This shop underpromises and overdelivers! I was told my car's oil change and tire rotation could be about 1.5 hours so I made an appointment. When I came in, the tech said closer to an hour. After 45 mintues they called because it was ready. They informed me that my brakes were getting really worn and quoted me for that. I told them I wanted to call my husband and they didn't pressure me. I called another place, but they wanted almost $50 more than Belle. I called back and gave the O-Kay, and they had my car done in less than an hour. It cost less than they quoted because they got done faster than expeced. Great experience, set me up for best deal purchase, set up appointment and tires were installed in less than one hour. The only reason I did not rate them five star was that the tires were not cleaned, no tire shine and these were top end Michelin tires. A nice 20 second swipe with tire shine would have got the extra star. read more

I've bought tires here for two cars. On one, I've had to replace a tire, and I did that without an appointment, and it took two hours. So when another tire was showing a bulge on the sidewall and causing my car to shake, I decided to go to the website to set up an appointment. There are three options for appointment. New tires, alignment, and visual vehicle inspection. If I had a TPMS warning, what would I choose? I may just need a tire plugged, right? I wasn't thinking "new tires", that's what you do when the old tires are needing replaced, so I chose visual vehicle inspection, and noted that it was shaking. When I arrived I was told that since it was a tire issue, I couldn't use the appointment because it was for another part of the shop. I was then quoted a 2.5-3 hour wait for tire replacement. I told them I was walking and never coming back. Terrible customer service. And the website needs an option for tire inspection. read more

spent two hours there today and they came out with an inspection done ...on the web i stated i wanted wiper blades and tire censors ...nothing was done other than an inspection...told them when i went in the store that this is what i wanted ...still after two hours they came with the results of an inspection...no wipers, no censors when told them this is what i wanted they told me it would be two more hours...if you check on the website where these things that i needed to put so i wrote in the box what i wanted and told them when i went in the store ....the worker came out and told me that it would be two more hours...i asked why they told me i had to go back to the end of the line..i asked why because they said i put the work i needed done under safety check....next time i will draw a map ...evidently it just wasn't enough cost involved to warrant someone giving a care as to fix my car.... read more

I brought my car in for a basic oil change. I'm beyond angry. Before I left i was also informed that I had a leak and my breaks were at 0%. so I leave and while driving the cover underneath my cars comes down being dragged while I had to pull over to have my husband remove the oil pan covering all the way off so it didn't fly off, bend, damage anyones vehicle. I had my husband run it to any belle tire; that he had worked for multiple years. I have no leaks, my breaks are at 45%. did I mention that they did not put 11 screws/bolts back; but informed me they did a safety check. How you miss that? the manager Greg is a liar and a failure as a team leader. Jordan(who worked on my car) you are terrible. I was also told that the covering underneath my car did nothing anyway for my vehicle, well that's where you're really wrong Greg. It helps with gas mileage, protects the engine from getting things flying up underneath the car that could further damaged everything. I will be calling corporate everyday. read more

I came in because my back right tire was deflating, and we found out that it was due to a nail. They took such good care of me and even have me extra info on my car! It's sometimes hard to be a young women and going into mechanical shops without not knowing much, but they took the time to explain everything and made me understand. I have taken my truck to belle tire twice now since the oil change is cheeper than the dealership. I've had nothing but good experiences with them for wheels and tires. I took it the first time and noticed there was a little oil That was spilled down the side of my engine. It was where they took the filter out and just forgot to clean it so no big deal I cleaned it up the first time. Just took it in on Thursday and got the 2nd oil change on it at belle tire. Tried to give them another chance because maybe they were busy or had a tech who didn't take pride in his work. So I thought it would be nice and clean when I got it back and not any oil down the side of the engine. But got home and saw that there was oil and just disappointed that they don't have their techs take time to clean what they work on. I thought they would want to keep customers cars clean and not messy and dirty since they are putting trust into them for work on their cars. read more

