I've been here before and found the prices good and the staff nice ; unfortunately my opinion has changed this is my tortellini soup which they forgot the spoon and I had to request; I had beef Patty with cheese and ginger ale 18.17 outrageous I could have gone to 7 brothers or even candlelight where the prices are more reasonable and the soups are amazing because clearly this soup has nothing in it but broth. Ok

Pizza doesn't fit in box, and it's not because they were trying to "hook me up".

It's open, folks, with good crowd on opening night! We had a plain and pepperoni slice and it was delicious! Crisp Thin crust, not doughy and thick. Sauce and cheese ratio quite good, proper oil with quality cheese. With a base plain slice this good, I respectfully request the pepperoni Cups on slices or on square grandma pizza as an option. Excellent pie and we'll be back for wedges and entrees.

Mushroom pizza, pepperoni pizza and plain slice. Sausage pepper pizza was good too.

Delicious Pizza, great crust, sauce has great flavor and size of pies are consistent and filling. Got 3 pies for take out, they sliced the kids plain slice well for children. They also have a large seating area. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Great selection pizza and other items in display by the entry counter. Certainly recommend this place, it's in a nice neighborhood and I'm sure the locals love it too.

Sometimes it's hard to describe what makes pizza from NY/NJ so much better than everywhere else and so hard to replicate. There are some amazing pizza shops in ATL, but the pie just hits different in the Tri-State. There is a toothiness to the crust, a hard crunch on the surface and a soft chewiness inside. There is beauty in the simplicity of the ingredients. Fresh tomato sauce, just enough of the right spice blend, and then the perfect cheese. That's all it takes. Yet somehow shop after shop fail to hit the mark. Bella Rosa hits it. Look at how the folded slice holds up all the way to the end, without wilting... a sure sign of a well cooked pie. The mozzarella sticks deliciously gooey. The marina with just enough tang to balance the sweetness of the cheese. It's nice to be back...

It's fair to good. A bit bland compared to others in the area. Gianna's and RaceWay are much better.

Solid grandma pizza (nice touch with fresh basil); very good attention to allergy directions; curbside pick-up worked well!

4.5 true rating So I…read morelast went here six years ago and dined inside. I remember being unimpressed. It wasnt so great that visit and I felt no urge to return. Well my husband is from CT and he wanted to give it a try six years later (again). Reluctantly I agreed after looking through reviews. I have to say. We did half plain half and pepp. I wasn't a fan of the way their pepp came out but the plain was delicious and I would certainly order it again. For some reasons the pizza was cut into kiddie slices which I don't understand. It may have tricked my brain bc i felt hungry after. The pizza was thin, crispy, and flavorful. A power combo. Only downside was very burnt crust ends which I couldn't eat bc they were so burnt even though I was still hungry. Would def try again and sooner!

As you read please refer to the photos …read more No ambiance as this was a delivery, and a failed attempt at one to say the least. It is very rare that I leave a review that doesn't compliment a business. I generally prefer to recognize businesses that do a great job, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel it needs to be addressed by management and ownership. We only live two blocks away, only two blocks away! Both pizzas arrived lukewarm at best, certainly not hot. For a restaurant this close, that simply shouldn't happen. The pepperoni pizza arrived with one side folded over onto itself because the pie wasn't even round to begin with. It appears it was forced into a box that was too small or packaged carelessly. I honestly don't understand how someone boxing the pizza wouldn't notice that it did not fit, and was folded before sending it out. (See photos) The Margherita pizza was also poorly prepared. Multiple slices were missing ingredients, with very little fresh mozzarella and basil on portions of the pie. It looked rushed and inconsistent rather than something that had any pride put into it. (See photos) The delivery experience only made things worse. The restaurant and driver send text messages stating the driver has arrived, (See photo of text messages) which I only happened to see because I went upstairs to grab my phone to make a call. When I opened the door, the driver was already halfway down the walkway, and not standing in our doorstep. I asked if he had rung the doorbell, or knocked, and he said no because he "avoids ringing doorbells because people get annoyed." I explained that not everyone walks around their home with their mobile phone in their hand or pocket, and many people don't even have their ringtone on. If someone is in another room, say from their phone, how are they supposed to know their food has arrived if the driver doesn't knock or ring the bell? Hi are they to respond to the company sending them texts implying that the customer is the reason the delivery isn't going smoothly? To make matters even more confusing, the driver showed up about 30 minutes earlier than the online ordering system indicated. Thats great! However, the estimated delivery time was 7:15 PM, according to the online delivery system, so naturally we weren't expecting anyone yet. Had I not randomly picked up my phone, that was upstairs in our room, our pizzas could have been returned to the vendor, not delivered as expected, while getting even colder. We almost always order from Eurotalia (also 2 blocks away in the other direction) because their pizza is outstanding and they have never failed to satisfy us, as well as it arrives piping hot! Unfortunately they were closed for vacation, so we decided to try Frank Pepe instead. Based on this experience, we won't be making that mistake again. Considering these pizzas cost more than what you'd pay at the average neighborhood pizzeria, I expected a much higher level of quality, care, and customer service. Cold food, careless packaging, incomplete toppings, and a delivery process that relies solely on text messages without even ringing the doorbell, or knocking on the door is simply unacceptable. It doesn't state when you order online, please keep your phone close by for delivery." Common... I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously because there is a lot here that needs improvement. I'm even more bothered to write such a review as this one.
