DO NOT GET YOUR CAR DONE HERE!!! They have not only completely disregarded my time but lied straight to my face several times! my truck was dropped off at 11am, I was quoted 2hrs maybe 3 max. At the 3 hour mark I called and was told my truck hasn't been started on! I told them I had to have it back by 3 to be at my job site by 3:30. It is now 3:30 and my truck still isn't ready. I've visited this location at least 3 times in the past to have work done. But we won't return . On 10-19-24 my husband took my vehicle to have my brakes repaired. He was serviced and when done left going to the car wash. When he arrived he noticed a dent and white paint on the passenger rear door of my SUV. He returned and they were reluctant to watch the video But concluded their employee was at fault. Fast forward to my repair on 11-4-24 the work took 4.5 days and Belle Tire is trying to get out of paying for the car rental. Think long and hard before dealing with this business. I will fight for the return of my money and to have these charges reversed. Not only were they willing to cover up the initial negligent behavior they won't own up to the responsibility of my inconvenience with a car rental. Bad business Belle. AVOID THIS LOCATION AND BELLE TIRE IN GENERAL IF YOU CAN. My experience at Belle Tire on 10812 Pelham Rd, Taylor, Michigan, was a disaster from start to finish. My 2015 VW Passat TDI broke down on the highway, and I had it towed there. It took them five days just to diagnose the problem because their "systems were down," or so they claimed. I was told I needed a new battery, alternator, and serpentine belt, with a total cost of $1539.31. My extended warranty only covered $550, leaving me to pay the rest. Despite being promised my car would be ready by noon the next day, I had to call at 5pm for an update. When I finally picked up my car the same day, the steering was locked. Jeff apologized, said the tech was gone for the day, and promised to call me first thing in the morning. No call came, so I reached out again at 4pm only to hear my car needed to be towed to the VW dealership due to an electronics issue Belle Tire couldn't fix. I paid for yet another tow, only to find out a pin had been broken and it would cost $4181.78 to repair. Belle Tire refused to take any responsibility for the damage. Their poor work, lack of attention to detail and even worse communication left me with a massive bill and a bitter lesson. Avoid this location at all costs if you value your car, time and your sanity! Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this place to a friend. read more

I was the first person in line before the shop opened; dropped off car to have the brakes inspected as well as the wheels aligned (a wheel protection plan was purchased in the fall and was already paid for) - 8 hours later with no phone call I decided to arrive to the shop and pick up my car - no work was done on the car and I was asked to have my car sit at the shop until Monday due to mechanics not having time to look at my car. I have always used Belle Tire for all of my wheel and tire needs but unfortunately I can not use them anymore due to the service I received today. I have a 1992 Formal Firebird WS6 in a rare Medium Quazar Blue. I brought my Firebird here to have lowering springs installed. They also found a bad ball joint and replaced it. Upon picking up my vehicle I proceeded to do my damage check walk around to find a crease in the door where they had opened it into a pillar. The gentleman helping me said to take it to a body shop and they will pay for it. So now I get to cancel all of the Telegraph cruise plans, car show plans, Woodward dream cruise plans etc. But they are going to pay for the damage that they created to be fixed so I guess I will just deal with it like an adult because what else can I do right. read more

I took my vehicle in for a leaky tire. All the service men were very friendly. They also rotated my tires while it was in. The shop is always very busy but despite that, everyone always seems to be in a good mood. I was there early and they had it done within an hour. I'm always very happy with the service that store provides! That's why I bought my tires there too. read more

I drive 20 minutes out of my way to come here. Darren and JR go out of their way to accommodate you in every way possible. If they don't have the part, they will do what they can to get it, even drive themselves to get it. They work with you and your schedule, they don't pressure you like some places won't leave you alone about you need this and that, very annoying. I've recommended them to many people and Ive yet to hear a complaint. Definitely go there, you won't regret it and they are absolutely cheaper than many other places I know. read more

I took my truck to Belle tire because it was making a pulsating noise they told me I need it a wheel bearing and shocks and struts they just got done putting new tires and and complete brake work all four rotors and brakes so I told them to go ahead and do the work as long as it was going to take care of the sound that I was here he assured me that it would take care of the problem so then I get a call later telling me I also need a differential axle so I told them if it has to be done then go ahead and do it so then I go to pick up my car I pay them $2,570 I go to drive my car away and it's making the same exact noise that it was making when I took it in there for so then they took it back in and we looked at it some more and then told me it was my differential if I would have known that it was my differential making that noise I would not have okayed them to do all the work that they did read more

Excellent service. I put a huge dent in my steel rim and was losing air from my tire after hitting a monster pot-hole. I called Belle Tire & spoke to Mike, he said bring it in if we can't straighten the wheel we'll get you a new one. I got there by 9:am was leaving at 9:30am with my same rim that they were able to straighten and it cost $20.00. What a great/honest business they run there! The Belle Tire crew at this location never lets me down. I brought my car in because I suspected at least one maybe two rims were bent because of steering wheel vibration. The technician pulled the wheels off and confirmed that two of the rims were bent. They put the wheels back on the car and did not charge me a penny. I'll be back there with two new rims for replacement. I've been doing business at this location for years and have never once had a single complaint. I bought a car a few years ago when I heard a crunching sound in the front end a couple days later. I brought it in and got an estimate for over $1600.00, so I instructed them to just do the brakes. (1 outer tie rod for PART ONLY were 125.00?!) I took it to a small shop nearby where i know a mechanic and they did all the work for 600.00. The estimate was inflated, probably because i didnt need to buy tires. I saved over 800.00 by going somewhere more honest. read more
