To be fair we haven't tried any of the sandwiches. This was our first time there. We ordered a pepperoni pizza which, we were told, would be over an hour wait. My husband went a little earlier than that and it was ready ! Except when he got it home it was not HOT. It was barely warm but greasy and the crust was so thin and tasteless that you couldn't even hold the piece in your hand. Stopped at Bella's for the first time. I was super hungry. Ordered a chicken finger sub French fries and a soda. My bill 26 dollars the sub was 14.95. Tenders on the sub were dry. I had to add a bunch of catchup to be able to eat it. It is very big so definitely a good price for what you get. Just dry. The fries were almost 7 dollars for a small. Am I crazy but does that seem like a lot for a small fry. They do give you enough to feed 3 people but couldn't you have an extra small for a one person portion. It must be me. read more

Visited for lunch ... beware every sub (including lunch meat are atleast $14+ )if you're looking for pizza or a calzone avoid stopping in on Mondays. When we started our order the lady notified us they don't make those things on Mondays. Interesting... stopped into a pizza shop and can't get pizza or calzone-strike 1 ... we order a chicken wing dinner plate (18.95!!!!) and can get two sides. My husband ordered double order of fries but then I decided I wanted onion rings and the lady behind the counter was so rude and rolled her eyes and acted as if we couldn't do that so to avoid a major problem (which it shouldn't be ) I said just forget it. I then order my junior size roast beef 3way with 2 sodas and we pay... $33 total which is pretty outrageous but I get it prices are increasing everywhere. I noticed another customer got a roast beef and the sauce was over flowing so I went to the same order lady and asked her if I could get my sauce on the side instead and once again she had extreme attitude like my request was extremely over the top. I then asked is their an issue since she had such attitude the entire time and she replied with well I don't know if he already made your sandwich ... she needs an attitude adjustment and shouldn't be in a customer service position if she is just that way. I was under impressed with the menu prices and the customer service don't think I would go back even though their roast beef was delicious. I was born and raised in the merrimack valley. Harrison's was king. It's now shit. I've read many reviews about Bella's. Lemme tell you. It's the absolute bomb. As a NH resident, if I want a beef, I have zero intentions of trying elsewhere. Pink (not raw), warm, beef. Shaved. Bun griddled with butter. Crunch in every bite. Beef required no chewing, while not being soft and sloppy if that makes sense. My preference is Mayo only, Jimmy on the side, no cheese. I am salivating planning my next 40 minute trip back. Went in for lunch for the 1st time and when I walked in, the 1st thing I noticed was how clean it was. The place is spotless. Granted, I believe it's new, but still. I ordered a chx parm sub from the nicest (older) lady ever! She was just so warm and friendly! I sat at a table and waited for someone to yell that it was ready, but instead the nice lady brought it right to my table! As for the sandwich...one of the best chicken parm sandwiches I've had and, trust me, I've had many. The breading on the chicken was a light crispy breading and the sauce was delicious. They use the good quality, "meaty" steak (don't know how else to describe it) instead of that super thin, shaved steak you find at other places. I live in South Boston where Bella's used to call home under a different name. When it closed down here due to the land being sold, everyone was devastated. No matter where we tried to go, the food just wasn't the same. Then I saw a posting on facebook that the owner, Harry, had opened up a new shop in North Andover and named it after his beautiful daughter, Bella. (Fitting name!) My mom and I decided to take a road trip. Harry and his crew were friendly as usual. The new establishment was spotless. Harry even remembered how I liked my food prepared. The food was delicious and tasted like it did back in the day. Their roast beef is amazing. Their seafood is fresh. Their steak and cheese subs are mouth watering. Their pizza is thin crust and delicious. I recommend this place to everyone! If it were closer, I'd be eating there a lot more often. read more
