I have been coming to this Firestone location for the last 5 years for oil changes and tire rotations for my truck. They have always done excellent work. Recently, I bought a new truck. The dealership I purchased it from refused to address a small wobble with the truck right after I bought it. I brought it into Firestone without an appointment, and Matt took the time to look at all 4 of my tires and correctly diagnose the issue. He then recommended to me a great set of tires (same ones he had on his truck), ordered them, and installed them for me first thing the next day, as well as did an alignment. My truck has never driven so smoothly. You have to understand these places are tough to staff. Be patient, make an appointment, and have a backup plan if things take longer. There are several good restaurants, coffee shops, a Kroger, etc. all around this location if you need something to do while your car is in their shop. Matt is an awesome guy, too.

I called this location to see if I could get my tires balanced. I was told I could come in with no wait. I waited for 2 hours until my car was even brought into the garage. After a minute I looked out to see how my car was and saw the lift was put onto the side skirts of my car and the side skirts were bending and breaking. The technician did not seem to care and continued working on my car, he took off one of my tires. I then had to tell him to stop and lower my car because the lift was causing terrible damage to my car. When I brought it to his attention he told me that was how he had to lift my car because "that's how the manufacturer made it" which is not true I have worked my my car myself and lifted it with having to break my body panels. Each time the repair is done quickly and their prices are very affordable. My daughter's Hyundai has lasted 14 years and survived almost 200,000 miles thanks to the great service at Westfield Automotive. One time, while repairing my Alfa Romeo, they noticed an oil leak in the front of the engine. This issue was not discovered by the Alfa Romeo dealership technicians during my last warranty visit with them. The technician at the Alfa Romeo dealership was amazed by how Westfield Automotive was able to find the defect. The dealership fixed it free of charge since they missed it.
