Everything I have tried has been great. They have the freshest seafood I have had in the area. The clams are to die for. Tried the fishermans platter the other day and it was amazing. I like all the different options for sides so you're not stuck with fries and rings. Even their salads are amazing. I haven't tried the pizza yet. Probably will shortly. I even got broiled scallops a couple of weeks ago with rice and broccoli. You wouldn't think a roast beef place would have these options but they do and they are great. OMG! I have just found the best roast beef sandwich ever! Thank you Bella's for moving into our area. The bun was fresh and the roast beef piled high and very tasty. Of course there's a choice of BBQ sauce, mayo mustard and a whole lot more. And that's not all. Have gone into Bella's rarely, for one thing; steak and cheese and enjoyed. Have seen help wanted sign in the window for a longtime as I pass by every day. tough, so tough to get good help these days. Walked in and there were two girls, one by the order window( she was ok) and one at the cash register. The one at the register gave me a contorted, very unwelcoming look the whole time she took my order and I got a bad vibe. Jeesh, I am in for a sandwich, NOT a date, ok. Customer relations need to be hammered into some people. I am inclined NOT to go into the place again. Have heard some interesting accounts from Harrison's too along these lines, but have never had the pleasure. That reaction knocks the food experience way down for me. read more

The roast beef here is delicious! Melts in your mouth. Cute inside with 4 tables & 3 stand up bar height tables. Very clean & new.

Here is my big problem with Bella's. I showed up on my lunch and it was completely empty. I order a cold sub which was made in less than 5 mins. It then sat on the counter for near 15 mins while she handled every other customer that came in behind us. Then one of the chefs(who appeared in charge) comes to assist the women with answering the phone and starts handing out multiple completed orders that came behind us and proceeds back to the kitchen completely ignoring my attempts to get his attention. It takes me 5 more mins of attempting to get the woman's attention without being completely rude to the other patrons. It wasn't until one customer noticed us standing there and informed her we were waiting for our subs that had been sitting behind her for 20+ mins now. I will not be returning. First impressions are key and to be successful it shouldn't take you that long to get a cold sandwich to a customer during the lunch hour. read more

Have eaten there twice now and both times everything thing was excellent. The restaurant is new, modern and very clean. The food is a little more expensive than other sub shops but the quality is well worth it, especially for the salads. So why only three stars? The girl working the counter is flat out rude! When I phoned in the order she acted like I was bothering her. When I got there to pick up the food we requested to split the check; she told us with much attitude that she couldn't do that. I find it hard to believe that in 2017 their brand new point of sale system won't let them split a check, it's more likely that because they just opened she isn't familiar with how to do it yet. That's perfectly understandable and forgivable but either way, possible or not, she could have explained it without being so rude. I don't care how good the food is at any restaurant, if the staff is rude I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. Sub shops are a dime a dozen in this area, I can certainly bring my business to one that isn't rude to me. read more

As a contractor I've eaten at a thousand sub shops. This is without a doubt the very worst pizza I've ever had in my life. I called this in 25 min in advance and the pizza is like a wet noodle. Totally undercooked, soft, wet, limp and disgusting. The only thing good is the crust. I got the special. I'm out $19 and now I need to make something for dinner. Love it here. We are in for dinner pretty frequently. I had a roast beef sandwich last night it was fantastic. Love the subs and salads. My kids are obsessed with the pizza which is delicious. Everything about this place is awesome. My boyfriend says their roast beef and their pastrami sandwhiches are by far better then the local competitor- which he was in awe there was even better sandwhiches out there! He said the meat is shaved to perfection and the sauce is delicious. He also said the pizza is really good. I have enjoyed their fried clams and buffalo wings. Clams are by far the best in town (forget Joe Fish) and even better then many places in Newburyport and NH that have only seafood on their menu. The clams weren't soggy at all, were battered perfectly and they had great taste. Their wings were very meaty (not those small children size wings) and they were very crispy with a delicious sauce. The sauce is a little on the spicier side but I loved it! We have tried pretty much every place in town and Bella's will definitely be our go to spot. read more

First I would like to say that I WON'T be coming back to this place again. I ordered a Fried Cowboy with BBQ sauce instead of Buffalo sauce and EVEN had the woman repeat the order to make sure there is no mistakes. I picked up the sub came back to work and both BBQ sauce and buffalo sauce are inside the sub, so I call to inform them that the sub was wrong even after I confirmed with the woman what I wanted. I had to leave work again to go pick it up and this guy that i'm assuming is the owner says "Hey, we don't like wasting subs around here so make sure to order correctly next time" umm...excuse me? how about you tell your "employees" to listen to what the customer is ordering. I let it go and go back to work to open it up and its a steak and cheese with nasty mayo!!!!! This place is unorganized and unprofessional and will never go here again and I will make sure all my co workers at Osgood landing never order from there as well. Too much of a headache! read more

I went the other night and got a small steak and cheese. It was my second time back and thought to give it another try. The first time I got a small chicken salad, it was huge and thought it was okay. So, I go to the counter, order and the girl said it would be just a few minutes I said no rush and even gave her $1 tip. I sat there forever... and she had family come in after me that was served right away. She kept telling them her name was Bella. After a while her Dad screamed to her what about the lady in the middle table (that was me)... she then shouted to her dad that she was on the register even though it was quiet. Another girl immediately gave me my sub. It was okay, to big and the ends of the sub was empty. I'm not sure how long it sat on the kitchen line either. She should not work there and it too long to want to work hard and be professional. Unfortunately I will not go back. I'm a resident too, but I'll just go to Pizza Factory that is consistent and the family business stays out of the public eye. Hope they stay in business.... but they need to train her. read more
