Bob was the service manager and made sure work to be done on the car was correct. He was friendly and kind. Waited inside the Ford Dealership for about an hour for oil change and 5k service. All was good, though a new F150 V8 was tempting, I walked away without buying anything. :) Everyone we encountered today, was friendly and kind. special thanks to the person at the sales counter. :) Though I miss the good old interior of quick lane and friendly service, we will be back with our minivan next weekend. Might be odd, but we miss the tire smell of the old quick lane, needing new tires was the reason we've started to use Quick Lane.

I originally went to Firestone because I thought I had a tire that needed to be repaired, but they were unable to help. I then came to Tuffy, where Vince and his team took the time to properly inspect the tire. During their inspection, they realized the tire actually did not need a repair after all. What really stood out to me was their honesty and professionalism. They did not charge me anything for the inspection and simply gave me the information I needed. May 12 2026 I came to this store in romeoville just to replace both rear valve steams (had cracks )…read more upon their inspections I need to replace the rear passenger tire (some cracks and not safe to drive ) I agreed. But I'm very disappointed to the sales lady when I told her my reason . my valve steams had cracks . She told me they don't replace the valve steams if they don't leak . I got a new tire. But I don't understand why they installed the tire inside out. I can't see the DOT. When I get home I remove the tire then I saw the DOT (1825) I bought a year old tire why they have to hide the DOT? It's ok it's only a year old . But don't install inside out just to hide the. DOT. We can't see the DOT. I won't buy tires withe belle tire in romeoville. Anymore.
