I reviewed this pizza joint last year but apparently someone at Yelp thought it was fake... so I will try again. I travel globally and eat at a lot of restaurants... I tend to only review great places or really bad ones. I come to the Portland area 3-4 times per year and I ALWAYS make a stop at Bellagio's Pizza in Tualatin... the ingredients are always super fresh, locally sourced ( as much as possible) and the pizza is outstanding! Definitely recommend it! Staff is always nice and it is s bright spot on each trip to the area for me. read more

Pizza is AWESOME!! However drivers don't follow instructions when delivering!! They don't call when they arrive so we don't disturb home owner (we rent an apartment in back) and they don't bring the cheese n peppers!! read more

new to the community....... I had high hopes for this pizza joint...... after an extra 45 minute sit in the parking lot on a pick up order to be served dreadful food is just annoying. I'm fine with screw ups. I'm also okay with mistakes. I'm not okay with excuses and a poor product. I know you'll respond with an excuse but....... when you say "you ordered a meat pizza....... it should be dripping in grease" I have to say "no thank you" what you think is acceptable is simply not acceptable. This food was not edible. Would you eat that? Would you eat a product with fat dripping down your arm and say..... "Yum?" it was simply disgusting. Try explain why we'd rather drive 20 minutes to return it than feed it to our dog! I hope any other person that orders here gets edible food. Good luck! read more

I had the butcher with my co workers. The pizza all together was a 10. However the crust was beyond good! It taste like it take a hole week to rise or something. First time ever that I wanted to just eat the crust. It was great for breakfast the next day too. read more

I am a simple pizza gal, sauce, cheese, pep or Canadian bacon and pineapple if I'm feeling fancy. So I was slightly intimidated by the menu.... but the Italian Chicken was top notch! I don't think I could go back to basic!! Fast and friendly service to boot! read more

They're always here in a half hour at the most since I live practically across the street, which is super nice. My only regret is that they no longer have calzones on the menu, but everything is still delicious AND they have cheesecake ;) read more

Best pizza in my life! I ordered the Margarita and could tell the basil was fresh. Inside was very welcoming. Ordered inside and was done in 20 minutes. Staff were wonderful! Ate here a lot before Perfect Pizza came to town. The sandwiches are pretty good, but the kind of pizza I like is what is served at Ruben's (new york style) or Perfect Pizza (better selection and crust) better. The crust at Bellagio's is reminiscent of cardboard. read more

GREAT PIZZA. HORRIBLE SERVICE. We love Bellagios and go there often because it is our favorite take out/delivery pizza in town. I love the crust; it is just the right amount of chewiness. Good and tasty topping selection. Our favorites are real deal and BBQ chicken. Delish! Getting your pizza in a reasonable amount of time is another story. No matter what day it is, if you call for pick up, it is usually a minimum of an hour. I've been told 2+ hours on a Friday night, and don't even get me started on delivery time. We recently discovered that if you order online, it quotes you a 30 minute time for pick up. A couple of times, it's been ready, but not always. Tonight, I ordered at 5:45. Quoted pick up time 6:15. Arrived at 6:20. The guy took my money, then went to check on the pizza. They hadn't started making it. There were about 10 tickets lined up and mine was in the middle. He told the pizza maker to move mine up and make it right away, then told me it would be another 12-15 minutes. It was ready at 6:39. Sadly, this isn't unusual. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it seems to happen at other west side locations too. Staff is always nice, but I'm not sure if I'll put up with the hassle again. We ordered a thin crust pizza for delivery with some cinnamon sticks. The pizza and sticks were delivered and I should have looked in the box prior to sending the delivery girl away. Upon opening the box the pizza looked like it was turned upside down in the box and thrown around - what a mess! The flavors of the pizza were very good. The cinnamon sticks were a yummy treat as well. I will try this again in hopes that the delivery is better. read more

Not a pizza I enjoy. The crust is usually terribly dry or burnt. The staff are friendly and fast too bad their product isn't that great.

Went for lunch, got the pizza and salad and drink deal. Restaurant is clean, and service fast and friendly. The space has a very cafeteria feel. Seems more like a pizza to go or delivery place for locals. The food was OK. The Cesar salad was passable, but the dressing was lack luster, kind of a watery vinaigrette like dressing, meh. Croutons came in a sealed bag. The slice of cheese was OK pizza, but nothing special. Really, nothing about the slice stood out as great. The cheese, forgettable, crust, forgettable, sauce, I can't remember. Its solid pizza, but nothing you will remember. Bellagio is not a terrible pizza joint, but for what pay, I would keep looking. I'd go back in a pinch, but I would suggest other places first. read more

Although I really like the pizza, different flavors, and the crust is tasty, I think the price is high for such a thin non-stuff-your-face type of pizza. Of all the flavors to choose from I almost always order their Mother Earth. read more

I've come here a couple times for lunch, they have great prices for by the slice pizza, and their service is incredible! Today, they were having issues with the chip card reader and, after a few minutes of waiting, they decided to give me the lunch free of charge! Shows that they truly value the customer! read more

Good pizza but if you are going to pick it up be sure to add 20 minutes to whatever time they told you the pizza will be ready. Always have to wait 10 to 20 minutes even after arriving 10 minutes later than when they said the pizza would be ready. The most recent time they did not start the pizza until I arrived 10 minutes after the time they said the pizza would be ready. Apparently this location has no one in charge. read more

