I called in a take-out order when it was very slow between lunch and dinner time. There was no one in the restaurant, except the workers when it was picked up, so they weren't busy at all. The person taking order keyed in the wrong food, so everything had to be remade once I arrived. On top of screwing up the food, she also overcharged me the wrong prices. I didn't realize that till I had got home, and when I called to tell her that, she told me that she couldn't credit the credit card because the person that is able to do that was not there, so, she had to write my name in a book with a credit. read more

Sandwiches are to come with fries, according to the menu. They do not. 70% of the reason why you order a sandwich is for the fries. And since their sandwiches aren't anything special it's doubly import to not screw up the fries part. read more

Another place I've been to that I've never reviewed. The Canfield location has the great pizza. You can do carry out. But the Canfield place has a restaurant side and a great bar side. The pizza is really good, as good as all the other Belleria's. But being a restaurant lets you get it and eat it while still steaming hot. And great location. Right next to Zenobia. A really good middle eastern restaurant. And across the street from a really good Mexican restaurant. Tequila Jalisco. So, worth a drive, and even if you change your mind in the way, you got a couple other options that are also really, really good! read more

I will never order online from this restaurant again. For $25 dollars, I received a 12 inch pizza, cold and hard. I also received 6 wings, the skin was so hard you could break a tooth trying to eat them. They offered a free same meal, but I had to decline. read more

I am so sad to write this. I have been a faithful patron of the Belleria in Canfield, but I am officially done. The final straw was today. Ordered a pizza an hour before I needed it and specified the specific time, as the group eating it had only one half hour for lunch. It finally arrived, after I made another call, 22 minutes late. When we opened it , it was burnt and cold. This is just the most recent problem we have had with them. When I called was told sorry and then they hung up. I will not provide anymore business to them!!! read more

As area pizza goes this place does a good job. They deliver to my place which is a plus. The Bella is a great choice. We've even gotten it with no cheese because of dairy allergies and it is good. The sauce is good, the toppings are generous. There are better options, namely Elmton and Wedgewood, but this place is good. read more

Terrible service at the bar! Online it said they closed at a different time than the door said. Either way we showed up 2 hours before either time. Bartender told us they were closing in 10 minutes but we could have one drink (she actually insisted we stay for one drink). She then sat at the bar and complained the whole time to her coworker that we came in and said we should have just gone to Zenobia next door. So we left our drinks and went there. Our food was cold and hard to cut. When the waiter was told, he looked confused and asked if we wanted it heated up. One of my party asked him to get her a replacement and he walked away. From then on, when he came around to check on our table, he would ask if everything was good and then walk away really quickly. Not coming back here again. That's for sure! Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. Called to place a delivery for a website deal and was told that it was no longer honored. After calmly stating that that is false advertising, I was promptly hung up on. Called back thinking we were disconnected and was hung up on AGAIN. Called a third time to complain to the manager and was hung up on a THIRD time. After waiting a few days (to calm down), I placed a call to the corporate office and spoke to the franchise owner, Bill. He was as rude as his employee and implied I had visited the wrong website. No sir, my Internet literacy is actually quite good. Even if they were a Michelin-starred restaurant, not only will I never patronize any of their locales again, I will advise against visiting or ordering from them to anyone who asks. Very disappointing. my wife ordered A Personal BBQ chicken pizza. There was very little chicken on it, no BBQ sauce and almost no pizza sauce. I ordered a traditional 12 inch pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni. They forgot the pepperoni and the pizza was only half cooked. Plus I was told the take out order wound be ready in 25 mins. I gave them 40 mins, order was not ready when I arrived, and they got it wrong. Over all Belleria is usually very good, but I woulid strongly suggest avoiding the Canfield location. read more

Nothing like showing up on the time they tell you to be there and they haven't even started your order. In the very least offer a discount, a drink, or maybe even an apology. That's just good business. Won't be back anytime soon especially given the many great places to get pizza in the Valley. read more

First visit to Belleria and the food was great. But that's about all that was great. We got pizza with only one topping because the toppings were kinda high. 2.50 for any extras. Really bad attitudes and really bad service. I don't like this location at all. Especially the people who work late. The cook is always flirting with the girl on the phone while she's trying to take my order. I love belleria !! Most of the locations are good not this one steer clear. read more

Just went in to order some dinner and asked if there gluten free crust had egg in it due to the fact that I have a 3 year old son with an egg allergy. The girl at the counter walked into the kitchen and asked a man and woman that were working and apparently they didn't know I was standing there watching the conversation. They both just smirked and said I don't know and told her to tell me that it did. I understand that they don't know I have a son with an allergy but it was still pretty crappy. So sad...I called to place an order. Something I get atleast once a week or a few times a month. I usually go in the afternoon, and on Sundays after church. I get the fish parm because its delicious. Tonight when I placed an order for take out I was told "theres an upcharge of $3" When I told the young lady taking my call that I always get this and the upcharge has always been the same price $1.50. She said well that's what it is...I said can I talk with your manager...I'm not paying for a "made up price" when for a year its been the same thing everytime.. I can go somewhere else...its about making up a price, not the price itself. The young lady put me on hold...came back and said "My manager Margurete said its $3, pay that or go somewhere else"...then she hung up on me. WOW! What a wonderful culture that is being created there. I sure will take my business elsewhere..and my church friends on Sundays, and my bowling friends on Friday. I'm sure Phoenix, Inner Circle, an all of the other great restaurants in the area will welcome my friends, & I's patronage. So sad. read more

We order from this Belleria all of the time. Food is always pretty good except they always put really hot food in the Styrofoam to go boxes and sometimes the food melts it (EEEWWW) and if you order fries or anything with a bun or breaded... condensation builds up and makes it soggy. Moral of the story, just eat in and avoid those problems. read more
