isn't a simple task. The task becomes somewhat easier if you eliminate the food court and the restaurants that open at 4:00. So based upon those parameters, and our wish to go somewhere "nice", we walked into Todd English's Tuscany. It's smack in the middle of the massive Mohegan Sun property, pretty much in the center of a triangle connecting the Casino of the Sky, Sky Convention Center, and Sky Tower hotel. The entrances into the restaurant are pretty cool. They look like you are walking into a mountainside with stone cliffs soaring up into the sky. We had a choice between ordering of the menu or going with their $34.99 Tuscan Table buffet. After looking at the menu, we both agreed the buffet was the way to go. It's available Monday - Friday from 11:00am - 3:00pm, and offers "A variety of authentic Italian dishes, including antipasti, salads, fresh made in-house pasta, flatbreads, dessert fare, and choice of non-alcoholic beverage". It was a great choice. I started off with a cup of black bean soup and then hit the appetizer station where I was delighted to see a big cauldron of shrimp and mussels fra diavlo. That's a big favorite of mine, so I grabbed a plate, a slice of crostini, and a few big scoops of that spicy seafood. I loved it. After that, I tried some lobster mac and cheese and short rib pappardelle. Oh, by the way, all of their pastas are house made. I would have enjoyed the mac and cheese more if the customers in front of me hadn't harvested all of the lobster chunks for their personal consumption. And then of course, the big dessert station was next -cannoli, whoopie pies, cheesecake, tarts, pastries, tiramisu, and some sugar-free offerings. Good luck controlling yourself here. Kattryna was our server and she was efficient, professional, and a fun conversationalist. She told us the restaurant gets busy toward the end of the month when the points gamblers earn will run out, especially for brunches. So, if you want to check out their weekend brunch ($59.99) you best check on availability first.
