Ordered pizza for my daughter's birthday party to be there when the party started and it was 30 minutes late. I called and they immediately put me on hold and no one came to the phone. The driver did eventually show up and gave me a price that was $10 more than what I was told on the phone two different times. First and foremost, it's NOT the pizza and it's definitely NOT the employees. We had been going to the buffett every Wednesday night at the Canfield restaurant. The pizza is always great, our waiter David is awesome. The restaurant manager runs a nice dining room but!!! The screaming kids there on Wednesday night is beyond horrible. The place has a renovated ( I have no idea why, it should have been turned into a seating area) play area and game room. Parents turn their kids loose in here and the constant running and SCREAMING by smaller kids is over the top. No shoes on for the playroom jungle gym but, they are running thru the entire restaurant (and bathrooms) in either socks or BARE feet. The parents are oblivious to their kids, noses in their phones while their children run and scream like feral animals. This is NOT just occasionally it is continually. The manager and her waitstaff have no control over this nor should they HAVE TO and jeopardize their tips. I had spoken to Steve Cocca about this and he is adamant about not enforcing any type of control over this. He thinks this increases business by making it more family friendly. Let me tell you, folks at the bar who are trying to enjoy a few beers or have an adult conversation as well as adults at the table. It's not helping your business. I think maybe alcohol sales are a pretty good profit margin compared to what families with 3 screaming kids are spending. We have stopped going altogether because of this. Again, the wait staff cannot intervene but the owner can surely put an end to this mayhem. It's not kids playing while at dinner, it's outright carnage and the parents ignore it. Also it's not typically just one family of kids doing this, it's usually, but not all, of the parents turn the animals loose on society. We've gone back to Bellaria and Wedgewood. Something wasn't clear to me on the menu and I ordered something (delivery) that I couldn't eat. I called to verify that what I realized was true (it was and I couldn't eat it) . However, I was expecting to "eat" the cost. However, the woman who answered (wish I got her name), was kind and patient answering my question and offered to remake and send it back out. Even non-judgmental when I said why I couldn't eat it. I'm so glad they remade it without the "offending" ingredient and now thanks to her I now know how to order it. I'm glad because I loved it. Tried this place for the first time last night. It's a bar/restaurant with a laid back atmosphere. After being seated, we ordered a half sheet of pizza... one half sausage and the other half mushrooms. We had a couple of beers to go with the pizza. The pizza was very good. The crust was perfect, and had just a bit of a crunch. The sauce was very good, and the sausage and mushrooms were delicious. Our server was very good and funny. She took very good care of us. Normally there is entertainment scheduled on Thursday evenings. We were disappointed in that the band that was supposed to play at 7pm never showed up. We would have stayed longer and ordered more food and drinks, but because there was no entertainment, we just finished our dinner and left. read more

I have order a chicken parm diner at the canfield location and it was missing the flowing ingredients, two meatballs and 1 bred stick and some of the pasta. I've called and told them about it and they said it doesn't come with it. So they lied about it. I hope in the future it won't happened again. #Half-assly done read more

Wish I could give this establishment 0 stars. First of all their pizza is OK, not bad and not the best but convenient. So I've been ordering it for a really long time most weekends to enjoy with my family. But after a few encounters at their establishment - I will NEVER order from here again. Steve Cocca is simply an arrogant JERK - to keep it PG. I've seen him HARASS and BULLY employee's on multiple occasions to a degree that is completely UNACCEPTABLE. He got in their faces, SCREAMING and BELITTLING them. On top of that it's extremely uncomfortable to watch as a customer. I don't know who the hell he thinks he is but he needs to check into some anger management classes and stop taking it out on highschool teenagers. Will be taking my business else where. read more

Did you know this place charges a surcharge of $4 just to deliver the pizza to you but does not give the money to the delivery driver? Well that's the truth. These poor young kids that are barely making any money are not receiving the delivery charge. It goes straight back to THE VERY RICH OWNER. They are using their car, paying their insurance and paying for the gas But do not get the delivery charge. Isn't that awful. I think it's awful. So - Get your pizza elsewhere. read more

They have pretty good pizza here. Chicken bacon ranch and bbq chicken are some favorites. The food is always piping hot and they're great and fast for delivery. Really kicks that pizza craving and the prices are really good as well. read more

Take out pizza shop only, sit down service or customer service is not the focus, only take out is . Ralph the supervisor was totally unaware the 2 groups of 4 walked out due to lack of customer service. 45 to an hr to get part of our order, you guessed it it was the pizza before the salads. Never got the wings or the rest of the order, 2 servers for 40 people and no bar person, Ralph was trying to do both and failed a both. My wife tried to cancel the rest of the order but after an hour and a half they only brought half of the order, wedding soup out of a can and cold boneless wings, never got the regular wings. Will not return to the Canfield location or any other location, pizza was ordinary nothing special or above sub average. read more

I don't know where to begin with this most terrible experience. It is so multi layered. Our young server was not trained and struggled, the worse was the manager who is unable to do basic math and had NO customer service. As far as the food... the wings were okay and the fries were just frozen ones. The icing on the experience was hearing it is the only wing/pizza place that doesn't have celery....inner circle, ice house, Phoenix, falcon grill...sooooo much better for wings and they have customer service. We sit down at 7:00 Pm, hungry after a long day waiting to get our food, at 7:30 they finally ask us what drinks we want and 10 minutes later, they arrive asking us what we want to eat. Went for the Wednesday Buffett . Several varieties of chicken pizza. I did not try them because my pizza taste is more traditional. I did try 5 or 6 other types. I found them kind of bland. This is my favorite pizza ever! We started getting it in high school because I lived in the middle of nowhere and they actually delivered. I moved away for college and came back after about 7 years. My first night moving home I picked up Cocca's in my u-haul because I needed to have my favorite pizza again. I absolutely love it. The spinach rolls and pepperoni rolls are so delicious. While I judge pizza by how good a plain cheese pizza is, I do love their bbq chicken pizza. read more
