When I first walked in Bellden Cafe I knew it was my vibe. Smoothies, acai bowls, avocado toast, and matcha lattes caught my attention. I tried the avocado toast and loved the addition of ricotta, it complemented the avocado and the bread (which was so thick and fluffy!). The addition of fruit on the side helped to cleanse my palate after eating something savory. Also, how cute is this plating?! I also got their matcha latte with oat milk and it tastes like how a good matcha latte should taste like--creamy, mixed well with no clumps, and slightly sweetened but not overpowering. read more

Bellden Cafe was a quick stop breakfast shop on the way to their airport. It had recently opened when we visited and had a very pleasing ambiance​. My sister and I called ahead since we were in a rush, and they informed us that their cafe has parking available in an adjacent parking structure. Unfortunately, we could not find it and were crunched for time, but it makes it easy for those looking for a place to spot in a busy part of the city. The cafe had adorable decoration with plants and unique seating areas. I also appreciated separate conference style​ rooms that customers were using to study and hold smaller meetings. The barista that took our orders was patient and accommodating​ for our specifications. ​We ordered the minted cold brew, Iced caramel stand still, avocado toast, and pink avocado toast. I really enjoyed my cold brew and thought my sister's caramel stand still was too sweet for my coffee preferences. In terms of our food, I did not enjoy the pink avo toast which I was interested in trying due to the unique color of the spread. The hummus had a strange texture​, and I wish I had stuck to ordering the classic avo toast instead. Nonetheless, they have a variety of drink as well as food options at this cafe, and their presentation is quite beautiful. I was in town for the weekend for work and this place was recommended to me by locals. got the PNW toast and loved it! I should've written this review a lot sooner because this is a great place to grab coffee, a bite to eat, and a wonderful place just to relax. This is all thanks to the wonderful staff here. I really love coming here. The peeps are so nice and take the time to explain things (I tried the cold brew stand still for the first time- highly recommend!) and the avocado toast is out of this world. The bread is crisp on the edges and soft inside. They use high quality ingredients (nothing worse than being served browning avocado!) and all the textures and flavors blended perfectly. Recommend for a great experience and great coffee! We ordered a brewed coffee and a charity coffee. The charity coffee is cool- three's a menu of specialty coffee drinks and each one is assigned to a specific organization. Order the drink and the organization gets 25% of the proceeds from the drink. We noticed they use great beans and our coffees were made well. Food-wise, we ordered avocado toast (avocado on ricotta) and pink avocado toast (avocado on pink hummus). Each comes with a side of salad or fruit. The bread was thick and perfectly chewy and we thought the toasts were solid- although both the ricotta and hummus could have been a bit thicker. No complaints though- these were tasty toasts. The cafe itself is bright and modern with lots of plants and big windows to let the light in. Service was great- super friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed. First off, this is place is super cute and definitely insta worthy with the pastel colored walls if you are into that! They also have these nice nooks in the cafe where people can study, work, or just hang out a little bit more privately which is nice. As for the coffee, I love love love the fact that for their specialty drinks, 25% of the profit goes to local non-profit organizations. Otherwise, I would say the coffee is a little bit pricier than expected. Also, they use a lot of in house made products like nondairy milk and I believe some of their syrups. I used to love this place but the last couple times I've been disappointed. Decided to try it again after my toast was stale last time but this time it was just completely burnt. My daughter and I stopped in for coffee and a snack mid dress shopping. Loved their selection of teas and they made her a lovely cappuccino. We shared a bagel which was slightly above bar. The place was pretty clean but it was busy....not that we can count that against them. Was looking for a cafe with free WiFi and stumbled upon Bellden. They have a great set up with 2 "conference rooms" with outlets and a few other small tables in the cafe. They also validate parking for 2 hours which is great! I ordered a latte and the PNW toast. I really wanted just a croissant or something but they apparently don't have pastries on Monday's, so keep that in mind. The PNW toast was good but it cost almost $12 and wasn't quite worth it. I highly support women owned businesses and especially those that gives back to the community. They have a charity menu where a portion of sales goes toward a non-profit and depending on what drink you order determine the cause that it's going toward, that's amazing! I ordered an avocado toast on top of that, it was my first ever avocado toast.
