I finally tried the lash and brow tinting and I am happy to say, and not at all surpised, that my eyes are popping!! I can't use eye make-up because of having Multiple/ Hyper Chemical Sensitivity and have been hesitant to try tinting for that reason. Super glad I finally decided to go for it; it was such an easy process and so relaxing! My eyes and skin did not have any adverse reaction whatsoever. Two weeks later and my lashes and brows still look great! Definitely adding these two services to my regular list! The place was empty which was very surprising but later I learned that most of their business os appointment only which to me seems less chaotic and less rushed for the person receiving the treatment. Quan started my pedicure right away. She asked what scent I would like for the pedicure package I chose (I picked thr bliss and watermelon scent). She was very considerate about the water temperature and the pressure of her hands when she was massaging my calves and feet. She took really great care of my toes. I can honestly say that this was the least painful pedicure Ive ever had and she got my ingrown out and really cleaned up my toes. They look fantastic. For my fingers I chose the builder gel full set because I want to keep my natural nails and I like them short since I do a lot of typing and yard work. I picked a color an Thuy did a great job matching up my longer nails with my broken shorter nails so they looked more uniform. We had great conversation and I felt really comfortable. I left feeling really satisfied with my experience and knowing that I just found my new nail spot. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time -- even asking how I prefer my water temperature (warm or hot!), which I've honestly never been asked before. We greatly appreciate the explanation with the appointment system and the willingness to get my hubs back on the schedule for the massage he signed up for. My hubs was hesitant to come back after his last session and especially after my review (he didn't know I was writing) but Elena & Jennifer helped him feel at ease of coming back and making it extremely flexible to rebook an appointment to come back in. Hubs went back to get the much needed deep pressure massage from Jennifer at The Spa Simply Skin. Both Elena and Jennifer were present to greet him. The ambiance of the room was serene as it was before. He keeps telling me about the nice Buddha in the massage room. Jennifer asked if the headrest area was ok was comfortable this time before proceeding. This time she asked about the massage pressure and if it was firm enough. She worked on getting his knots out which was greatly needed. She used a tool on his hands up/down his forearm that he said made him feel really good. He does repetitive work with his hands (handy electrician) and this helped relieve tension. I appreciate and want to thank both Elena and Jennifer for ensuring my husband was comfortable and ensuring he was content with the massage service that you offer.