Had a very nice salesman by phone that went above and beyond to accommodate my tire emergency in the shortest time frame possible. But, he wasn't there the day the work was done. The woman who took my key was pleasant, but things went downhill from there. The tire he ordered wasn't actually loaded on the delivery truck, so without informing me, they subbed a tire that didn't match my other 3. I didn't find out until she called to tell me it was ready to pick up. I'm sure it's safe enough, but aesthetically a disappointment and no apologies or discount offered. Rather a "we're busy, it's not a big deal" attitude. I would not recommend this place for customer service. read more

Belle Tire is a good company source for tires or tire related needs. I definetly do not recommend them for anything else. They told me I needed a wheel bearing and a tie rod. My regular mechanic who has a tremendous reputation for quality work and honesty made an inspection and advised these two items were none issues. My tie rods and wheel bearings were good. I had brought my car in for brake failure and it was diificult to keep their attention on my original issue, i needed brakes that worked. I ended up paying them $800 to replace 3 brake lines in one week. They then told me that my brake pedal travel was practically, to the floor and I would need a master cylinder. At this point my confidence in this operation was zero and I had contributed enough to this store managers bonus. My regular mechanic looked at the brake line job and advised it was not pretty but it should be funtional. My feeling is they do very minimal work like this hence have probably little experience. I was too embarassed to let my regular mechanic know that I paid $800 to have 3 brake lines installed, taking them 1 week to complete. I am a senior citizen living on a small fixed income. read more

I got a nail in my tire and needed a place to look at/repair it. I called Belle Tire and they said they'd definitely get me in and get my tire looked at. They were very busy when I got there (gotta love the snow) and it was about an hour before my car was looked at but I completely expected it to take longer! Everyone I encountered was very kind and friendly. They also did not charge me for this repair! I'll definitely be taking my car here in the future. read more

I went to belle tire because i had a leak wepl i go and they first tell me there wasnt a leak until i gave push back then miraculously they found a TINY TINY hole This was thrusday then i leave my moms house Saturday night and psi was down to 11 and also my dash was not reset like they told me they would i had to go suns to firestone to get my tire fixed bc they did not fix it that is a customers safety they did not care about!!! i had to pay to have a tire fixed that should have been free!!! read more

We contacted store for black Friday sale. We were directed to web side to purchase and schedule appointment. We purchased 4 tires and scheduled for install on Tuesday @ 8 am (4 days later). We dropped off truck at 7:30 am. I was contacted by store (#141) at 8:35 am that they didn't have tires and would have to order from warehouse. The said they should have tires around 10 am and would try to get the tires installed today due to having missed the 8 am time slot. We followed up with store after lunch and they reported that they had not started on tire install. I reported that this is a business work truck and needed it completed. We received a call at 2:30 pm that the truck was ready for pick up. Once in the store (I was only customer) we had to ask for all the paper work (receipts, rebate form, warranty information, etc.). The young lady pecked on her computer for 15 minutes. No conversation, details, from 6 feet away, I could not tell if she was helping me or searching facebook. She finally printed, and handed a form with web sites to search for rebates (that were advertised by store). We tried to enter information that was given, however site reports wrong customer. No one walked us to truck or answered questions on tires, alignment, etc. Truck seat, steering wheel had grease spots. Tires were not cleaned (still had packing marks, etc.). Our truck has a tire pressure screen on dash. All tires had different pressures (36-40 psi). This was our first time using Belle Tire. We spent $806.00, not the cheapest tires. Over all, poor service, lack of respect of truck, and the rebate that we will never receive....... and mostly a waste of a work day. Good thing I scheduled an install time to waste my whole day. First time coming into have any service done on my vehicle. I came in today for an oil change. They said it would be about 30 to 45 minutes. It took a little longer than expected they were busy and I understood. I never said anything about the wait but The manager came apologized for the wait and said that this time it was on him.