Just a heads up, this is mainly a customer service review. Since I'm out of state for school, I wanted to order some pizza and wings for my boyfriend because he had a bad week. I ordered online and in the special requests box, I asked if they could write "I love you" on the top of the box. Instead they decorated the inside of the box with "I [heart] you" with the heart shape and everything. Delivery was prompt and earlier than stated. I am not from the area and on a business trip to Tualatin. Bellagio's Pizza was recommended to me by a co-worker from the area....and the place did not disappoint! The staff was extremely nice, patient (as we were newbies to the shop) and fun. I am a "meat eater and my work partner (also from out of town) is a vegetarian with some food allergies....so they were helpful in helping us decide what we could have to satisfy us both. They advised us that the ingredients are all fresh- local meats and produce, they were picky to get the flavors that they want from specific local growers....and you could definitely tell the difference!!! The sauce was spectacular and we absolutley loved it. I have traveled all over the world and eaten pizza everywhere- and Bellagio's Pizza flavors rank in my top 3 anywhere! The shop is not fancy or special on looks- but the food is outstanding! I now make it a point to come back each time I am in town- and it is just as good each time. Don't order through the online thing through yelp. I was stupid and did this, thinking it would be faster and easier paying with a card, but after putting in the order at 7pm and getting an email saying that my order was received (and wasn't lost in cyber space. The email literally said that. But it indeed got lost in cyberspace), I thought our pizza was being made. It was after 9 I called to see if it was on the way. They never got my order. Why have the online order thing on yelp when the orders do get lost in cyberspace and our card gets charged right away. They really need to remove that if they aren't even affiliated with whatever order taking/delivery service that is. I should have just called my order in. So that's my fault for not calling and making sure I talked to a human. The people were nice enough to get me my order delivered right away. It's just frustrating when you're starving and waiting after getting an email saying that someone received it, which was a lie. So people, don't order through yelp, the orders don't go anywhere and your card will be charged. read more

I'm a big pizza fan, and in 3 years of living in Tualatin this is the best pizza I've found for a quick weeknight dinner. My husband and I prefer to order two small pizzas since we can never agree on what to order, and then trade a few slices. My absolute favorite is the Mother Earth! We live close enough that we've never had it delivered, so I can't speak to the complaints other reviewers have had since we just sit and wait for our pizza in the restaurant. This place is always CRAZY BUSY, but the employees are all working at 125% and seem to have an incredibly efficient system. Really looking forward to our next Friday Night Pizza Night! read more

1 hour and 40 minutes and counting from when I ordered online and the pizza has yet to be delivered. Don't waste your time!

I started asking a few people about where can I get some good pizza. The gas station attendant suggested dominos, I laughed and said "come on I mean real pizza"... so he said oh Pizza Hut? Obviously he didn't get it. So after the recommendation from the hotel receptionist I decided to order a pizza from Bellagios. When I read over the menu I had high hopes. I did laugh to myself when reading over the customer favorites that they included cheese in each description. Usually don't see this in toppings list as it is a given that pizza has cheese. Well I thought they must be proud of how much cheese they use even better. When the pizza arrived I opened the box and was instantly disappointed. The cheese was so sparse that I thought well there's enough cheese on here for one slice. Seriously hardly any cheese, more like sauce pizza. Anyways I powered through my disappointment and grabbed a slice. Well this is when I realized it wasn't thoroughly Cut and in my angst to get a slice all my toppings had slid off. Well we all know with less sauce and more cheese this wouldn't be a problem. I move on with my naked slice of pizza with The toppings shamefully stacked back on like a girl doing the walk of shame. First bite.....well dough isn't that great either. Maybe the ranch is good I thought?? Nope.. overall terrible pizza. King City neighborhoods are only 2.2 miles away, but not within the delivery radius. Ridiculous!

Above average pizza but also above average prices. Kind of got "used to" the 1hr+ time wait even for take out. But tonight was two hrs for delivery (no big game on). Felt bad later that I didn't tip the driver, like he has any control. Clearly management needs to hire some staff. Granted their product is much more than dominos but if they can figure out how to do it in 30 mins...bellagios should at least be close to an hr. read more

the pizza is really good, but every time I come in there's something wrong with my order, 9 times out of ten they have to remake it for me even though my order is very simple and i get the same thing every time. it's very hit or miss with the customer service, and have had one worker be incredibly rude to me every time I come in because I had her remake my pizza once (they put regular cheese on it instead of dairy-free like I ordered). read more

I want to like Bellagios. I really do. It seems like they use decent ingredients, but there is just no flavor, and for the price, we can almost never justify getting it. Adding garlic helps, but they just throw some clumps of minced on there instead of spreading it around. read more

This Location has problems with Quality, Service and Management. It took an hour and 30 minutes to get pizzas Delivered (I ordered extra on one) and it cost $34.When ordering for pickup it can be over 30 minutes and they don't put it together until you arrive. read more

This was the first time I ordered delivery from them. We asked that they deliver the pizza at 6:15pm because we were having some friends over and we wanted the pizza hot when the friends arrived. The delivery guy brought it 45 mins early and my wife was a little upset because the pizza would be cold by the time our friends got to our house. My wife unnecessarily mentioned it to our delivery guy. Anyway, at 6:20pm we get a knock on the door and the delivery guy had went back to Tualatin and got the same order and brought it back to us at no charge! Wow! Needless to say we are now huge fans!!! Tired of the pizza Giants we decided to give Bellagios a try and have not yet been disappointed. We can taste the difference in the quality ingredients and our orders have always arrived on time and as fresh hot as expected considering its a delivery service.
